Power Rangers Super Ninja Steel: Dimensions In Danger Review

Power Rangers the day that we have all been waiting for is just under a week away and well as such I thought that i'd review what is quite possibly the second worst anniversary special out there. I will admit that it was pretty easy choice to do this review based of off this particular episode just because it's the final ever Power Rangers episode to feature the late Jason David Frank and to it's guest stars are starring in the upcoming Power Rangers reunion special and so then join me as I review the episode that marks the end of a legend with the episode in question being called simply just "Dimensions In Danger" enjoy.

The plot of this episode is when the evil Lord Draven sets his sights upon destroying all Power Rangers dimensions at the same time it's up to the Ninja Steel rangers and some legendary team mates to stop him before it's far to late. Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual plot that's actually featured / presented to us in this very episode well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual plot that's actually featured / presented to us in this very episode was in all honesty not that bad but at the same time it's not that good ether with this plot even for a Power Rangers episode being rather thin at best and straight up not there at it's worst in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

Starring in this episode is William Shewfelt as Brody Romero , Peter Sudarso as Preston Tien and Nico Greetham as Calvin Maxwell. Also starring in this episode is Zoe Robins as Hayley Foster , Chrysti Ane as Sarah Thompson , Jordi Webber as Levi Weston , Kelson Henderson as Mick Kanic , Byron Coll as The Voice Of Redbot , Jacque Drew as The Voice Of Madame Odius , Rajneel Singh as The Voice Of Lord Draven , Marissa Stott as The Voice Of Badonna , the late and great Jason David Frank as Tommy Oliver , Steve Cardenas as Rocky DeSantos , Catherine Sutherland as Katherine Hillard , Selwyn Ward as T.J. Johnson , Jason Faunt as Wesley Collins , Jeffrey Parazzo as Trent Fernandez-Mercer , Li Ming Hu as Gemma , Steven Skyler as Antonio Garcia , Ciara Hanna as Gia Moran and Yoshi Sudarso as Koda.

Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in this very episode well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in this very episode was in all honesty not that bad. Which for Power Rangers is kind of what you expect to be the case since the show isn't all that known for having great acting but even so the acting in this episode and in Super Ninja Steel as a whole just wasn't that bad.

This episode address the fact that Tommy has multiple powers and does so in a great and fresh way just by giving him a morpher that is capable of accessing all of his past powers. I have to admit that I really liked this idea as it gets around the idea of explaining how Tommy can use all of these powers and while it's one that we will sadly never get to see used by Tommy ever again it's one that i'm glad that they introduced in this episode and it's one that I can see the Dino Fury team using at somepoint in the future.

This episode does something that no good team up episode should do and that's not advance the current team of rangers. Heck the Super Ninja Steel rangers barely play a part in the plot of the episode and could very easily be removed from the plot of the episode with nothing of consequence being lost because that's how little they matter to the plot of the episode now let's contrast this with Forever Red where that team of Red Rangers could only have won the day if they had the red Wild Force ranger there and so he matters to the plot of the episode.

If i'm being honest this episode feels like an episode of a Tommy Oliver show that just so happens to have previous Power Rangers teams as guest stars. As the whole plot of the episode basically revolves around him and the previous rangers put him on such a high pedestal in this episode which shouldn't be the case every member of the team should be on equal footing and heck the current team of rangers aren't the ones that defeat this episodes bad guy it's Tommy for some reason which makes less sense when you remember that the Ninja Steel rangers had one of their flying zords right there with them in the episode.

If there's any episode that really needed to have an extended edition it's this one as there are alot of past rangers that just straight up get shafted with Trent not having any lines of dialog at all. Heck if this was to have had an extended edition then it would also fix the issue of why everybody is suddenly treating Lord Draven as a big threat despite him only appearing in this one episode and it would also give alot of the past rangers more to do instead of sending half the episode lying down which would please old school fans of the franchise and you could then advance the overall story of Super Ninja Steel which then please the newer fans of the franchise as well.

Now then this episode has / had an exact grand total running time of exactly twenty three minuets and thirty seven seconds. Which is the bog standerd running time for a Power Rangers episode to have but it's still far to short of a running time for this episode to last since you very easily could have made this episode as a made for TV movie with a feature length running time since there is more then enough story there to cover a running time of at the very least one hour and fifteen minuets but I will really admit that as it is this episode really does have some pretty good pacing to it tho.

So now then since is an action show that means that I have to actually talk about the actual action that's actually featured / presented to us in this very episode well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual action that's actually featured / presented to us in this very episode was in all honesty not that bad. However tho the action that we got in this episode wasn't as could as it could have been with alot of this episodes action scenes being cut way down and often ending just when there getting good which just makes them feel unfinished in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

Overall no matter how good or bad Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Once & Always ends up being at least it won't be as bad as this episode is as this is a pretty bad episode and a pretty bad anniversary episode as well in my freaking opinions anyways / at least. Now then i've talked about all of the good and as well as all of the bad things that are in this very episode in this very review and as such that means that this very episode really does earn itself a really grand old score of exactly a 6.5 out of 10 from me.

Now then as for where I personally got all of the images that I personally used in this very review well then boys and girls and as well as ladies and gentlemen I personally got all of the images that I personally used in this very review from the official Power Rangers fandom wiki page and Google Images. With my personally preferred website that I personally preferred to use to get the images that I personally used in this very review being the wonderful the official Power Rangers fandom wiki page since all of the images that are currently up and and featured / presented to us on the official Power Rangers fandom wiki page are all fairly high in quality and as well as being fairly freaking high in definition.
