My First Impressions Of The National Treasure: Edge Of History TV Series

Disney fans the company has a habit of not really promoting there stuff and as such alot of what they release goes under the radar. This is very sadly the case for the show that i'm about to talk about where I don't think they even released a trailer for the show which is a shame because I only just today fund out that there was a series of posters for the show and so hen join me as I give you my first impressions that really wasn't promoted all that well at all with the show in question being called simply just "National Treasure: Edge Of History" enjoy.

The plot of this show is a young treasure hunter and her group of friends embark on a quest to find some treasure that was thought lost for centuries. Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual plot that's actually featured / presented to us in these first two episodes well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual plot that's actually featured / presented to us in these first two episodes was in all honesty not that bad since it does set up the plot of the show really good but at the same time it also gives you no reason to go and watch episode three of this show either which us what a god plot for a TV show really should do in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

Starring in this show is Lisette Alexis as Jess Valenzuela , Fear The Walking Dead and 90210 star Lyndon Smith as FBI Agent Ross and Zuri Reed as Tasha Rivers. Also starring in this show is actor and singer and Stargirl star Jake Austin Walker as Liam Sadusky , Antonio Cipriano as Oren Bradley , Mortal Kombat Legends: Scorpion's Revenge and Mortal Kombat Legends: Battle of the Realms star Jordan Rodrigues as Ethan , Wednesday star Catherine Zeta-Jones as Billie Pearce and Harvey Keitel as Peter Sadusky.

Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in these first two episodes well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in these first two episodes was in all honesty not that bad. With the actors that you expect a great performance from truly delivering but at the same time this shows kid actors just don't deliver that good of a performance at least in these first two episodes anyways.

What I really did like about this show is the fact that these first episodes presents it's main character aa somebody who is like Sherlock Holmes. In that she kind of has her own mind palace which she uses whenever she gets into the zone when looking up some information on something and on top of that how this character acts and is written very much reminds me of Sherlock Holmes which makes me wonder if the creators of this show were inspired by Sherlock Holmes when it came to writing this shows main female character.

As someone who has only seen the second National Treasure film I can't say if this show connects to the films in any meaningful way. I will say that there is a reference to the first film but that's really it and that's really all you need to do just to say to your audience that these two properties do indeed exist in the same fictional world but at the same time with these first two episodes basically being an hour and a half pilot episode I would have liked it if the tone from the first two movies carries over to this show.

The marketing for this show has been pretty bad with there being only one trailer for the show released with the trailer itself being released all the way back in September. This isn't a good sign heck I don't even think that they announced when this show was even coming out either which just makes me wonder why Disney chose to essentially bury this show since even if a product is bad you should still let people know that it's coming out so that they can then form there own opinions about it and not just bury it and basically forget that it's even I think that's currently happening.

Disney released the first two episodes of this show which in this case I really do think works against the show. Since the one of the main selling points for this show is the mystery aspect of it and so since episode one had the stronger ending I really do think that only the first episode should have been released since then you'd have a reason to come back and watch episode two which now simply isn't the case.

Now then these episodes has / had an exact gran total combined running time of exactly one hour and thirty minuets. With each episode being around forty five minuets in length which really does work well for this show since it allows the story to move at a more organic pace but at the same time tho because things are moving alot slower in this show you also pick up on many of this shows flaws alot sooner then what you would have done if this movie but on the plus side these episodes do have some really great pacing to them.

So now then since this is an action show that means that I have to actually talk about the actual action that's actually featured / presented to us in these first two episodes well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual action that's actually featured / presented to us in these episodes was in all honesty OK at best. Which given that we've only had one action scene so far isn't really a bad thing but it does make me wonder just how bad or hopefully how good the action is for the rest of this show tho since you only get one chance to make a good first impression and so far at least this shows action hasn't really made all that good of a good first impression in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

Overall this show might get better as the rest of it's ten first season episodes start to get released but so far at best this show seems to be nothing more then OK at it's absolutely best in my freaking opinions anyways / at least. Now then i've talked about all of the good and as well as all of the bad things that are in these first two episodes in this very post and since this is only my first impressions I won't be giving this show a rating however if i'm still watching this show when this shows final episodes airs or is released then i'll give this a show review and a rating as well but so far it's not of to very good start at all.

Now then as for where I personally got all of the images that I personally used in this very post well then boys and girls and as well as ladies and gentlemen I personally got all of the images that I personally used in this very post from the official National Treasure fandom wiki page , the official Disney fandom wiki page , the official Sonic fandom wiki page and Google Images. With my personally preferred website that I personally preferred to use to get the images that I personally used in this very post being the wonderful the official National Treasure fandom wiki page since all of the images that are currently up and and featured / presented to us on the official National Treasure fandom wiki page are all fairly high in quality and as well as being fairly freaking high in definition.
