Marvel Zombies TV Series SPOILER FILLED Review

It's not very often that I have to use both a spoiler warning and a gore warning in the exact same post with the last time that this happened being back during What If season 1. Well now Marvel have released there latest new animated show and to say that the gore warning is justified would be like saying X-Men '97 was a good show no duh and well you all just knew that I had to check out all four of these episodes the very chance that I got and so then join me as I give you my SPOILER FILLED review of the show that is a spin off of What If with the show in question being called simply just "Marvel Zombies" enjoy.

The plot of this show is when Kamala , Riri and Kate all discover a possible way to end there earths Zombie outbreak all three of them head to Ohio to try and save the world once and for all. Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual plot that's actually featured / presented to us in this very show well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual plot that's actually featured / presented to us in this very show was in all honesty not that bad however this shows plot really isn't all that good as there's nothing about this shows plot that makes seem like anything less then a generic zombie show or movie only now the characters are Marvel characters and that's really it with the plot of the show being at best very weak as it was hard to tell just what the main plot of the show even was alot of the time as the show oddly enough doesn't give it's main plot alot of focus outside of the first two episodes and that's really it which does make you wonder why the makers of this show went with this plot when they quite clearly had no intention of giving it the focus that it really needed as on paper this is a plot that could have worked and seeing these familiar characters in this kind of setting is more then enough to make the plot of the show work but you still to actually give the plot alot of focus and that is something that the makers of this show really don't do with alot of the focus going into the fact that they have zombies in the show and that's really it and while that's great you still need a decent plot to hold it all together and sadly for the most part that's not what this show has but when the show has moments where it does focus on the show that's were you promise that this plot could have had with the plot of this show not really being really rather entertaining and nor is it really rather engaging as well in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

Starring in this show is Iman Vellani as Kamala Khan / Ms. Marvel and Elizabeth Olsen as Wanda Maximoff / Red Queen. Also starring in this show is Paul Rudd as Scott Lang / Ant-Man , Florence Pugh as Yelena Belova , David Harbour as Alexei Shostakov / Red Guardian , Tessa Thompson as Brunnhilde / Valkyrie , Simu Liu as Shang-Chi , Awkwafina as Katy Chen , Hailee Steinfeld as Kate Bishop , Wyatt Russell as John Walker , Randall Park as Jimmy Woo , Dominique Thorne as Riri Williams / Ironheart , Hudson Thames as Peter Parker / Spider-Man , Todd Williams as Eric Brooks / Blade Knight , Kenna Ramsey as Okoye , Kerry Condon as F.R.I.D.A.Y. , Kari Wahlgren as Melina Vostokoff , Feodor Chin as Xu Wenwu , Rama Vallury as Helmut Zemo / Baron Zemo , Greg Furman as Thor , Adam Hugill as Rintrah , Daniel Swain as London Master , Sheila Atim as Sara Wolfe , F. Murray Abraham as Khonshu and Zenobia Shroff as Muneeba Khan.

Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in this very show well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in this very show was in all honesty not that bad. With all of this shows actors turning in some really good performances which is something that's not really all that surprising as alot of them are reprising their roles from either other animated shows or the Marvel Cinematic Universe films and there for they would all of course have a really good handle on their characters and how there respective characters would act in any given situation with even the shows newer actors like for example Todd Williams making for a really good Blade with his voice being somewhere between the Wesley Snipes version of the character and the voice Mahershala Ali used in Eternals for the character and even new Thor voice actor Greg Furman actually does a pretty good job of sounding like Chris Hemsworth so much so that at times it was hard to tell that it wasn't him voicing the character with the best actor in the whole entire show being Iman Vellani as Kamala Khan / Ms. Marvel as even tho she's played the character in live action twice and multiple times in animation she really does own this role with her infectious energy shining through in her performance as the character as well with the acting that's in this very show not really being helped by the fact that the script for this show is just so bad as it gives none of this shows actors absolutely nothing to work with interms of what it is that there actual characters personalities are even meant to be in the first place which is something that really does harm the overall quality of the acting that's in this very show.

Doing the animation for this show is the legends and the greats that are currently over at Stellar Creative Lab. Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual animation that's actually featured / presented to us in this very show well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual animation that's actually featured / presented to us in this very show was in all honesty not that bad with the show making use of the same animation style that was used in What If with this being something that does make sense as this show is meant to be a spin off of that show with the shows animation at times looking like it has some 2D handdrawn elements to it especially when it comes to things like dust and dirt however tho while this shows animation is indeed really good and of a very high quality which is something that is really not all that new or surprising as alot of Marvel Animation's TV shows have always had some really good animation to them this show doesn't nothing all that interesting with it's animation as there are very little crazy camera moves and nothing in this show from an animation standpoint that takes full advantage of the fact that it's an animated show as while the characters do look like there respective actors alot of the time there are times where they look nothing like them with there designs feeling more like the cheap knock of brand version of the actors that played them in the movies and due to the shows setting and premise we don't really get to see a lot of verity when it comes to shows backgrounds either with the backgrounds that we do get to see looking empty and just plain to look at alot of the time this is isn't always the case however as we do get some cool looking backgrounds in episodes one , three and part of episode four as well with all of the shows characters having some really nice fluid movements to them which only help to make the shows action come alive and the shows more gory moments even more horrific then what they already are in the first place.

SPOILERS START HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This show is rated TV MA and it really does earn that rating in one respect and one respect only and that's the fact the fact that we have alot of really gory scenes in this show. With there being alot of blood spilled in every single episode of the show which don't get me wrong is perfect for a horror action show like this one but at the same time this is also meant to be an adult show and just having blood and guts in it only serves to make this show adult in the most child like and kid friendly way possible as the show despite setting up the fact that Kamala might be going through some sort of PTSD due to the fact that she looses her friends near the end of episode one the show doesn't take the time to fully explore that aspect of the character and it's the same thing with Red Guardian who looses both his wife and his daughter in back to back episodes and yet if the show took the time to talk about how those characters might be feeling after going through one of the worst things that you can go through as a person then it would make this show feel more mature and adult and heck even shows like The Walking Dead and Ash Vs Evil Dead took the time to let the characters breathe and talk things out this is despite the fact that both of those shows had the same short running time as this show had and because of it both of those shows despite having lots of blood and gore in them feel more adult and mature because of the fact that there were talking about those things and heck even X-Men '97 a show that was made for and pretty much aimed at kids dared to talk about adult things and deal with adult themes in a more mature way and yet this show despite it being a very mature adult show doesn't take the time that it really should have done to do just that weather that was due to the fact that they only four episodes to tell the story or because of the fact the makers of this show just didn't want to talk about those mature things is any bodies guess.

In what could be seen as being a really weird move Disney decided to release all four episodes of this show on the exact same day. Which just seems weird as they very easily could have gotten a months worth of content and more viewership to Disney+ by releasing the episodes weekly something which would have helped them out in the long run as then they could better judge how well the show is doing by comparing the numbers on a week to week basis whereas now they can't do that and now they have to rely on word of mouth the spread the show around and so far the word of mouth for this show hasn't been good whereas if they chose to release the show on a weekly basis yes you would still have that bad word of mouth there as that's due to the fact that the show itself just isn't that good but you could also get more viewership to Disney+ and get them to watch one of you other dozens of Marvel Cinematic Universe TV shows thus guaranteeing that you'll have more numbers coming to your platform as not every single how needs to released all at the same time with this show being one of them as due to it's cliff hanger ending it would have worked all the more better if it was released weekly as then people could theorize about what's going to happen next with the best example of where this could happen interms of the show being the ending to episode two as in that ending we have Yelena sacrifice herself to save Kamala , Red Guardian , Snag-Chi , Katy , Blade and Barron Zemo when Zemo's submarine gets overrun with zombies as then you could have your audience make theories about what could happen next to the group and other such things like is Yelena really dead as characters that die in comic book books come back to life all the time so it would be a perfectly valid argument to make but because of the fact that the show was being released at the same time none of that can happen and this is something that Disney needs to stop doing as there ultimately hurting themselves as there not giving a people more a reason to back to Disney+ to watch there new favorite shows on a week to week basis due to the fact that alot of them are now releasing all of their episodes on the same day.

One of the things that this show did get alot of hate for was it's ending and it's not that hard to see why as it did the one thing that all shows that don't have a confirmed second season do and that's end on a cliffhanger. With this show ending when Kamala agrees to help Wanda who is the shows main villain and Wanda pretty much makes Kamala think that she's living in a world where the zombie apocalypse didn't happen only for Riri to basically hack into Kamala to tell her that everything that she's seeing right now isn't real and is all fake and that's it that's how the show ends which don't get me wrong would be a great ending if the show was already renewed for a second but it's not in fact they've not even begun talking about a potential second season and won't be doing so for a good months which makes this ending all the more infuriating as there's now more then a good chance that it won't be getting a second a season and we'll be stuck with a show that technically didn't have an ending to it which makes you wonder why the makers of this show thought that was a good way to end what might very well be a single series show as they could have come up with an ending that sees Kamala and her group not defeat Wanda for good but stops her plan of touching a highly energized Hulk which in turn would stop her from destroying there world which granted isn't that good of an ending but it' still an ending and it's one that does leave the door open for future seasons should the show have proven to be hit with audiences and yet just ending the show on a cliffhanger is the wrong move to make as now you have to pray to god that the show gets picked up for more seasons just to finish the story when this is a story that really should have been finished in this batch of episodes.

Now then this show has / had an exact grand total running time of no longer then thirty five minuets and twenty one seconds. With the show lasting for four episodes all of run between thirty five minuets and twenty eight minuets with the show not really having enough episodes to really do it's story any kind of justice as this sis show that really could have done with being five or even eight episodes long as the show does have more then plot there to really cover that amount of running time but because of the fact that the show is only four episodes long it really can't use it's running time all that wisely as the show now has to rush along to the next plot point without it feeling earned and as a result of that is that we get multiple main character deaths in every episode where as something like should only happen every couple of episodes at best with this not really being helped by the fact that the plot of the show isn't that well developed as the makers of the show are more focused on showing of the fact that it's a gory show then they in fully developing it's plot with this even being true for the shows characters as well as we get to find out nothing about this universes version of these characters and therefor we can't feel sorry for them when something bad does happen to them as the show really doesn't give us a reason to care for them as the show doesn't take the time that it really needed to fully develop it's characters even Kamala Khan herself who is meant to be the shows main character gets nothing interms of character development as we know just as much about her character at the end of the show then we did at the start of the show with this being something that really could have been fixed if the show really did have more episodes as then both the shows main plot and it's characters get both get the development that they really do need but I really will admit that this show really does have some really good pacing to it tho.

So now then as this is an action show that really does mean that I have to actually talk about the actual action that's actually featured / presented to us in this very show well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual action that's actually featured / presented to us in this very show was in all honesty not that bad. With the shows action being the best part of the show as we get to see various Avengers using there powers to take on and defeat several zombies in several gory and over the top ways which is something that will always be cool to see no matter what else we get from an action standpoint and even seeing Blade engage in a sword fight with another zombie is just great to see with this shows action really being helped by the shows animation as the animation helps to make the action in this show really come alive with each and every blow coming alive and practically leaping off of the screen with the best action scene in the whole episode being the third act fight in episode four when Kamala and her crew now including Ant-Man and Spider-Man among others taking on Wanda and her undead army of evil soldiers alot of which include those that Kamala has lost during the course of the show being force to fight for Wanda which does make that action scene all the more exciting then it already is in the first place with it being helped by the fat that we get to see all of the heroes in that scene using their powers and while the show is filled to the brim with really good action scenes that one at the end of episode is easily the best of the bunch and is alot of fun to watch as well in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

SPOILERS END HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Overall it is hard to say on if this is a good show or not as one the hand there alot of good things to be found in this show from the acting to the action to the fight scenes all being chief among them but at the same time tho there are alot more bad things to be found in this show as well all of which stop the show from reaching it's potential and be the great show that it really could have been in my freaking opinions anyways / at least. Now then i've talked about all of the good and as well as all of the abs things that are in this very show in this very review and as such that really does mean that this very show really does earn itself a grand old score of exactly a 6.5 out of 10 from me.

Now then as for where I personally got all of the images that I personally used in this very review well then boys and girls and as well as ladies and gentlemen I personally got all of the images that I personally used in this very review from the official Marvel Cinematic Universe fandom wiki page and Google Images. With my personally preferred website to use to get the images from this very show that I used in this very review being the really great the official Marvel Cinematic Universe fandom wiki page really simply just due to the fact that really alot of if not really all of the images that are all really from this very show with alot of them being better quality then what you'd really think of and all of the images are really of course up and really on the official Marvel Cinematic Universe fandom wiki page are also really all fairly high in quality and as well as them all being really fairly freaking high in definition.

LEGO Star Wars: Rebuild The Galaxy: Pieces Of The Past SPOILER FILLED Review

To say that Star Wars has had a very hit and miss few weeks would be a huge understatement as while the trailer for Star Wars Visions Volume 3 went down well with people the same thing absolutely cannot be said for the teaser trailer for The Mandalorian And Grogu which seems to have gone done like a lead balloon. Well in all of that hype they've actually released another animated show and it's one that really not alot of people will know about even coming out in the first place and so then join me as I give you my SPOILER FILLED review of the show that really didn't need to exist in the first place with the show in question being called simply just "LEGO Star Wars: Rebuild The Galaxy: Pieces Of The Past" enjoy.

The plot of this show is when a sith lord called Solitus opens up a portal to another galaxy he plans to use this power to destroy the galaxy and it's up to brothers Sig and Dev to stop him before it's far to late. Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual plot that's actually featured / presented to us in this very show well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual plot that's actually featured / presented to us in this very show was in all honesty not that bad however tho this shows plot wasn't all that good as while this is a show that was clearly made just to sell the newly announced and very heavily priced Death Star set it's also a plot that really should have been alot more better as even tho the previous series did dive into the multiverse aspect as well there it was just done to set up the show and and that's really it where as here it plays a huge part in the shows plot with characters from other Lego sets coming in and it just makes the whole plot feel like a giant advertisement for Lego Star Wars sets and yet if you look at movies like The Lego Movie and The Lego Batman Movie which yes were also used to try and sell us various Lego characters but they also had well thought out plots to them where as here the plot feels more like an afterthought to the product whereas if the makers of this sow had put more effort into the shows plot by actually making it a strong plot then the toys would have shifted themselves because of the fact that a good story would have been told in the first place with the plot of this show not really being really rather entertaining and nor is it really rather engaging either in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

Starring in this show is Gaten Matarazzo as Sig Greebling , Tony Revolori as Dev Greebling and Bobby Moynihan as Jedi Bob. Also starring in this show is Marsai Martin as Yesi Scala , Michael Cusack as Servo , Billy Dee Williams as Landolorian , Alan Tudyk as K-2SO , Ben Schwartz as Jaxxon T. Tumperakki , Dan Stevens as Master Solitus , Ahmed Best as Darth Jar Jar , Anthony Daniels as C-3PO , Sam Witwer as Maul , Helen Sadler as Darth Rey , Phil LaMarr as Darth Kit Fisto , Kelly Marie Tran as Darth Rose Tico , Matthew Wood as General Grievous and The Battle Droids , Kevin Michael Richardson as Jedi Jabba The Hutt , Naomi Ackie as Jedi Jannah , Jake Green as Greedo , Piotr Michael as Yoda , Shelby Young as Princess Leia , Matt Sloan as Jedi Vader , Trevor Devall as Jedi Master Sheev and Ackbar Troopers , Mark Hamill as Luke Skywalker , Jennifer Hale as Viper , Ashley Eckstein as Ahsoka Tano , Catherine Taber as Pirate Queen Amidala , Nika Futterman as Asajj Ventress , James Arnold Taylor as Obi-Wan Kenobi , Brian George as Ki-Adi-Mundi , Dee Bradley Baker as Kuiil , Darth Nubs , Nien Nunb and Snoke Clones and Andre Sogliuzzo as Cassian Andor.

Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in this very show well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in this very show was in all honesty really good. With this not really being something that's all that surprising as alot of this shows actors are reprising their roles from other and more well known Star Wars projects and therefor it does make sense that they would turn in some really good performances in this show as they would have had years and in the case of Mark Hamill and Billy Dee Williams decades of experience with playing their respective characters with it really being hard to say just who the best actor in this season of the show even if in the first place as you could make a case for it being either Gaten Matarazzo or Tony Revolori as they are the shows main characters and they do get alot of screen time in this season of the show but at the same time tho it could also be argued that the best actor in the show is someone like Helen Sadler who is the official voice actor for Rey and has a really nailed Daisy Ridley's voice for the character but if push did come to shove i'd say that the best actor in this season of the show is Tony Revolori as he really does get the chance to show of just what it is that he can really do as an actor in this season of the show and it is something that really does help make his performance the best one in this season of the show because of that fact with the acting that's in this show not really being helped by the fact that the scripts for this show are just so bad as they give none of this shows actors absolutely anything to work with interms of what it is that there respective characters personalities are even meant to be in the first place which is something that really does harm the overall quality of the acting that's in this very show.

Doing the animation for this show is the legends and the greats that are currently over at Atomic Cartoons. Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual animation that's actually featured / presented to us in this very show well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual animation that's actually featured / presented to us in this very show was in all honesty not that bad with the show having some pretty decent looking animation to it however that's really the best thing that can be said about the shows animation as for one reason or another the makers of the show tried to emulated the stop motion look of The Lego Movie when it's not really something that works for this show as is a show that requires the animation be alot more smoother and have those fluid movements like we would get in the direct to DVD Lego movies but to give credit where it's due the makers of this show did make sure to include the fact that everything in this world from the desert to the fire is made out of Lego pieces which is a nice attention to detail but at the same time tho there's really nothing about this show from an animation point of view that really does stand out as it feels like the team behind this show are just going through the motions as really there's none of the wit and charm that we would get from quite literally any of the previous Lego Star Wars specials with the animation really just feeling like it was just there and that's rally it but when the show does feature some good looking animation like in it's action scenes and transitions then it is something that really does look really good.

SPOILERS START HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You might have noticed the fact that we have one name missing from the list actors who are in this show and that's that fact that we also Cameron Monaghan as Cal Kestis in this show. With the character making his first ever none video game appearance in anything to do with Star Wars and while his inclusion in this show is basically nothing more then a cameo role as he only appears very briefly in two scenes in at least one episode the very fact that he was included at all does show you that the makers of this show are willing to put in other characters that aren't just either legacy characters from the original trilogy and the prequel trilogy but also newer characters from the sequel trilogy as well and while his appearance will no doubt confuse little kids as there not going to know just who he is due to the more mature nature of the games in which he appears the adults that played those games however will like the fact that he's made the leap to a streaming show albeit in a cameo role but it is something that does make you wonder if Lucasfilm either has bigger plans for the character and are using this show to get the none video game audience interested in the character or if Lego has a Cal Kestis figure coming out as this show was basically made to sell the toys in the first place that would make sense given just how popular of a character that he is amongst alot of people but at the same time it could also be that Lucasfilm are trying to see how kids would react to the character showing up to see if it's worth there time and money to put him in say another TV show or hopefully a movie as we know that the character has some adult fans due to them liking his character in the two Jedi Survivor video games but what we don't know is how kids feel about the character and therefor having him show up in a kids show in a cameo role would be a solid way to see how they feel about him as a character.

There are alot of things that seemed really off in this season of the show the first which being the fact that the character of Servo was just a super annoying character with him speaking over the opening ident for the first three episodes and just never EVER shutting up. To the fact that they literally have a scene in episode one of this season that's literally just there to tell you on the over priced new Death Star set that they announced a few weeks back which was just a pointless thing to include as it makes it super obvious that all this season was designed for is to sell the Lego sets to the kids but when that new Death Star set which they show off quite alot in episode one is £900 pounds or $1000 American dollars then something is clearly wrong but the worst offender is the fact that for a comedy there's nothing all that funny in this season of the show with the only bits of humor coming from the characters quite literally name dropping over and quite frankly better Star Wars projects be it from the movies to the various other TV shows and all that does is remind you that you could be watching something better and while yes this show was made for kids and so of course the jokes aren't going to be that funny but so was shows like the original Animaniacs and the original Tiny Toon Adventures and guess what they had gut bustingly funny jokes in them despite the fact that they were made kids just because something is made for kids isn't an excuse for turning lazy jokes as funny jokes will always be funny jokes no matter how old you are and having a robot character that doesn't shut up is not funny or clever it's annoying with Servo being the must annoying character in this show because of the fact that he doesn't shut up and yet we the audience are meant to be route for him if the makers of this show wanted us to route for him then they should have made him a less annoying character that actually shut up every once in a while.

To be frank this show does straight up copy Deadpool & Wolverine in one respect that being the fact that this season of the show also has a place were all of these forgotten about characters and in this case Lego sets end up. With the idea of the Forcehold being a fairly decent idea as it's made up of several different islands and is something that could make for a very fun playset should Lego chose to make one the issue is tho is that unlike the Void from Deadpool & Wolverine the Forcehold does seem like it's a really underdeveloped idea with it only showing up for a few scenes across three episodes and that's really it this is despite the fact that it does also kind of play a huge part in the plot of the season with the only thing that really could have fixed this was if we had several episodes instead of just four as then we could get to see more of this mysterious new land that hasn't been seen but for whatever reason the makers of this show instead chose to just have four episodes per season with this meaning that what could have been this really cool and fun idea that's filled to the brim with nods and winks to other parts of Star Wars lore is now just wasted potential like how cool would it have been to have some characters from the expanded universe show up for an episode or two or how cool would it have been to have characters that we had long forgotten show up to remind us all why we liked those characters so much in the first place this is something that worked so well in the first place as the fans of characters like Blade for example got to remember why they liked the character so much in the first place and the people that were watching Deadpool & Wolverine for the first time suddenly got introduced to this character that they didn't they were going to like and here they had the potential to do that but with Star Wars but they never took it for no good reason.

Now then this show has / had an exact grand total running time of no longer then exactly twenty three minuets. Which to be fair is pretty much the exact grand total running for these Lego Star Wars Disney+ shows with the show itself having more then enough plot there to really cover that amount of running time however tho this show really doesn't it's running time all that wisely as due to it having a small episode count it doesn't really develop the plot of the show as the makers of the show are more focused on getting to the next cliff hanger ending without making those endings feel earned and yet if this season had about five or maybe perhaps even six episodes instead of the standard four episodes then it would allow for the shows plot to be alot more developed as now there's more time to spend on developing the plot and it would also mean that the show would now have the chance to earn those cliff hanger endings as they do all come out of nowhere with this even effecting the shows characters as while the characters from the first of the show don't really get effected by it that much the one character that does is quite easily Darth Solitus who gets introduced as Jedi Bob's former master who fell to the dark side before Bob trapped him in the forcehold and yet while his plan to destroy the galaxy is perfectly fine for a kids Star Wars project there's really nothing more to his character other then his plan as the show doesn't take the time to fully develop him as a character and fair enough this is a Lego show that's aimed at kids and therefor it would seem weird to expect character development in this kind of show but at the same time tho if they did have some form of character development for any of the shows characters then it would go along way into not only making the show more memorable but the characters more memorable as well but I really will admit this very show really does have some really good pacing to it tho.

So now then as this is an action show that really does mean that I have to actually talk about the actual action that's actually featured / presented to us in this very show well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual action that's actually featured / presented to us in this very show was in all honesty not that bad. As this seasons action really is the best part of the show itself as it's clear as day that the makers of this show are having the time of their lives in coming up with these really cool looking action scenes with them really making use of the fact that everything is made out of Lego just by having the fact that Sig builds alot of things during the shows action scenes to help him and his friends out which is a really creative idea and it's one that not only plays a part in the shows plot but also just looks really cool in it's own right with all four episodes having at the very least one action scene which is somethin that does make sense but at the same time kit does lead to the episodes being very tiring to watch as they don't give you a moment to truly catch your breath before the next big action scene takes place with the best action scene in the whole entire show being the big third act fight between with the Jedi and the Sith teaming up to take on Solitus and his own army of droids which is something that will always be cool to see with the makers of the episode really milking that one action scene for all it's worth which is something that really does make it all the more exciting to watch with the same thing also being true for the rest of the shows action scenes as well in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

SPOILERS END HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Overall while adults will have the next season of Star Wars Visions and The Mandalorian And Grogu the fact that the little kids will have this show does oddly feel right with this being a show that will only appease little kids which given that this show made exclusively for them is something that does also feel oddly right as well in my freaking opinions anyways / at least. Now then i've talked about all of the good and as well as all of the bad things that are in this very episode in this very review and as such that really does mean that this very show really does earn itself a grand old score of exactly a 6 out of 10 from me.

Now then as for where I personally got all of the images that I personally used in this very review well then boys and girls and as well as ladies and gentlemen I personally got all of the images that I personally used in this very review from the official Star Wars fandom wiki page and Google Images. With my personally preferred website to use to get the images from this very show that I used in this very review being the really great the official Star Wars fandom wiki page really simply just due to the fact that really alot of if not really all of the images that are all really from this very show with alot of them being better quality then what you'd really think of and all of the images are really of course up and really on the official Star Wars fandom wiki page are also really all fairly high in quality and as well as them all being really fairly freaking high in definition.

Thunderbirds 1965 TV Series "The Perils Of Penelope" Review

It's been a good long while since anything to do with the classic series version of Thunderbirds has been talked. Well with the home of Thunderbirds ITV also turning seventy years old this year it made alot of sense to now talk about more of the show as this shoe turned sixty years old this year and so then join me as I review that sees Lady Penelope become the main character of an episode with the episode in question being called simply just "The Perils Of Penelope" enjoy.

The plot of this episode is when the inventor of a revolutionary fuel is kidnapped it's up to Lady Penelope to find out what happend to him before his fuel falls into the wrong hands. Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual plot that's actually featured / presented to us in this very episode well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual plot that's actually featured / presented to us in this very episode was in all honesty not that bad however tho this episodes plot really isn't all that good either as while it's not that bad it also doesn't feel like a Thunderbirds plot as most plots for those show involve the team rescuing someone from some kind of natural disaster where as here it feels more like a plot to a spy movie which would have been great if this was a spy show but it's not and therefor as good as this episodes plot is it does feel out of place when compared to alot of the other plots in this show but to give this episode some credit in regards to it's plot the episode does know to give the plot alot of focus and attention as the episode does spend alot of time in just setting up the main plot of the episode and making it feel all the more richer then what it really had any right to be but in saying that tho this is plot that can at times be completely forgettable and while the plot does have alot of good things going for it it's the fact that this plot feels more like the plot to a stereotypical spy movie then an episode of Thunderbirds that does hold it back and stops it from being as good as it really wants to be with the plot of this episode also being really rather entertaining and as well as being really rather engaging as well in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

Starring in this episode is this shows co-creator Sylvia Anderson as Lady Penelope and Peter Dyneley as Jeff Tracy and Sir Jeremy Hodge. Also starring in this episode is Christine Finn as Tin-Tin Kyrano , David Graham as Gordon Tracy , Parker , Professor Borender , Roache, Waiter , Colonel Benson and A TV Reporter , David Holliday as Virgil Tracy , Shane Rimmer as Scott Tracy , Matt Zimmerman as Alan Tracy and Alfred and Ray Barrett as Dr Godber.

Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in this very episode well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in this very episode was in all honesty really good. With the fact that this episodes acting being as good as it is is not really something that's all that surprising as this show has a bunch if a really good voice actors in it which granted you might not know about if your not into Classic Doctor Who but if you were then you'd know how good of an actor that actor David Graham is and if you've seen The Spy Who Loved me then you'll know how good of an actor that Shane Rimmer is with them both being good in this episode despite the fact that both characters don't rally have all that much to do in the episode with the best actor in the whole entire episode being none other then Sylvia Anderson herself as even tho she's not an actor by trade really did bring alot of life into the character of Lady Penelope with this episode being proof of that as she gets the chance to show of just how street smart that the character can be at times with her performance being a true delight in what could otherwise have been seen as being a really dull and lifeless episode with the acting that's in this episode not really being helped by the fact that the script for this episode is just so bad as it gives none of this episodes actors absolutely nothing to work with interms of what it is that there actual characters personalities are even meant to be in the first place which is something that really does harm the overall quality of the acting that's in this very episode.

With this being a puppet based show it only makes to talk about the puppets in this episode as to be frank they were so well done in this episode. With there being alot of crowd scenes where all of the puppets are moving at the exact same time something which would have been really difficult to do back in the mid sixties and yet here they all work so well and while yes you can quite clearly see the strings on alot of the main puppet characters that is something that could also be said for alot of other puppet based shows and isn't something that's an issues with this show or with this episode with the best example of just how good the puppets are in this episode especially in the episodes many crowd scenes being in the opening of the episode where we get to see a countdown taking place for a spaceship and we get to see all of the puppet characters doing there own different thing inside what is presumably a control tower with this being something what would have been really difficult to do just due to the fact that you would have needed all of the people controlling the puppets to be careful as to not to accidentally knock into each other or each others character all the while still somehow managing to make these puppets somehow feel alive and human with even both of the scenes in the Paris cafe being a good example of this as again you have several puppet characters alot of which are in this case main characters and there all moving about just doing there own thing and it all looks so good and it's something that does make you wonder how they managed to pull off such shots in the mid nineteen sixties.

As was mentioned back at the very start of this review this episodes plot feels alot more like the plot of James Bond spy movie then it does a Thunderbirds episode. Whilst this could be seen as being a bad thing it could also be seen as being a good thing as it shows that the makers of this episode were willing to try out different genre's with these characters as even Sir Lew Grade himself once said that the pilot episode to Thunderbirds wasn't a TV show it was a movie and so it does stand stand to reason that some of the shows episodes would try to be different film genres and while that doesn't necessarily work in this episode as the plot to this episode comes of as being a more kid friendly version of the film From Russia With Love and heck the main bulk of the episodes third act even takes place on a train it still doesn't change the fact that the makers of this show were willing to be brave and bold so early on in the shows run as even tho this was the twelve episode to be produced it was still only the third episode to air and so you still do get the feeling the makers of this show are still trying to find there footing with the show and that is something that does show through in the fact that whilst Thunderbirds is typically an action show and while there is action in this episode this episode takes on the approach of being a more kid friendly version of a James Bond film and it is something that both does and doesn't work in this episode as while it's great that we are seeing this show take on different genres and seeing them done through the eyes of Thunderbirds Lady Penelope was never that well developed of a character with the same thing also being true for alot of the shows characters as well and therefor it does feel odd that she would lead a spy based episode for the show when the show itself is still is trying to find an audience.

The only thing that could have saved this episodes spy element was if instead of airing as the third episode of the show it instead aired either later on in the first series of the show or it instead aired as an episode of the second series. As while the episode isn't worthy to be the plot of the any of the two sixties films having air later on in the series would have worked out all the more better as by then the show would have found it's audience and would have been able to take on more different plots then what the audience is used to as having it air as the third episode of the first series was a very bold and risky move as the show was still trying to find it's audience at that point in time and therefor it would have made more sense of the makers of the show just went with the more stereotypical Thunderbirds plot as this was still a new show but in saying that tho having a plot like this take place as early as it does in the series running order does show just how brave that the makers of this show really were as here is an episode that not only technically takes place at the same time as the very next episode but also features a female as the main character and is tackling a different genre then what the makers of the show are used to dealing with with them oddly enough getting alot of the spy elements down perfectly with Penelope using her wits to get herself and Sir Jeremy Hodge out of danger alot of the time and while the episode tells you right away who the bad guy is and therefor we the audience are always ahead of the characters in that regard it could also be argued that in this case it does add some level of tension to the episode as now whenever Lady Penelope and Sir Jeremy Hodge meet up with this man there is a very real threat to both of there lives.

To give this episode some form of credit the very idea of having the main threat of this episode basically be this unstoppable Monorail was a really good idea. Even tho the main villain of the episode is revealed to be Dr. Godber having it be a train like vehicle that's moving towards our heroes at a fast speed is more threatening then having a mad man with a gun threatening Sir Jeremy to try and get the formular out of him as that mad man with a gun can very easily be stopped but a fast moving train can't which does mean that we get alot of tension added on in the final few minuets of the episode as now International Rescue have to work fast to not only prevent a protentional world war from happening which is what Dr. Godber wants to happen but now they also have to find a way to rescue someone who is not only a good friend of theirs but also works for them and they have to do it before the monorail comes and kills her which is something that does make for a good tension filled third act with the only thing that really lets it down being the fact that Dr. Godber really isn't all that interesting as a villain with him just coming across as being a stereotypical mad scientist type of character who only wants this formular just so that he could possibly start a new world war and that's really it which granted is an epic enough plan for this show but at the same time tho it's just not that well thought out as if he did manage to achieve his goal then he himself would be more then  likely killed but it is something that would have made more sense if he had a rocketship of his own that was a rival to the Sun Probe as then it could be argued that he was making a business move and wasn't trying to start something that would ultimately end up with im dieing.

Now then this episode has / had an exact grand total running time of exactly fifty minuets and thirty six seconds. Which is pretty much the exact grad total running time for this show as alot of this shows episodes did have a running time of about fifty minuets with this episode having the right amount of plot there to really cover that amount of running time but in saying that tho despite this being one of the episodes that got rewrites to fit that extended running time when the show got bumped up from twenty five minuets to fifty minuets in length the episode still doesn't take the time that it really needed in order to fully develop it's as it's plot while it does get alot of focus given to it still does feel really weak with it feeling like that the plot was taking place to the spy aspect of the episode with the episode not even taking the time to fully develop it's characters which in the case of the shows main characters does somewhat make sense as you could argue that they would get there development in later episodes of the show but it's also something that doesn't make sense when it comes to the episodes guest characters as we know just as much about them coming out of the episode as we did going into the episode all of which does make them feel like there undercooked and while it's not unusual for kids shows from the sixties to not give the characters guest or main any kind of character development that doesn't mean that it should have happened as kids are alot more smarter then what we give them credit for and they would always like when characters get character development as that makes them more interesting as characters but I really will admit that this very episode really does have some really good pacing to it tho.

So now then as this an action show that really does mean that I have to actually talk about the actual action that's actually featured / presented to us in this very episode well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual action that's actually featured / presented to us in this very episode was in all honesty not that bad. With the episodes action whilst it's not as good as the action in either other episodes of the show or even the two sixties Thunderbirds films for that matter is still alot more better then what it really had any right to be as it will always be good just seeing what equipment Thunderbird 2 is going to be using that week however this episode does also somewhat try to the up ante in what has to be the episodes best action scene in which Gordon takes on Dr. Godber in what is basically a gun fight as even tho they do put on laser effects over the guns it's pretty clear as day what there meant to be and while having guns is something that does mesh well with the episodes spy aspect it is something that does feel out of place in a Thunderbirds episode as none of the previous two episodes had shown the members of International Rescue using them with them being shown exclusively by the episodes main villains but that doesn't take away from how good that third act action scene really is as not only do we have the excitement of Gordon trying to shoot Dr. Godber and save Sir Jeremy but we also have the drama of Virgil trying to get to and rescue Lady Penelope before it's far to late which is something that really does make the action in that third act as good as it was ever going to be in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

Overall while this episode is still a very thrilling episode and is a very good in it's own right it's also quite clearly one of the shows more weaker episodes as the central spy aspect of the show doesn't really gel well with the main disaster aspect that would usually be in the show in my freaking opinions anyways / at least#. Now then i've talked about all of the good and as well as all of the bad things that are in this very episode in this very review and as such that really does mean that this very episode really does earn itself a grand old score of exactly a 6.5 out of 10 from me.

Now then as for where I personally got all of the images that I personally used in this very review well then boys and girls and as well as ladies and gentlemen I personally got all of the images that I personally used in this very review from Amazon . Co . Uk and the official Thunderbirds fandom wiki page. With my personally preferred website to use to get the images from this very episode that I used in this very review being the really great the official Thunderbirds fandom wiki page really simply just due to the fact that really alot of if not really all of the images that are all really from this very episode with alot of them being better quality then what you'd really think of and all of the images are really of course up and really on the official Thunderbirds fandom wiki page are also really all fairly high in quality and as well as them all being really fairly freaking high in definition.

Aztec Batman: Clash Of Empires Film SPOILER FILLED Film Review

Whenever we think of the Batman character we usually think of him appearing in American made films with the character only twice appearing in films made by another country. Well now we can make that three times as there is a new Batman film out that actually wasn't produced in America and doesn't feature Bruce Wayne as Batman and well you all just knew that I had to check this film the very first chance that I got and so then join me as I give you mu SPOILER FILLED review of the film that gives us a very different take on the dark knight with the film in question being called simply just "Aztec Batman: Clash Of Empires" enjoy.

The plot of this film is when his father is killed right infront of him a young prince must do whatever he can to find his father's killer and stop him once and for all. Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual plot that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film well then in all honesty I in all honesty I in all honesty person ally thought / felt that the actual plot that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film was in all honesty not that bad as to give the film some credit it does try to tell a story that's true to it's Spanish routes but in doing so it makes the film feel less like a Batman story and that point you might as well make the main hero a new character all together a while yes there have been dozens of different versions of the caped crusader but the one thing that they all have in common is the fact that they have plots that are true to that character and that's just something that this films plot is lacking as the film is more focused on giving us the backstory to this new main character then it is in telling a good story and yet when the film does feature scenes that are all about the main plot of the film that's when the film gets good again as this films can be pretty good at times with it being made clear as day that the makers of this film know how to tell a good story and while it is understandable that they have to tell an origin story in this film and it is woven into the film in an organic way it oddly feels like that there stopping the plot inorder to show us how this version of Batman gets all the things that the American version got so easily with the the plot of this film also being really rather entertaining and as well as being really rather engaging as well in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

Starring in this film is Jay Hernandez as Yohualli Coatl / Batman , Raymond Cruz as Yoka and Teresa Ruiz stars as Jaguar Woman. In a rather odd move there's no complete cast list for the English dub of this film with the only three actors listed being the only three that are either confirmed to be in the English dub of the film or in the case of Teresa Ruiz are English speaking and therefor more of an educated guess then anything else and yet there's pretty much a full cast list for the Spanish speaking dub of the film as yes this film does have two dubs out there which is understandable is even in anime they don't just produce it for the American audience and so having dub for the home grown country does make some sort of sense but at the same time tho it would have made just as much sense if there was a complete cast list for the English dub out there as alot of people are just going to be watching that cut of the film and therefor it makes sense to list of those actors and while one name has had to be edited because it does contain a spoiler what can be said is that that person does make for a pretty good version of that character but it would be nice to find out who played the main villain of the film as he was really good in the film with this being yet another example of why we should have a complete cast list for the dub of this film and yet for one reason or another we don't get that which does make it hard to say who it was that was playing who and it means that alot of educated guesses do have to be made just to give the actors the credit that they so rightfully deserve in this film something which can't be done as there's no full cast lost out there right now at this moment intime.

Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film was in all honesty really good. With this films actors really turning in some really solid performances something that couldn't have been easy given the fact that there not playing the iconic versions of these characters and so they can't look at what the other actors did when they were playing the characters they now have to make the character there own and turn in a good performance at the same time something which really isn't all that easy to do as alot of actors struggle to nail there characters down the first time around and yet that's something that lot of this films actors do perfectly and while it is of course far to early to tell if there going to become THE voices for these characters for alot of people you can see them perfecting there characters and getting the chance to voice them again in different projects with the best actor in this film being Jay Hernandez as Yohualli Coatl / Batman as while he does start to sound a little bit like Kevin Conroy near the middle to the end of the film with him giving his character a gravely voice his performance does more then make for it even if the character isn't that well written in the first place with the acting that's in this film not really being helped hy the fact that this films script is just so bad as it gives none of this films actors absolutely nothing to work with interms of what it is that there actual characters personalities are even meant to be in the first place which is something that really does harm the overall quality of the acting that's in this very film.

Doing the animation for this film really is the legends and the greats that are currently over at Anima Estudios. Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual animation that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual animation that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film was in all honesty not that bad with this film having some pretty decent looking animation to it which whilst it's not the best looking Batman animated film out there it is alot more better then what it really had any right to be as by all rights this films animation should have been really bad as it was done by the studio that did the terrible animated Top Cat movies from the early 2010's but they actually put alot of thought and effort into this films animation with all of the films backgrounds looking really good and alot of the characters having some really fun character designs with the same thing even being true for the Batman characters as well as the animation team behind this film are quite clearly having alot of fun imagining what these truly iconic characters would look like if they were Spanish and were islanders but in saying that tho the films backgrounds as nice as they are to look at do feel pretty lifeless and flat whereas if you look at Gotham City from any Batman movie they make that city feel like a character in it's own right where as with this film the makers of this film make the island that this film takes place on feel alot more like a prop then an actual character as there's nothing visually interesting about this island from a design point of view with even the characters at times having these really stiff looking movements which just look weird.

SPOILERS START HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This film does feature alot of classic Batman villains some of them in cameo roles like for example Poison Ivy and others like Joker and Two-Face taking on main roles in the film. With Joker getting alot of screen time as we see him as Yoka who is a servant to a kind but when he pushes the king to far with him saying that the Two-Face character is to be trusted when everything else says differently the king rightfully kicks him out something which does force him to start going even more crazy then what he already is to the point wear he kills his willing mother who believes that she's doing the right thing to appease some god who both she and Yoka believe are telling him to do these things. With Two-Face in this film taking on the role of main villain and is here called Hernán Cortés and doesn't really get called Two-Face at any point during the films running time with him in this film being someone who is obsessed with gold and will do anything to get more of it even if it means killing them which is something that does make him a a solid villain for this film but at the same time tho we don't get to find out all that much about him as a character where as due to the scene with his mother and siblings we do get to find out more about Joker but both of those characters get better treatment then what Poison Ivy got who only appears in two very brief scenes with her role in this film is to basically be a spirit guide to our new Batman with her speaking in riddles for quite literally no reason whatsoever whereas it would have been more interesting to see her interact with Yohualli Coatl outside of the dreamlike world that she makes him go to whenever she visits him as she does have a pretty solid design and having her be the spirit guide to our new hero could have worked if the makers of this film put alot more effort into making her an actually good character in the first place.

Like what alot of the now officially ended DCEU used to do this film puts alot more thought and effort into setting up sequels to this film rather then making this film good enough in the first place. As during the end of the film we get not one but two scenes which are there just to set up a sequel with the best one showing Joker meeting Two-Face for the first time and Joker asking Two-Face if he can work for him and promising to help him take down Batman and the second one featuring a recently killed Batman coming back to life only now he has yellow eyes neither scene adds anything to this fil and both scenes would have been much more better of if they weren't included in the film at all as the main focus of any film regardless of if it's a superhero film or not should always be to make the best film possible and then if the film is hit film then you can talk about sequels with this being something that lot of comic book movies seem to have forgotten all about as there more focused on setting up the next film then they in making sure that the current film is good enough that people want to see a second film and yet when it comes to this film there's not really been all that much chatter from fans about wanting to see a second film with these characters which granted is most likely due to the fact that alot of people might not even know about the film coming out in the first place but the very fact that the makers of this film thought it was a good idea to have scenes in it that are just there to set up sequels without actually making sure that this film is good enough in the first place does say that the makers of this film care more about the sequels to this film then they do about making sure that this film is actually good in the first place.

To be fair to this film it does have some pretty gory moments in it all of which were shocking to see as when when you think of Batman you don't usually think of gory moments. Yet that's exactly what we got in this film with even the death of Yohualli Coatls chief father being one that whilst it is quick is pretty gory as Two-Face just calmy walks up to him and sticks his sword through his throat and that's it which is a simple kill but it's also one that's really effective with the film even doing a good job of making sure that our new Batman has the proper motivation to become the dark knight and not just straight up copy the origin story for Bruce Wayne as while yes Yohualli did loose his mother as well he lost her before the events of the film even took place with the death of his father being the kill that really motivated him to go and seek out revenge on Two-Face with even his arc in the film goin from someone who just wants revenge and has tunnel vision about reaching that end goal to someone who is willing to lay down his life to save people who he really doesn't know all that well is a flawed arc that's done decently well as it is is something that does come out of the blue as he spends alot of the film moaning about how this one Batgod wouldn't help him out which is fine for a scene or two but it does noting to make the character likable or even interesting and even his romance with this films version Catwoman does feel like it came out of nowhere and was most likely only there because of the fact that the American versions of those characters have a one again and off again romance with each other both of these things are thing that having alot of gore won't fix as while gore can make your film fun to watch it's not a substitute for good storytelling and characters.

Now then this film has / had an exact grand total running time of exactly one hour and twenty nine minuets and thirty seven seconds. Which again to be fair to this film is a perfectly solid running time for this film to have with the film even having the right amount of plot there to really cover that amount of running time with the film being more focused on either setting up possible future films ad giving us the backstory for all of it's main characters then it is in telling a good with this possibly being because of the fact that the film has far two many characters which does take up screen time that would have been better spent in further developing the plot of film since as things stand it does feel like that the characters are just going through the motions alot of the time for rhyme or reason with this even effecting the films characters again there so many characters to keep track of that none of time get the chance that they really did need to be fully developed characters as we know as much about all of the characters coming out of the film then we did coming into the film with this being something that very easily could have been fixed just by cutting down on the amount of main characters in the film as we don't need to see Catwoman or Joker in this film as they add nothing to the overall plot of the film with the same thing also being true for Poison Ivy as her role could have been played by Yohuallis dead mother and it would still work just as well but for whatever reason the makers of this film chose to overstuff this film with alot of main characters and because of that the film really does suffer because of it but I really will admit that this film really does have some really good pacing to it tho.

So now then as this is an action film that really does mean that I have to actually talk about the actual action that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film well then in all honesty i in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual action that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film was in all honesty not that bad. With it being made clear as day that the makers of this film put alot more thought and effort into giving this film some really good looking action in it then they did into giving us a genuinely good film with alot of this films action scenes whilst they are yes really simple by Batman standards that is something that does work well for this film as this is a Batman that doesn't have alot of money and therefor can't afford to buy all of his gadgets and therefor has to make everything himself that and coupled with the fact that this film takes place years in the past it does make sense that we wouldn't get to see any over the top action scenes in this film with the films best action scene being the films third act battle scene as we get to see alot of the characters minus Poison Ivy and Joker for some off reason all get to do something that feels true to there original self with Batman even inventing what is basically the Batplane to help to take down this films version of Two-Face with there fight being one that's really well done and filled to the brim with tension as it does appear like Two-Face could actually win and while this is the best action scene in the whole entire film the film on the whole does have a bounce of really good looking action in it in the first place in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

Overall out of this and the Batman Ninja films the Batman Ninja films are the better films as those two films are at the very least fun to watch whilst also doing something fresh and new with the Batman characters whereas with this film whilst it does have it's moments this film just isn't that much of a fun film to watch in my freaking opinions anyways / at least. Now then i've talked about all of the good and as well as all of the bad things that are in this very film in this very review and as such that really does mean that this very film really does earn itself a grand old score of exactly a 5 out of 10 from me.

Now then as for where I personally got all of the images that I personally used in this very review well then boys and girls and as well as ladies and gentlemen I personally got all of the images that I personally used in this very review from the official DC Movies fandom wiki page , IMP Awards . Com and Google Images. With my personally preferred website to use to get the images from this very film that I used in this very review being the really great Google Images really simply just due to the fact that really alot of if not really all of the images that are all really from this very film with alot of them being better quality then what you'd really think of and all of the images are really of course up and really on Google Images are also really all fairly high in quality and as well as them all being really fairly freaking high in definition.
