WWE Money In The Bank 2021 Review

WWE fans the company has been away from crowds full time for at the very least eighteen months and while the previous episode of Smackdown is the first WWE product to be have a live audience on a main roster show. It's this show that sees crowds return full time and I have to say that my god have I missed seeing crowds at a WWE show and so join me as I review the show officially welcomed back live WWE crowds for the first time in well over a year with the 2021 WWE PPV in question being called simply just "Money In The Bank" enjoy.

As alot of you will know i've been following Raw and so it was very easy for me to pick up the storylines that were coming from the Raw brand and the same is also true for the storylines that are coming from the Smackdown. This is because the storylines that are coming from the Smackdown have made the internet wrestling community very happy simply due to how good the storylines that are coming from Smackdown well and truly are and if i'm being very honest here people all of the main storylines are advanced really well in my opinion anyways / at least.

Now then for the first time in a long in a time I get to actually talk about the set / stage that is being used in this show and well i'm not the biggest fan of the set / stage that is being used in this very show. Simply because the set / stage that is being used for this very show reminds of the set / stage that was used for Wrestlemania 35 in that both sets / stages are just basically a giant TV screen with a few things on the side and that's really it but at the same time after having almost two years of seeing the exact same set / stage design it is / was honestly nice to see a different set / stage.

I will very fully admit that I liked the fact that the WWE have added new graphics to some superstars entrances like for example Alexa Bliss now has a life size balloon like version of Lily appear during her entrance. This to me adds to over pomp and pedantry for the overall WWE product but at the same time I personally wouldn't want to see things added to every single WWE superstar's entrance as it would make the effect seem all the less special in my opinion anyways / at least.

Now then as i've already mentioned at the very start of this review but this is the first WWE PPV since WWE Wrestlemania 37 that there have been fans in attendance at a WWE show and my oh my does it feel good to see a live crowd in attendance at a WWE show. Since for me a live crowd is just as much a part of the WWE product as the wresters / WWE superstars are and it really is good to see a live crowd watching a WWE show / a WWE product once again.

One of the things that really bugged me about the Women's Money In The Bank ladder match is the fact they barely used Alexa Bliss and almost every single time that Alexa Bliss was allowed to get some offence in she was very quickly cut of every single time and while yes I do fully understand that in multi-person matches somebody is going to get cut of a few times from getting some offence in a but when it's almost every single time and they literally bury that wrestler it makes the wrestler look weak as all heck and heck given that Alexa Bliss is apparently supernatural she could have used her supernatural powers to have one of the other wrestlers who is in the women's money in the bank ladder match help her out or heck they could have brought back Lily to help Alexa Bliss out there's literally so many things that you could have done with Alexa Bliss in this match and the WWE went with none of them.

Let's contrast this with the Men's Money In The Bank ladder match were every single person who is competing in that match gets in a decent amount if hits. As such I have to wonder if Alexa Bliss has done anything wrong because it honestly does feel like that she's being punished for something I could be wrong nd I hope to god that I am but that's how it comes across in the Women's Money In The Bank ladder match to me personally.

Now then before I continue on with this review I am more then fully aware that the above images isn't from this particular PPV even however since the vast majority of images that are include THAT return I had to use the above images simply because I honestly do feel that it's best now knowing who returns before you watch this particular WWE PPV event now then in with the review. Without giving away who exactly returns I have to say that this particular return did well and truly shock me because I honestly did think that we had seen the last of this person and given what match that they / the WWE are setting up it looks like Summerslam is going to be a truly good or possibly even great show in my opinion anyways / at least.

This particular WWE PPV event has a grand total running time of exactly three hours and twenty minuets and sixteen seconds and well if i'm being well and truly honest here people I honestly don't feel that this particular WWE PPV event had to be as long as it was. Especially if you take into account that at the very least more then half of that running time is spent on adverts / commercials with little of that exact same running time going towards the actual and as such I personally see no reason as to why this event had to be three hours and twenty minuets and sixteen seconds especially since you could have very easily have had this particular WWE PPV event run in / come in at the very least two hours and thirty minuets.

Now then since this is a wrestling show and that means that there are some actual wrestling matches that are on this particular WWE PPV event and that means that I have to actually talk about the actual wrestling matches that are featured / presented to us on this actual WWE PPV event and well if i'm being honest the wrestling matches that are featured / presented to us n this actual WWE PPV event are so freaking good that you can almost forgive alot of the botches that appear in the wrestling that are featured / presented to us on this particular WWE PPV event. This is because I honestly feel that pretty much all of the matches that are on this particular WWE PPV are Wrestlemania quality because that's how good that matches on this particular WWE PPV card well and truly are in my opinion anyways / at least.

Overall this show was so much better then both Wrestlemania Backlash 2021 and Hell In A Cell 2021 were but that's not really a high bar to reach but with that being said there are somethings that are done in this particular WWE PPV that keep it from being great chief of which is the incredibly long running time but the matches are good tho. Now that i've talked about all of the good and as well as all of the bad things that are on this particular WWE PPV event in this very review that means that this particular WWE ppv event gets a grand total score of a 7.5 out of 10 from me.

Now then as for where I got all of the images that I personally used in this very review well then boys and girls I personally got all of the images that I personally used in this very review from the official Pro Wrestling fandom wiki page and from Google Images. With my personally preferred website to use being Google Images simply because all of the images that I personally used that are currently up and on Google Images are all fairly high in quality and as well as being fairly high definition and i'll see you all tomorrow for my review of the July 19th 2021 episode of WWE Monday Night Raw.
