My SPOILER FREE First Impressions Of The Peacemaker TV Series

DC fans depending upon whom you ask the DCEU has either been a tremendous success or a colossal failure. Either way tho people cannot deney the fact that The Suicide Squad had a very entertaining character on their hands with that of Peacemaker well now the DCEU has spawned it's first TV series and well then the first three episodes of the TV series in question have all just been released and well you all just knew that I was going to be taking a look at this show the very first chance that I got and so here are my SPOILER FREE first impressions of the first TV series to be set within the DCEU with the TV show in question being called simply just "Peacemaker" enjoy.

The plot of this show is Christopher Smith and a bunch of agents are tasked with finding out what Project Butterfly is and put a stop to it before it ultimately destroys the entire country of America. Now then in terms of what I think / thought about the actual plot of this show in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual plot of this show is very freaking entertaining at least thus far at least in my opinions anyways / at least.

Starring in these episodes are John Cena as Christopher Smith / Peacemaker and Danielle Brooks as Leota Adebayo. Also starring in these episodes are Freddie Stroma as Adrian Chase / Vigilante , Chukwudi Iwuji as Clemson Murn , Jennifer Holland as Emilia Harcour , Steve Agee as John Economos , Robert Patrick as Auggie Smith , Annie Chang as Detective Sophie Song , Lochlyn Munro as Larry Fitzgibbon , Elizabeth Faith Ludlow as Keeya , Rizwan Manji as Jamil Alison Araya as Amber , Lenny Jacobson as Evan , Nhut Le as Judomaster , Annie Chang as Sophie Song , Antonio Cupo as Royland Goff and the freaking great Dee Bradley Baker as The Voice Of Eagly.

Now then in terms of what I actually thought / felt about the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in these first three episodes well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in these first episodes was in all honesty really freaking good. Which is no surprise to me since this script gives everybody alot to work with in terms if there character and when you do that your going to get some freaking good performances from all involved in my freaking personal opinions anyways / at least.

Doing the CGI effects for this show are NVIZ and of course we have the legends and the greats that are currently over at Weta Digital. Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual CGI effects that are actually featured / presented to us in these very freaking episodes well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual CGI effects that are actually featured / presented to us in these very freaking episodes are really freaking and are easily better then the CGI effects that are in Naomi in my freaking personal opinions anyways / at least.

Now then this TV show is actually the first live action TV show spin off that set within the confides of the actual DCEU itself and well I have to admit that the small screen is in all honesty just right for this character. Since we now have alot more time dedicated to telling us whom this character is and whom this character was before the release of the The Suicide Squad and that really does help make this character comes across as being alot more freaking three dimensional in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

So now then HBO / HBO Max / Warner Bros Pictures / DC Comics actually did something that I think is really freaking cool and that's the fact that they released the first three episodes of the show all on the exact same day. Which means that instead of waiting two or three weeks to decide on if this show is for you or not you can just wait a few hours to come that exact same conclusion in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

Now then this show is actually I think the first TV series spin off to have direct involvement meant from the original film director that originated the character of Peacemaker in the world of live action. Since yeah not only is James Gunn the credited creator and producer of this show but he also wrote all eight of this first seasons episodes in just eight weeks and he's also directing alot of this show first season episodes so yeah this guy must be freaking tired since he's doing all of this work whilst also writing and directing another movie and a Disney+ special so yeah this dude deserves a freaking break when all of his freaking work is finally all freaking done in my freaking personal opinions anyways / at least.

So now then the first three episodes of this show were all released on the exact same day and episode thus far at least lasts no longer then forty seven minuets which means that you can all three episodes of this show in just about two and a half hours. I in all honesty think tho that these episodes running times are the absolutely perfect amount of time for each of these episodes to last in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

Now then since this show is being listed as an action show after all that means that I have to actually talk about all of the action that's actually featured / presented to us in these first three episodes and well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the action that's actually featured / presented to us in these first episodes was really freaking cool. Heck i'd even go as far to say that the action so far is best thing about this whole entire series as an actual whole in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

Overall this show really does seem to be really freaking enjoyable thus far but with the show starting out as good as it is I have to wonder how good that this show will be when James Gunn is not directing the episodes because so far this has his style and trademarks all freaking over it in my freaking personal opinions anyways / at least. Now i've talked about all of the good and as well as all of the bad things that are in these first three episodes in this very freaking post and since this is only my first impressions of the show as a whole I will not be giving you my overall rating for the show as a whole but I will say that IF I do infact continue to watch every single episode of this show then I will produce a review of this show whenever the final ever episode of this show does infact get released / aired.

Now then as for where I personally got all of the images that I personally used in this very post well then boys and girls and as well as ladies and gentlemen I personally got all of the images that I personally used in this post from the official DC Extended Universe fandom wiki page and Google Images. With my personally preferred website to use to get the images from this very show that I used in this very review being the official DC Extended Universe fandom wiki page simply just due to the fact that alot of the images that are featured / up and on the official DC Extended Universe fandom wiki page are all fairly high in quality and as well as being in fairly freaking high definition.

Rating The DCEU Films From Worst To Best

DC fans there is something that we're just going to except and that's the fact that most films in the DCEU are bad but there are one or two good ones in there but they are few and far between and since i've seen every single entry into this franchise and own most on either DVD or Blu-ray (I refuse to buy Justice League until they release a more finished version) I thought that I will list the films from worst to best so let's get it on.

Justice League

Is this really shocking just everything about this film was handled very poorly this film should have been either two separate films or one two and a half hour film but due to the studio choosing to get more screenings rather then making a decent film we get a film that's just under two hours long and that means that alot of scenes get rushed and the film suffers because of it.

Suicide Squad

Honestly this was a tough choice since it was between this film and BVS and well when push came to shove the directors version of this film added nothing and fixed nothing and it's a waste of a cool concept and i'm sorry but this movie should have been rated 15 not 12a.

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

Yes I do think this movie is better then Suicide Squad get over it but unlike with that film were the directors cut added nothing to the film the directors cut of this film actually fixed some of the problems that people had my issue is that Batman and Superman only fight for around five minuets when the whole film or at least the final act should have been them fighting.

Man of Steel

Out of all the films that feature Superman this is the best one it has an interesting storyline and it does present these iconic characters in mostly new and interesting ways but I have to say that Superman of all people shouldn't be dark and brooding he's meant to represent hope and how can he do that when he doesn't even know how to smile.

Wonder Woman

If you've done your math then you'd known that this film was coming up and it's honestly the best DCEU film to date because it got everything spot on yes it has a dodgy third act and fairly bad CGI in that third act but it has more going for it then it does against it this is the film that gave people hope that the DCEU could spawn great films that hope was very quickly dashed when Justice League arrived but still for one that one shining moment there was hope and that's what this character is all about.
