The Mandalorian "Chapter 13" SPOILERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Review

Star Wars fans you all thought that I forgot about covering The Mandalorian season two didn't you will truth be told I just wanted a weeks rest from the show and covering the show. However i'm back now and my god what an episode to come back to just to give you an idea of how big the spoiler is in this episode I can't even put the full name of the episode in the title because it's a spoiler and i've had to make this a SPOILER filled review just to cover alot of the things that I want to talk about and so join me as I review the latest episode from The Mandalorian season two called "Chapter 13: *** ****" enjoy.

The plot of the episode is The Mandalorian and Baby Yoda land on a planet and have to help the local villagers on the planet escape the reign of an evil magistrate (I have no idea what that is either) all with the help of a new ally. I can't really go into that much detail about what I think of the plot because of spoilers but without giving to much away I thought that the story was honestly really good which for this show is really nothing new.

Now because one of the actors who appears in this episode is huge spoiler I can't list them or even who there playing. As such starring in this episode is of course series star Pedro Pascal as The Mandalorian , Michael Biehn as Lang , Diana Lee Inosanto as Morgan Elsbeth and Wing Tao Chao as Wing. There is one more name that like I said I cannot list because both who it is and who there playing is a huge spoiler but let's just say SJW's won't be happy and yes I did try and think of a way to include this person and who there playing but I couldn't think of any good way to include them in this part of the review tho.

As for what I thought about the acting in this episode as per-usual with this show the acting was honestly really freaking good. I don't think i've seen a single episode of this show that's had bad acting in it which just goes to show you how good this show is because it has good acting in every single episode which is something that even the best TV shows don't do and no one would blame this show if they had an episode that had bad acting since it's only naturel for a TV show to have at least one episode per-season that's badly acted.

SPOILERS START HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now then boys and girls as you can quite clearly see we are now in the spoiler part of the review which means that I can finally list the other actor in this episode. Since the other actor in this episode is Rosario Dawson as Ahsoka Tano and I have to say bravo because that right there is perfect casting and honestly the fact that Ahsoka is in this episode was the only reason why I made this review a spoiler filled one because I just knew that I would have to talk about Ahsoka in this episode.

They really got the look of Ahsoka down freaking perfectly in this episode no joke before I watched the episode I went online and I saw pictures from this episode and I couldn't tell that they were from this episode. Due to the fact that Ahsoka looks so much like her animated counterpart it's unreal even the above picture which is from this episode to me looks like it could from either Rebels or The Clone Wars because Ahsoka in this episode looks so freaking good.

Now even tho this is the spoiler part of the review there is one shout out that I want to keep hidden just due to how cool it is. However I will say that the villain of this episode Morgan Elsbeth (Diana Lee Inosanto) has a connection to certain blue skinned Grand Admiral and if the makers of this show want to they can very easily answer a question set up at the end of Star Wars Rebels just by having this blue skinned Grand Admiral come back.

We can stop calling Baby Yoda Baby Yoda because it has a name now and that name is Grogu and while i''m glad that Baby Yoda finally has a name I think that alot of us if not all of us either in the Star Wars fandom or not are going to keep on referring to him as Baby Yoda. Plus to me at least his name sounds so much like Goku that at times during this episode I couldn't hear the difference between Grogu and Goku.

Ahsoka is so freaking bada*s in this episode she gets alot of time to show her skills and I have to say that I loved Ahsoka in this episode due to how bada*s she is in this episode. To me Ahsoka and Cara Dune are two examples of how great the women characters in this Disney era of Star Wars can be and in my opinion both them plus Hera ad Sabine are better all round characters then Rey can ever hope to be because all of them are characters that have flaws and that have personalities and aren't there to shove a political message down our throats.

SPOILERS END HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This episode has a running time of forty four minuets and forty five seconds long which to me was a tad on the long side for me personally. I say this just because the episode doesn't really have enough story to cover that long of a running time if anything this story should have been at least thirty five minuets long just because the episode doesn't have enough time to cover anything longer then thirty five minuets in my opinion.

Now then boys and girls there was some action in this episode and so that means that I have to talk about the action that's in the episode. Which to me was honestly fairly average just because we don't get to see anything new when it comes to the action and since we are back to being spoiler free there is a character in this episode who does gets a pretty cool action scenes both at the start of the episode and at the end of the episode which I honestly really liked but overall the action in the episode is stuff that we've all seen before in other movies and TV shows.

Overall to say that this episode was good would be a huge understatement and to say that I liked this episode would be an even bigger understatement. Yes there are some faults in this episode like for example there's a few dodgy looking CGI shots plus what I said in this review but there also alot of good things in the episode like what i've discussed in this very review as such this episode gets a 9 out of 10 from me.

All of the images that I used in this review were gathered from the official The Mandalorian fandom wiki page , the official Star Wars fandom wiki page or Google Images. When it comes to The Mandalorian I always say that it's best to get the images from the official The Mandalorian fandom wiki page just because there's a more of verity of images however in this case I think it's best to get the images from this episode from the official Star Wars fandom wiki page just because alot of the images on there are very high quality.

Saved By The Bell 2020 TV Series Review

It seems we are now living in an age where every TV show from the late eighties and early nineties is either getting rebooted , remade or a sequel. Well there's a new show that we can add to that ever growing and seemingly never ending list and just like with the new series of Animaniacs this show not only brings back several cast members and is a show that I was excited to watch and so here is my review of the 2020 sequel of Saved By The Bell also called "Saved By The Bell" enjoy.

The premise for the show is that Zack Morris is now Governor of California and one day he closes down alot of under privileged schools and so in order to save himself he sends all of those kids affects to higher performing schools which includes Bayside High. The original Saved By The Bell didn't have a story either and so to expect this new version to have a plot would be stupid and the premise is honestly really interesting even more if you watch the Zack Morris Is Trash Youtube series.

This show actually does have alot of the original cast reprising their roles with those reprising their roles being producer Mark-Paul Gosselaar as Zack Morris , producer and still hot as all hell Tiffani Thiessen as Kelly Kapowski , producer and very hot as all hell Elizabeth Berkley as Jessica Spano and producer and seemingly never aging Mario López as A.C. Slater. Joining the are John Michael Higgins as Principal Toddman , producer Josie Totah as Lexi , Mitchell Hoog as Mac Morris , Belmont Cameli as Jamie Spano , Haskiri Velazquez as Daisy , Alycia Pascual-Pena as Aisha and Dexter Darden as Devante.

I have to say that as someone who grew up with the reruns of the original Saved By The Bell when it was on in the mid nineties I loved seeing the old cast together to me it was like seeing a friend that you hadn't seen in a long time. It helps that the acting from both the old and the new cast was honestly alot better then it had any right to be anyone who has seen the original Saved By The Bell knows that the acting isn't always that good  but here the acting is honestly really good with alot of the actors giving some really good and funny performances.

Now this show is a single camera comedy which means that it wasn't filmed in front of a studio audience which I have to admit I missed the studio audience aspect of the show. However due to how this show is being made it means that we get to see to the school from angels that just aren't possible with a live audience and so for me it's something that works well in the shows favour since it makes the school look alot bigger and it makes it look like an actual school and not a TV show set.

One of my biggest worries about not only this show but really any show these days is that this could be very woke. I won't lie there are alot of scenes that defiantly but at the same time the original show also dealt with social issues as well and so it would seem very out of place if this reboot didn't talk about social issues that are effecting todays teenagers , on the flip side of that however this reboot / sequel does get a little heavy handed with the issues that it's talking about which is something that I personally didn't like.

Like alot of shows these days this show is airing exclusively on a streaming service with the streaming service in question being the NBC owned Peacock. Peacock / NBC it seems are following the Netflix and Hulu trend by releasing all the episodes at once which to me isn't my preferred way of watching a TV show i'm old fashioned and I prefer to watch TV shows weekly however here I felt that releasing all of the episodes at once worked in the shows favour just because I was honestly having such a good time watching the episodes that I just had to watch the next one.

I want it known that i'm basing this review of episodes one , two , three , four and ten and so i've watched more of this reboot then I have the Animaniacs reboot. As such even tho i've watched five full length episodes I do realise that i've missed at least one appearance from an actor from the original show but at the same time i've seen more then enough episodes to form an opinion on this new show and unlike many critics who work for publications I don't do my reviews based of a single episode so there's that at least.

Each episode or at least each of the episodes that i've seen run no longer then thirty one minuets with I think the longest episode being episode one with runs for thirty one minuets and thirty one seconds. I honesty feel that this franchise works best in thirty minuet doses but at he same time since this sequel show is so good I honestly would have minded if a few of the episodes were a bit longer because I was having such a good time watching each episode.

I will say that if your a fan of the Zack Morris Is Trash Youtube series then you'll love this show because it really does hit home how much of a horrible human being Zack Morris really is. Even the premise of the show pretty much tells you that this guy is a terrible person which is honestly something that I loved because looking back all of these years later yeah Zack Morris was a really terrible human being.

Now then boys and girls this is a comedy show after all and that means that I have to talk about the jokes that are in this show. I'm not going to lie I thought that this show was honestly funny you can tell that the writers of this show are fans of the original show and so because of that you get alot of jokes that also serve of homages to the original show which while those were funny I did grow tied of them just because it was the same kind of joke and after awhile it got tiring to see that same joke playout in this show but that's just me.

Overall I can say that this reboot / sequel / revival gave me everything I wanted but that's also the show's biggest problem because it didn't give me anything that I didn't know that I wanted. I can very easily say that this show is ten times better then Saved By The Bell: The New Class but that's not really a high bar to reach and I do recommend any Saved By The Bell fans check this show out and yes the theme song is pretty bad as well as for what rating I give this show this show gets a 7 out of 10 from this old school Saved By The Bell fan.

All of the images that I used in this review were gathered from either Wikipedia , Google Images or the official Saved By The Bell fandom wiki page. In what is becoming a bit of a trend for me I honestly have no idea which website would be best to get images from either show or anything to do with Saved By The Bell just because the quality across all three websites is about the same and so I say use whichever website you want and remember Zack Morris Is Trash.

My First Impressions Of Animaniacs 2020

Ladies and gentlemen after so many years of the air the Warner brothers and the Warner sister are finally back with new episodes. However they didn't come alone as they also brought with them Pinky & The Brain as well as a whole bunch of characters from the classic Animaniacs and so you can bet that I was not only excited as all hell for this show but I was also going to cover this show when it first came out and so here are my first impressions of the 2020 revival of "Animaniacs" enjoy.

The basic set up of the show is the exact same only with the first and last segments dealing with the Warner siblings adjusting to live in the modern day and Pink & The Brain come close to taking over the world when The Brain creates a meme in which the sole focus is to help The Brain take over the world. I fully admit I had no idea what to expect from this show plot wise but i'm glad that they kept the same verity show format  and out of the basically two stories that this episodes presents us with I liked the Warner siblings plot more just because to e that was the more funny storyline but that's just what I think tho.

Reprising their roles are Rob Paulsen as Yakko Warner , Pinky and Gennaro , Jess Harnell as Wakko Warner and Co-Host , Tress MacNeille as Dot Warner , Alarm and Host , Frank Welker as Ralph The Guard , Clunko and Teamster #1 and Maurice LaMarche as The Brain and Ian Malcolm. Joining them for this series are Stephanie Escajeda as Nora Rita Norita , Keith Ferguson as Dr. Grant , Jake Green as Fred Bagel and P.A , Brendan Hunt as Seth Meyers , Andy Milder as Steven Spielberg and Teamster #2 and Abby Trott as Dr. Sattler.

Just the fact that they managed to get back nearly all of the original cast and had them reprise their original cast makes this show worth watching. However as for my thoughts on the acting it was honestly as great as I expected it to be i'm not going to lie I went into this first episode with high expectations about pretty much everything and that includes the acting and so it's great to see that the old cast haven't missed a step when it comes to playing these characters and the new cast do a good job as well.

Doing the animation for each of the segments in this episode are Giant Ant , Snipple Animation and Titmouse. The original Animaniacs always had top notch animation and so when this show was first announced I like I assume many others was nervous that this revival wouldn't live up to the quality f the animation that the original show had , well I can safely say that this show at least from this first episode has some really good animation with all of the characters having alot of nice fluid movements and the song sequences really coming to life due to how good the animation is in those sequences or at least I think so anyways.

This show does introduce 3D CGI animation to the franchise with the intro for Pinky & The Brain being done entirely in 3D CGI. Honestly that's one of the very few gripes that I have with this episode just because the CGI doesn't look that good in my opinion and there was honesty nothing wrong with the 2D animated intro from either the original Animaniacs or the original Pinky & The Brain but at least they still kept the original Pinky & The Brain theme song.

Speaking of Pinky & The Brain I honestly found there return cartoon to be the worst part of the episode not to say that there segment is bad because it's really good. However how they explain what the duo have been up to for over twenty years just didn't sit well with me personally and it goes against there whole idea of trying to take over the world every single night but on the plus side it does de-canonise Pinky , Elmyra & The Brain.

Not only did they bring back the cast from the original show and executive producer Steven Spielberg but they also brought back original song writers Julie and Steven Bernstein. I have to say that I liked the two songs that they have in this episode since they both have that Animaniacs charm to them as well as being catchy as all hell sadly tho neither of the two songs in this episode are a list song but they do a good job of ripping Hollywood a new one since all they do in both songs is sing about how Hollywood is running out of ideas and are just making reboots / reimaginings of various old TV show and movies which I thought was funny.

Incase you need another reason to watch this revival they also brought back the original theme song but with new lyrics. While I love he original theme song and i'm glad that they brought back i'm not a fan of some of the new lyrics which to me just scream of being woke hell there's even a whole part of the song which is just dedicated to proving how woke they are which could be a jab at people who complain that something isn't woke enough but to me it just seemed out of place as did the fact that they go out of the way to say that Dot uses her wit which if you've seen the original show wasn't true at all Dot's whole thing was that she's cute one and would often use her cuteness to get the better of people and so i feel that they should have kept the lyric saying that Dot is cute.

This episode like the original series episodes is a full twenty four minuets and thirty five seconds long and even tho there are a few segments in this episode i'm so glad that they didn't do what most modern cartoons do these days. Which is to make each episode eleven minuets long just because that would harm the show in the longer run since you can't tell a great story in eleven minuets since you have so much to set up anyway and so having this show be alot closer to twenty five minuets is a good thing because it means that we get to spend more time with these likeable characters.

Now then boys and girls this is a comedy and Animaniacs is known for it's jokes which means I have to talk about the jokes in this episode. Honestly the jokes are where this episode shines brightest in my opinion because my god is this episode I honestly lost count at how many times I laughed out loud during this because all of the jokes landed and landed hard that's how good the jokes are in this episode or at least I think the jokes in this episode are really funny anyways.

Overall from this episode and this episode alone it looks like the Animaniacs reboot is going to be one of the few actually good reboots out there. This episode honestly has so little going against it in my opinion and trust me I looked for anything that I could find that was a bad thing in the episode because all i was finding was alot of good but the only ones that i've found are the ones that i've mentioned in this post and since this is only my first impressions of the new show I won't give this show or this episode a rating.

All of the images that I used in this review I got from either the official Animaniacs fandom wiki page or Google Images. In what is sadly becoming more of a trend as of late I honestly have no idea which website would be best to use for images since both have images that are both very high in quality and pretty low in quality but I will say that Google Images does have more of a verity of images tho were as the official Animaniacs fandom wiki page only has a small handful of images at the absolute most and so I say use whichever website you want to use.

Looney Tunes "What's Up, Doc?" AND "What's Opera, Doc?" Review

Looney tunes fans it's been a long time since I last took a look at any of the classic Looney Tunes shorts which is a shame because there are a lot of classic Looney Tunes shorts out there. So then it's only right that i've now found two shorts to review for you all with one of them being known as one of the best cartoons that Warner Bros have ever released and so here is my review of the 1950 Looney Tunes cartoon "What's Up, Doc?" and the 1957 classic Looney Tunes cartoon "What's Opera, Doc?" enjoy the review everyone.

The plot to "What's, Up Doc?" is Bugs is on the phone doing an interview and tells the interviewer his life story. Where as the plot to "What's Opera, Doc?" is Elmer is trying to kill Bugs and that's really it , for all of the love that What's Opera, Doc gets it sure as hell doesn't have much there in terms of story but that's not the point of the cartoon now compare that with What's Up, Doc which has a ton of story but is somehow the worse of the two because of the fact it has a lot story.

Starring in these cartoons is of course the late and always great Mel Blanc as Bugs Bunny as well as Arthur Q. Bryan as Elmer Fudd. These are honestly the only two actors who I know has roles in both artons since even tho actor Richard Bickenbach has a role in What's Up, Doc I cannot find out who he played but since he's known for doing caricatures of Bing Crosby i'm going to assume that he plays Bing Crosby since Bing Crosby does show up in What's Up, Doc.

As for what I thought about the acting in both of the cartoons it was honestly really freaking good which shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone whatsoever. I think anyone who has seen at least one of the classic Looney Tunes shorts will know how good of an actor not just a voice actor but an actor Mel Blanc was and the same is true for Arthur Q. Bryan since both actors turn in great performances in both cartoons in my opinion.

Animating What's Up, Doc is J.C. Melendez , Charles McKimson , Phil DeLara , Wilson Burness , Emery Hawkins and Rod Scribner With Ken Harris , Abe Levitow , Richard Thompson and Willie Ito animating What's Opera, Doc , in terms of the animation both shorts have shockingly good animation which honestly holds up really well to this very day hell they could re-release these shorts in theaters and they would like they were made a few years ago.

Of course out of the two What's Opera, Doc has the better animation because of the fact that alot more time was spent making that short. Due to this the movements of the characters look better and the backgrounds look more stunning where as in What's Up Doc even tho the characters movements look good and the backgrounds look great they don't hold a candle to what we get in What's Opera Doc but that's just what I think tho.

I will say that out of the many classic Looney Tunes shorts that i've seen over the years What's Opera, Doc is one of the darkest ones out there. Just because we see Bugs Bunny die and yes they actually say that he's dead that right there is freaking ballsy as all hell since most cartoons today would either say he's been destroyed (as if that makes things better somehow) or they would skert around the fact that the main character and main hero of the short has just been killed.

I'm going to be honest I have no idea why I chose to review What's Up, Doc but i'm glad I did because it gives us some backstory for Bugs Bunny. Which I don't think had been done at that point but I could be wrong but it honestly was great to see what Bugs was like growing up and I would have liked it if the whole short was just about him growing up but at the same time we wouldn't have a great end joke if the whole of What's Up, Doc was about a young Bugs Bunny.

What to me felt really odd is that What's Up, Doc has Elmer Fudd in a smaller role despite being presented as the one who not only saved Bugs's career but also helped get him into Hollywood. If anything Elmer should have been made a co-lead character in this cartoon since he does play a big role in the cartoons story and having him in a smaller role to me doesn't make sense due to how he's presented in the cartoon.

What's Opera, Doc has a running time of six minuets and fifty two seconds while What's Up, Doc has a running time of seven minuets and fifteen seconds. Both shorts have the right amount of running time in my opinion since even tho What's Up, Doc has alot of story it finds a way to condense the plot to little over seven minuets and while i would have liked What's Opera, Doc to be a little longer if it was a little bit longer then any issue that people have with the short would only be heightened since they would now be forced to focus on that issue.

Both of these shorts are meant to be comedies but only one of these shorts I feel is a true comedy and that's What's Up, Doc. I say this because What's Opera Doc is more of a drama then a comedy but as for the jokes in What's Up Doc they were honestly pretty funny I honestly thought that Bugs being stuck in a chorus line was really funny and i'm glad that they brought it back for the end of the short because it made a good joke to end on in my opinion.

Overall both of these cartoons are honestly really good and while i don't know what the Looney Tunes fanbase thinks of What's Up, Doc I do know that What's Opera, Doc really well liked by the Looney Tunes fandom. Do both shorts have there faults yes and i've covered those faults in this very review but at the same time both shorts have alot of good things about them as well and so What's Up, Doc gets a 7.5 out of 10 from me while What's Opera, Doc gets a 9 out of 10 from this Looney Tunes fan.

All of the images that I used in this review were gathered from either the official Looney Tunes fandom wiki page , Wikipedia or Google Images. I honestly have no idea which website would be the best to use in terms of images from these shorts since the quality of the images is pretty much the exact same  across all three websites and so I say use whichever website you want that and there's really only one way to end this review T-T-T-T-THAT'S ALL FOLKS.

The Lego Star Wars Holiday Special Review

As alot of you Star Wars knw there has only been one Star Wars holiday special and to say that it was pretty bad would be a huge understatement. Well now the folkes over at Lego and Disney have teamed up in order to bring us another one because the world was just begging for another Star Wars holiday special and not you know an actually GOOD Star Wars movie and so here is my review of "The Lego Star Wars Holiday Special" enjoy.

The plot of this special is Rey somehow finds the key to time travel and so with BB8 by her side goes travelling through the Star Wars timeline while trying to learn to be a good master to Finn for some reason. I will admit that the plot to thing special is alot better then the one for the first Star Wars holiday special just because this one actually has a plot but at the same time the plot for this special makes no sense very little sense since at the end of The Rise Of Skywalker Rey was on her own and not with her friends and certainly wasn't training Finn to be a jedi but as a thing meant for little kids the plot is decent enough but that's really it.

Starring in this special is Helen Sadler as Rey , James Arnold Taylor as Obi-Wan Kenobi and Billy Dee Williams as Lando Calrissian. Also starring in the special is  A.J. LoCascio as Han Solo and a Jawa , Anthony Daniels asC-3PO , Ben Prendergast as Darth Maul and General Hux , Dee Bradley Baker as Clone Trooper and Max Rebo , Eric Bauza as Luke Skywalker and Stormtrooper , one of the only actors from the films to reprise their role for this special we have Kelly Marie Tran as Rose Tico and Matt Sloan as Darth Vader.

As for what I thought about the acting in the special it was honestly a lot better then it had any right to be if i'm being honest. No one would have blamed these actors if they chose to phone in their performances but no all of the actors in this special do a really good at playing their respective characters and Helen Sadler does such a good impression of Daisy Ridley that I legit thought that they brought Daisy Ridley back to play Rey.

Doing the animation for this special  is Atomic Cartoons or at least I assume so since the special only has them listed as doing production services but they are the closest company I could find in terms of who did the animation. As for what I thought about the animation in this special it wasn't that bad the issue is tho it wasn't that good either it was at best passable which for a Lego special or direct to DVD film makes sense but not for something related to Star Wars.

For any of you that don't know this special takes place after The Rise Of Skywalker which honestly a few inconsistencies. The first of which being when that film ended Rey was on Tatooine and wasn't a jedi master the second of which is the fact that Finn wasn't training to be a jedi and Rey hadn't said that she would take him on and be his jedi master these are basic continuity issues that could have been addressed in the special and it just goes to show you that the makers behind this special never even saw The Rise Of Skywalker.

While what I just said about the continuity might seem like nitpicking to a die hard Star Wars fan ignoring the continuity of any film regardless of weather or not the film is bad is always going to be an issue. The other thing that I have an issue with is even tho this special might be non canon if it is canon then they've just introduced time travel into the world of Star Wars is just freaking stupid because Star Wars was always space fantasy and not science fiction.

I will admit this Star Wars holiday special is alot better then the first one simply because of two reason the first one being you can actually understand what the main characters are saying and secondly this one actually has a plot. Both of these reasons make this special alot better then the first Star Wars holiday special which I know isn't a high bar to achieve it is still something that's worth pointing out in my opinion.

This special has a running time of forty four minuets and fifty seven seconds so let's round that up nicely to forty five minuets. This running time for me personally was a bit long simply because the film simply doesn't have the running time to cover that length of time and so scenes shouldn't take that long now take nearly ten times as long because they have to stretch a twenty two minuet plot into an almost forty five minuet plot which simply doesn't work in my opinion.

Now then there is some action in this special and so that means that I have to talk about the action that's in the special itself. Which I have to admit was honestly really good and the action for me is where the special is the most fun just because you get to see people from different eras of Star Wars media fighting either with or against each other which for me at least was really fun to see since if you have alot of Star Wars Lego then you might have say Rey and Darth Maul fight each for example the only limitations when it comes to lego is your own imagination and that's something that's carried through to this special in my opinion.

Overall yeah this Star Wars holiday special is alot better then the first Star Wars holiday special like I said that's not exactly a high bar to reach. That said this special has many issues with it a number of which i've covered in this review and some of which i've covered in this review and one of which is just so dumb that honestly it's not even worth talking about and so this Star Wars holiday special gets a 6 out of 10 from me.

All of the images that I used in this review were gathered from either the official Star Wars fandom wiki page (called Wookieepedia) and Google Images. Honestly out of the two websites that I used i'd say that Wookieepedia aka the official Star Wars fandom wiki page is the better website for images just because the images on there are very high definition but Google Images has more of a verity of images so i'd say use either website if you want images from this special but that's just me and you can watch this special right now on Disney+.

The Mandalorian "Chapter 11: The Heiress" SPOILER FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Review

Star Wars fans it's that time of the week again and I have to say that this is the episode that made me want to cover this show on a weekly basis just because i'm a huge fan of one of this episodes guest stars. As with all of these Mandalorian reviews this review is SPOILER FREE and the reason why I chose to wait a day after the episode premiered to review the episode is because there simply wasn't enough images available and so here is my review of The Mandalorian season 2 episode 3 with the episode being called "Chapter 11: The Heiress" enjoy.

The plot of this weeks episode is The Mandalorian has to help a group of unexpected allies acquire some weapons from The Empire. Plot wise I feel that this is a step up from the previous episode just because this episode also advances the plot of the show which for me at least is a huge plus plus it helps that the plot of this episode doesn't like it's a video game level nor does it feel like it's a filler episode either.

Starring in this episode is of course Pedro Pascal as The Mandalorian but we also have Misty Rosas as Frog Lady, Also starring in the episode is current WWE Smackdown Women's Champion as well former five time WWE Raw Women's champion and former two time WWE Women's Tag Team Champion Sasha Banks (Mercedes Varnado) as Koska Reeves , Katee Sackhoff as Bo-Katan , Simon Kassianides as Axe Woves , Titus Welliver as Captain and the legend that is Giancarlo Esposito as Moff Gideon.

As you can no doubt tell i'm a huge fan of Sasha Banks (Mercedes Varnado) so you just know that I had to give her the best intro for a guest star ever plus i'm a WWE / wrestling fan as well hence why I credited her under her ring name and not her actual name. As for what I thought about the acting in this episode it was honestly a bit of a let down which is hard to say but for a TV show it's to be expected since no TV show has great acting in every episode but even so the acting in this episode is much of a let down as it is it's still better then the acting in alot of other TV shows.

The CGI in this episode while for the most part it was up to the shows very high standard there are still some CGI effects that didn't look as good in my opinion. I'm not going to spoil what the shot in question is because it is just one effect but to me that effect looked like it hadn't been fully rendered and so it looked like something that you would see in a behind the scene featurette where the film makers or effects artists are planning a shot and that's me being very freaking kind.

I honestly wasn't expecting this episode to delve deep into the lore of Mandalore which I honestly see as both a good and bad thing. It's a good thing because it shows that the show is respecting the lore of the Star Wars universe and the backstory of certain characters but it's bad thing because if your like me then you didn't watch that much of either Star Wars The Clone Wars or Star Wars Rebels or even read any of the books or comics and so the lore can be a bit hard to follow or even make sense of but that's just what I think tho.

Again without giving anything away either next weeks episode or an episode within the next few weeks is going to feature a huge Star Wars character. I'm trying not to give anything away because of two reasons number one being it might not be next week's episode this character appears in and number two there might be some people who don't follow the news surrounding the making of this show and so it's wouldn't be fair to any of them if I spoiled which huge Star Wars animated TV show character might be popping up in the next episode.

This episode has a total running time of thirty three minuets and one second which I honestly feel is the perfect running time for this episode. This is something that i'm noticing quite alot of the time because all of the episodes for The Mandalorian season 2 have the right amount of running time for whatever story there telling that week and I have to say that I like that fact because it means that every scene is about moving the plot of that weeks episode along and so there are no or very little filler scenes or at least that's what I think anyways.

Now then boys and girls since there was action in this episode and this is an action show that means that I have to talk about the action that's in the episode. I honestly found the action in this episode to be rather enjoyable there are alot of cool moments that happen in those action sequences which for me at least made the action alot more fun to watch and it helps that the action doesn't boil down to who can hit who the hardest.

Overall this is honestly a really good episode in my opinion as it does a good job of advancing the main plot of the show as well as being generally quite entertaining. The episode however does feature some issues all of which i've mentioned in this review but those issues don't stop the episode from being a good episode as such this episode gets a 8 out of 10 from me. All of the images that I used in this review were gathered from either the official The Mandalorian fandom wiki page , the official Pro Wrestling fandom wiki page or the official Clone Wars fandom wiki page.

I honestly have no idea which website would be best to use so I say any of the websites I mentioned since your going to get really high quality images from any of them but only the official The Mandalorian and the official Clone Wars fandom wiki page are relevant to Star Wars tho so please keep that in mind when looking for images from this episode on any of those websites and I might leave it a day or two next week as well just incase there aren't that many images from the episode out when the episode drops on Friday.

The Flintstones "The Flintstone Flyer" Review

Animation fans this is a review that i've been putting of for a few days now mostly because something else has come up on the days I planned to do this review. However i've finally got the chance to take a look at something that is kind of historic in the world of animation since without this one episode there would be no Flintstones and without The Flintstones TV series there would be no The Simpsons or no Family Guy and so here is my review of the first episode of The Flintstones TV series with the episode being called "The Flintstone Flyer" enjoy.

The plot of the episode is Barney invents a flying machine which he and Fred want to use to go bowling with Wilma and Betty finding out since both couples have tickets for the opera the very same night that Fred and barney want to go bowling. In all honesty the plot of the episode is average at best which is honestly something that I expected to be the case since this show isn't known for having deep plots or even great plots for that matter but I still would liked the story to have been a bit better then what it actually was.

Starring in the episode is Alan Reed as Fred Flintstone and Jean Vander Pyl as Wilma Flintstone and The Paper Boy. Also starring in the episode is the late and great Mel Blanc as Barney Rubble and Bea Benaderet as Betty Rubble. I really have nothing to say about the cast for this episode since pretty much all of the actors in this episode are voice acting legends and the fact that the show managed to get this much talent in the show and this episode.

As for what I thought about the acting in this episode it was honestly a lot better then what I remember it being. I say this because I haven't seen this episode in a long time and so I couldn't recall what the acting was like and so you can imagine my surprise when I saw that the acting in the episode was really good which to be honest given who's in the episode really shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone in my opinion.

The animation in this episode was done by Hanna-Barbera Productions and I don't think that I need to say what shows they've worked on since there a really well known company and there shows are really well known. Hanna-Barbera Productions is known for being cheap when it comes to there animation and the same is true with this episode since there are alot of repeated backgrounds and alot of the movements from the characters can be pretty stiff at times.

I personally only noticed one animation error in this episode and it's the fact that for alot of the episode Barney's are coloured black but for some reason near the end of the episode his eyes are colourless. If this was just in one quick shot i'd be alot more forgiving but since it's in the entire finale of the episode and so I have to wonder why didn't anybody bother to fix this issue since more then enough people would have had enough chance to see the mistake and yet no one bothered to do so.

This episode made me realise how violent Wilma and Betty are since we see them hit there husbands quite hard a few times in this episode. Not only that but Wilma hits Fred who she knows has a head and arm injury and she hits him at least once maybe twice on the head  , i'm honestly shocked that it's taken me thins long to realise how violent Wilma and Betty are and i'm surprised that no one else has picked up on it.

This episode is twenty six minuets long which feels about right since the episode doesn't have enough story to cover anything longer then that in my opinion. Helping things is the fact that the pacing of the episode is honestly quite good with nearly all of the scenes focusing on advancing the plot which is what an episode of this length should really be doing and it's something that I feel's be lost since alot of shows these days don't bother with the plot they instead focus on the comedy and nothing more which isn't really a good thing since without a story it doesn't matter what the jokes are because your audience just won't be interested.

This is I believe the only episode of the show where they show that Barney is an inventor which is a shame because with Barney as an inventor you then open the show up to alot of funny plot lines. I honestly have to wonder why they chose to drop this idea because it can be a really funny idea and like I said it does open the door to alot of plots and alot of funny jokes but for some reason the idea of Barney Rubble being an inventor was dropped after this one episode.

Now then boys and girls since this is a comedy that means that I have to talk about the jokes that are in this episode. I honestly that the jokes in this episode are very hit and miss since alot of the jokes are in my opinion very dated and that doesn't make them that funny but the jokes that are funny are honestly pretty freaking funny but I honestly feel that the episode has alot more bad / dated jokes then it does good / funny jokes.

Overall this was a really good episode in my opinion and I can honestly see how the show became as popular as it did. I say that because as i've said in this very review there are alot of good things that are in the episode but at the same time there are a lot of bad things in the episode as well which i've also talked about in this review and so while I don't think this was the best episode for the show to start with I do think that this still was a good episode and so the episode gets a 7.5 out of 10 from this fan of The Flintstones.

All of the images that I used in this review were gathered either Amazon UK , Google Images or the official the Flintstones fandom wiki page. For once i;m not going to recommend that you use Google Images if you want images from either this show or this episode since even tho they have alot more verity the official the Flintstones fandom wiki page has images that are alot more higher quality and higher definition which is something that I always look for when making a review that and the official The Flintstones has an episode by episode cast list which is always handy.
