Rick And Morty "Pilot" Episode Review

Cartoon / animation fans every so often there comes along a cartoon / animated show or animated movie that really grabs peoples attention and really in all honesty starts to change the world of animation as we know it today and well today i'm about to review. The very first episode from / for just such a show and so join me as I review the pilot episode of Rick And Morty with the Rick And Morty pilot episode in question being called simply just "Pilot" enjoy.

So now then the plot of this episode is Rick wants some special kind of seeds for some unknown reason and so he enlists the help of his grandson Morty to go on this adventure with him however Rick has been taking Morty out of school alot and Morty's are starting to get worried for their son and his lack of an education. Now then in terms of what I personally thought / felt  about the plot of this episode in all honesty I in all honesty thought / felt that the plot of this episode was rather weak but at the same time the plot of this episode was also a rather enjoyable plot as well in my opinion anyways / at least.

Starring in this episode is Rick And Morty co-creator and this episodes co-writer / director and co-editor Justin Roiland as both Rick Sanchez and Morty Smith. Also starring in this episode is Chris Parnell as Jerry Smith , Sarah Chalke as Beth Smith , Spencer Grammer as Summer Smith , Kari Wahlgren as Jessica W. , Brandon Johnson as Mr. Goldenfold , Phil Hendrie as Principal Gene Vagina and Ryan Ridley as Frank Palicky.

Now then as for what I personally thought / felt about the actual acting that's featured / presented to us in this very / actual / exact / particular episode and in my opinion anyways / at least the actual acting that's featured / presented to us in this very / actual / exact / particular episode was in my opinion anyways / at least really freaking good. This is due to two things in my opinion with the first thing being that the actors and actresses that are starring in this episode and thus the rest of this show are indeed genuinely really freaking good actors and actresses and with the other thing that makes the acting that's in this episode so freaking good being the fact that the script for this episode is a genuinely really and as well as being a really well written script and so all the actors and actresses that are starring in / appearing in this episode have to do is simply just say the lines s they are written and boom a good performance will indeed come out alot more naturally in my opinion anyways / at least.

Now then doing the actual animation for this episode and thus possibly even the rest of this show is Starburns Industries and Bardel Entertainment and in my opinion anyways / at least the actual animation that's featured / presented to us in this very episode is actually alot better then what I in all honesty thought that it in all honesty would be. This is simply because in pilot episodes nine times out of ten the animation isn't that good for various reasons and so to see a pilot episode that actually has really freaking good animation was a complete surprise to me personally but that's just what I think anyways and that just in my very humble and as well as being in my very honest opinion anyways / at least.

So now then what alot of you will indeed know is the fact that the rick And Morty multi media franchise all started with one spoof / parody film called The Real Animated Adventures Of Doc And Mharti. Which as the title would yes sir indeed suggest is a spoof / parody of the Back To The future multi media franchise and well it's not that hard to see the evolution from one short film into TV show that many love to this very day in my opinion anyways / at least.

This is because you can quite clearly make out the characters  of Rick and Morty just from the picture above. In all honesty while I can indeed see why they toned down / cut down on the pilot films rather or even very risqué humour I personally still would have liked to have seen Rick And Morty have that same risqué humour within it just because those kinds of rather risqué are indeed quite funny to me personally in my personally opinion anyways / at least.

Now then given that this episode is a pilot episode you kind of forgive this pilot episode for not really spending that much time with the other member of the Smith family house hold since the other members of the Smith family house hold aren't really that important to the actual story / plot of this episode. However but with with that being said it would have been nice if we got to see what some of the other Smith family house hold members are like since outside of Morty the only two other Smith family household members that we spend alot of time with is Beth and Jerry and even then we don't really get to find out that much about either one of there personalities in my freaking opinion anyways / at least.

So now then this very / exact / particular episode of Rick And Morty has / had a grand total running time of exactly twenty two minuets and seven seconds and well if i'm being well and truly honest here people in all honesty I in all honesty thought /felt that this episode had the perfect amount of running time. This is because the actual story for this episode doesn't really demand that long of running time and so it would have been stretching what is already a fairly thinly drawn out story seem even more thinly drawn out in my opinion anyways / at least.

Now then since / because this film is a comedy TV show after after all that means that I have to actually talk abut the comedy / jokes that are featured / presented to us in this very / particular episode and well if i'm being well and truly freaking honest here people I in all honesty think / believe that the comedy / jokes that are featured / presented to us in this very / particular TV show episode are really freaking good and as much as I really freaking want I will not be giving away the best joke that's in this film because the joke is that good in my opinion anyways / at least. To me this TV show episode is very freaking funny with pretty much all of the jokes that are in this film working and landing hard in my opinion anyways / at least.

Overall this episode was indeed a really good episode and it's actually episode to introduce to this show since it's got a very good story and it's very light on things that might put people of off watching an episode of Rick And Morty in my opinion anyways / at least. Now i've talked about all of the good and as well as all of the bad things that are featured /resented to us in this very episode in this very review and as as such that means that I give this film a grand old score of exactly an 8 out of 10.

Now then as for where i got all of the images that I / i've used in this very review well then boys and girls and as well as ladies and gentlemen I personally got all of the images that I personally used in this very review from the official Rick And Morty fandom wiki page , the official Gravity falls fandom wiki page and from Google Images. With my personally preferred website to use to get images this film being the official Rick And Morty fandom wiki page this is because all of the images that I got and that currently up / featured and on the official Rick And Morty fandom wiki page are all fairly high in quality and as well as being fairly high in freaking definition.
