Cartoon fans we always talk about alot of child friendly or at least kid friendly shows but very rarely are adult shows talked about. So I thought that I would do something that's a little bit different and talk about some of my favourite adult cartoons shows and i'm going to fall on warn you guys right now that chances are there's going to be some adult pictures but i'll try and keep it clean if I can and chances are one of your favourites won't be on here so here we go.
Love, Death & Robots
There's really nothing else I can say about this show that hasn't already been said the show is that good. There's such a wide verity of genre's on show with this show so if you don't like one episode then chances are your going to like the next one. What makes this show adult in my opinion is not just the fact that there's swearing but also in themes of it's episodes and it's those theme's which make it standout above any other adult cartoon.
Mr. Pickles
I know that alot of people don't like this show and I can see why since the show isn't that pretty to look at. At the same time tho it is a very entertaining show and it does have alot of funny dark jokes it's just a shame that it's not the most good looking show to look at and it doesn't really have adult theme's it just has a lot of swearing and nudity but i'm still excited for this show when it comes back on in December.
The Simpsons
Not alot of people know that this is an adult show but yeah it is and it's one of the best adult shows at least in my opinion. What makes it so is not only the fact that in it's heyday it was one of the funniest shows out there , it's characters are also so ingrained in popular culture everyone knows every member of the main family but what makes this adult in my opinion is oddly enough it's plot lines they can be at times the most mature plot lines i've seen in any show and it's refreshing honestly.
South Park
Who doesn't love this show it has great jokes and it has great social commentary and the fact that each episode is made within a week is truly impressive. The fact that each episode is made in six days means that the show is always going to remain relevant because they'll always be commentating on things that have happened within that week however I will admit that im not that big a fan of them having season long plots tho.
The Flintstones
This is the granddaddy of all adult animated shows and yes this is a show made for adults so it does count. For me what makes this show adult is the fact that the writing for the show at least for the first three or four seasons is really good and it treats the audience with respect but it all went downhill after Bamm-Bamm met Pebbles the show instead of being made for adults became more kid friendly but i'll always remember those early years.
Fat S***s
I've had to edit the name of this show just because of the fact that the word in question is a British slang word which i'm not going to explain what it means you can just look it up. This is just a fun show to watch but it's not one that i'd recommend watching with parents or grandparents around that's how adult this show gets in literally every single episode that's really all i've got to say about this show.
