My First Impressions Of The My Adventures With Superman TV Series

After two long years of waiting the newest solo animated Superman TV show is now finally with us well I have some thought about it. This is a show that alot of people were somewhat excited for back when it was first announced all the way back in 2021 however we then heard nothing for two years and then suddenly we got a trailer and well the show is now finally here with it's first episodes having just been released and so then join me as I give you my first impressions that really is airing on the really wrong network with the show in question being called simply just "My Adventures With Superman" enjoy.

The pot of these first two episodes is when a bunch of robots go missing it's up to interns Lois Lane , Clark Kent and Jimmy Olsen to convince their boss Perry White to break the story. Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual plot that's actually plot that's actually featured / presented to us in these first two episodes well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual plot that's actually featured / presented to us in these first two episodes was in all honesty really not all that bad with the overall plot being rather fun and as well as being really entertaining and engaging as well in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

Starring in these first two episodes are Jack Quaid as Clark Kent / Kal-El / Superman and Alice Lee as Lois Lane. Also starring in these first two episodes is Ishmel Sahid as Jimmy Olsen , Darrell Brown as Perry White[ , Chris Parnell as Slade Wilson / Deathstroke , Reid Scott as Jonathan Kent , Kari Wahlgren as Martha Kent and Young Clark Kent , Zehra Fazal as Leslie Willis / Livewire and Jason Marnocha as Jor-El.

Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in these very episodes well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in these very episodes was in all honesty alot better then what I thought that it would be. As K really haven't seen any of this shows cast apart from one or two cast members and so I ad no idea what to expect from this show acting wise and so I was shocked to see some pretty good acting in these first two episodes.

Doing the animation for this show and these episodes is the legends and the greats that are currently over at Studio Mir. Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual acting that's actually featured / presented  to us in this very film was in all honesty pretty good for the most part as the animation does seem rather choppy in certain parts of episode one which really does bring down the overall quality of the animation that we got in these first two episodes.

What was truly shocking to me was the fact that this show is the first solo Superman animated series since Superman: The Animated Series. Which is odd because Batman gets one every couple of years and is due to get another one at some point this year which makes me wonder why Superman hasn't gotten more animated solo shows as if you give him the right creative team you can tell alot of really great stories with this character and yet due to DC not giving him a solo animated series for twenty years just shows that they really don't know what to do with this really truly iconic character animation wise.

As you can no doubt work out from the above pictures this show foes have a very heavily influence from anime. Which given that this show is being animated by Studio Mir isn't that surprising and you can tell right from the first scene of episode one that this show is rooted deep with anime influences from the animation style all the way to something that happens in episode two which is very quite clearly inspired by various magical girl anime and heck the characters even have huge eyes just like characters do in various anime shows and movies.

I'm not going to lie and say that these first two episodes are perfect because there not as the first episode in particular feels alot ore like a Lois Lane show that it does a Superman show. Which was something that I didn't like as it made Superman feel alot more like a side character in his own show and heck even the fact that this is on Adult Swim is an issue as there's no reason as to why this show should be on a network that was created exclusively for adults and they even somewhat butchered Superman's origin and I say somewhat because they don't really get into that much backstory and so they could fix those issues later on.

Now then both of these episode has / had an exact grand total running time of no longer then twenty two minuets. Which is a great running time for both of these episode to have altho I would have preferred it if this was released as an hour long special episode as that would have allowed the show to have one plot line running through both episodes instead of having two episodes that are very weakly linked together and with that extra running time both Lois and Jimmy would able to be fully developed more as characters as in these first two episodes they aren't really given much screen time to be fully fleshed out but I will very gladly admit tho that both of thee episodes do have some really good pacing to both of them tho.

So now then as this is an action show that means that I have to actually talk about the actual action that's actually featured / presented to us in these first two episodes well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual action that's actually featured / presented to us in these first two episodes was in all honesty pretty average. As there's nothing that really makes the action in these first two episodes really stand out and as such the action in these first two episodes while impressive to look at is still pretty boring and really pretty lifeless in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

Overall this doesn't like that bad of a show does it deserve all of the praise that it's currently getting online no but it also doesn't deserve all of the hate that it's getting online either in my freaking opinions anyways / at least. Now then i've talked about all of the good and as well as all of the bad things that are in these first two episodes in this very post and since this is only my first impressions I won't be giving this show a rating however if i'm still watching this show when this shows final episodes airs or is released online and then i'll give this a show review and a rating as well.

Now then as for where I personally got all of the images that I personally used in this very post well then boys and girls and as well as ladies and gentlemen I personally got all of the images that I personally used in this very post from the official DC Database fandom wiki page and Google Images. With my personally preferred website that I personally preferred to use to get the images that I personally used in this very review being the wonderful Google Images since all of the images that are currently up and and on Google Images are all fairly high in quality and as well as being really fairly freaking high in definition.
