Extreme Ghostbusters "Darkness At Noon Parts One And Two" Review

The Ghostbusters franchise is one that's seeing a bit of resurgence in popularity in more recent years with the hit film Ghostbusters: Afterlife spawning a currently filming sequel. However that wasn't always the case tho as in the mid to late nineties the franchise was as good as dead but there was one TV show that dared to bring the franchise back from the dead and so then join me as I review the first two episodes of the show that joined in every nineties crazy by being labelled extreme with the both of the episodes in question both being called simply just "Darkness At Noon" enjoy.

The plot of these episodes is years after the Ghostbusters went out of business due to their being no ghost Egon suddenly discovers a new ghost is haunting New York and so a new team is needed to bust this ghost once and for all. Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual plot that's actually featured / presented to us in these episodes well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual plot that's actually featured / presented to us in these very episodes was in all honesty not that bad but at the same time it was a little bit on the thin side tho in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

Starring in these episodes is Susan Tyrrell as Achira , Jason Marsden as Garrett Miller and Voice acting legend Tara Strong as Kylie Griffin. Also starring in these episodes is Rino Romano as Eduardo Rivera , The Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air star Alfonso Ribeiro as Roland Jackson , Voice acting legend Maurice LaMarche as Egon Spengler , Pat Musick as Janine Melnitz and Voice acting legend Billy West as Slimer.

Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in these very episodes well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in these very episodes was in all honesty not that bad. With all of the cast members from this show turning in some good performances which really shouldn't be all that much of a surprise as this show's cast is mostly made up up voice acting legends.

Doing the animation for these episodes is the legends and the greats that are currently over at Koko Enterprise Company, Ltd. Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual animation that's actually featured / presented to us in these very episodes well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual animation that's actually featured / presented to us in these very episodes was in all honesty bot that bad as the characters do have some nice movement to them and the backgrounds where nice but for some strange reason episode two is mostly colored either all blue , brown or purple which was very distracting and really annoying.

For that one person that loved Ghostbusters 2016 this show is a good example of how to write an actually good female character. As the character of Kylie is written as a character who is not only respectful of Ghostbusters past but she actually has flaws and it's those flaws that get her into live threatening danger in these first two episodes and seeing her overcome these flaws makes her more of a relatable character and is quite easily one of the best new characters that this franchise has introduced it's really just a shame then that she's largely been forgotten about over time.

For those of you that don't know this show s a sequel to The Real Ghostbusters and the first episode of this show does a decent job of telling us where three of that shows main characters are in their lives. However I would have liked it if we got to see the original Ghostbusters just because that's who the fans of this franchise are coming to see and while we do get to them later on in the show you very easily could have had them appear in the cold open for episode one of this show with the cold open being a flashback just to show that Egon still thinks about his old friends.

To me there was a lost opportunity to have a long running story arc as you very easily could have a season long story arc with Egon trying to recover from his ghost illness. Heck you very easily could have stretched it out to the whole of New York City with the city not really trusting the Ghostbusters as they'd have no real reason to until we get to the finale where the city eventually trusts this new Ghostbusters team and Egon and the rest of the city recover from their disease this also would have given Kylie some more character development as it was she that attacked several people while she was possessed and it would have given the team a chance to see what it like when the city that your trying to protect doesn't fully trust you.

Now then these episodes has / had a combined grand total running time of exactly forty one minuets and nine seconds. With this story being two episodes which I believe was longer then what was originally planned as this was originally meant to be one episode but episode one ran longer then they thought and so they made it into a two part episode but this episode should have been three episodes just because of how much it has to set up and because of this short running time it means that alot of stuff like most of the characters personalities get's left on the cutting room floor but I will however admit that these episodes really did have some really good pacing to them.

So now then since that is a comedy and there is some comedy in these very episodes that means that I have to actually talk about the actual comedy that's actually featured / presented to us in these very episodes well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual comedy that's actually featured / presented to us in these very episodes was in all honesty not that bad. Altho I will admit that these episodes have alot more bad jokes in them then they do good jokes in them in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

Overall as sad as it is to say I can see why this show has become forgotten about as this show and these first two episodes are very forgettable episodes which is a shame because they are some really good episodes as well in my freaking opinions anyways / at least. Now then i've talked about all of the good and as well as all of the bad things that are in these very episodes in this very review and as such that means that these very episodes earn themselves a grand total combined score of exactly a 7 out of 10 from me.

Now then as for where I personally got all of the images that I personally used in this very review well then boys and girls and as well as ladies and gentlemen I personally got all of the images that I personally used in this very review from the official Ghostbusters fandom wiki page and Google Images. With my personally preferred website that I personally preferred to use to get the images that I personally used in this very review being the wonderful the official Ghostbusters fandom wiki page since all of the images that are currently up and and featured / presented to us on the official Ghostbusters fandom wiki page  are all fairly high in quality and as well as being really fairly freaking high in definition.

Ninja Turtles: The Next Mutation "East Meets West" Review

By the time of the mid to late nineteen nineties the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles had become a pop culture icon that had conquered the worlds of animation and live action cinema.  However there was one world that they had yet to conquer and that's where Power Rangers co-creator Haim Saban comes in because he created a show that was so bad it's barely talked about any more and so then join me as I review the first five episodes of the show that introduced the world to a brand new turtle with the episodes in question being called simply just "East Meets West" enjoy.

The plot of these first five episodes is when Master Splinter is kidnapped in a spirit world it's up to the turtles and their previously unheard of sister to save him before it's far to late. Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual plot that's actually featured / presented to us in these very first episodes well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual plot that's actually featured / presented to us in these very first episodes was in all honesty not that bad altho it's not a story that really needs five episodes in order to tell it in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

Starring in these episodes is Dale Wilson as The Voice Of Chung I and Jason Gray-Stanford as The Voice Of Donatello. Also starring in these episodes is X-Men: Evolution star Michael Dobson as The Voice Of Leonardo , Kirby Morrow as The Voice Of  Michelangelo , Patrick Pon as The Shredder , Stephen Mendel as The Voice Of Master Splinter , Matt Hill as The Voice Of Raphael ,  Lalainia Lindbjerg as The Voice Of Venus De Milo , Christopher Gaze as The Voice Of Dragonlord and Lee Tockar as The Voice Of Wick.

Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in these first episodes well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in these first episodes was in all honesty not that bad. However it wasn't all that good either as these characters are so badly written that it makes it impossible for the actors to turn in a good a performance because of the fact that the script for these very first episodes are just that bad.

Doing the CGI for this show and thus these episodes is the legends and the greats that are currently over at Prospero Imaging. Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual CGI that's actually featured / presented to us in these very episodes well then in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual CGI that's actually featured / presented to us in these very episodes was in all honesty not that bad. However tho it's also very clearly dated quite badly as well this is of no fault of the effects company tho as they most likely didn't have the effects budget needed to make the CGI look all that good.

As was stated at the start of this review this is the show that introduced the world to the character of Venus De Milo a character so bad that TMNT co-creator Kevin Eastman at one point in time refused to even talk about the character. I have to admit that she wan't as bad as i'd thought that she would be in these opening episodes but she was still a pretty pointless edition to the main cast as her origin just makes Splinter look like a bad parent and it makes no sense as to why the turtles wouldn't remember a fifth turtle being with them when they got mutated.

The idea behind Venus isn't a bad idea as she knows a different form martial art and so she could make for an interesting edition to the line up. However tho it's how she's handled in the first two episodes of this show that get her of to a bad foot as she's immediately made out to be this perfect character with her taking out all four Ninja Turtles on her own and when you present a character as flawless no matter if their male or female then they have no where to go but down because you can't fully develop them or give them flaws because you've made them out to be this perfect character and that's just not that fun nor is it really all that interesting to see on screen either.

It's not all bad for this show tho as the turtle suits do look good or they at the very least look alot better then the suits that we got for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Coming Out Of Our Shells tour. I have to admit that they did Splinter dirty in this show tho as he just looks like a cheap halloween costume with his mouth being the only, thing about his costume that actually works as his eyes just make him look dead inside and why they chose to give the turtles matching coloured knee and elbow pads is beyond me as it just stupid.

Now then these first five episodes has / had an exact grand total running time of twenty minuets and twenty seven seconds for episode one , nineteen minuets and forty six seconds for episode two , sixteen minuets and twenty four seconds for episode three , nineteen minuets and fifty three seconds for episode four and twenty minuets and seven seconds for episode five. I have to admit that despite the many issues that these episodes have they all had some really good paving to each of the episodes altho this storyline really didn't need to be five episodes long as they get Splinter back by the end of episode three.

So now then since this is an action show that means that I have to actually talk about the actual action that's actually featured / presented to us in these very episodes well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual action that's actually featured / presented to us in these very episodes was in all honesty not that bad. Altho I could have done without all of the cutting away just as the action got started and all of the cartoonish sound effects that are in every single action scene and are just really annoying and aren't needed at all in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

Overall these first episodes were pretty bad but at the same time there was a glimmer of potential it's just a shame then that that potential just wasn't fully realized at all in my freaking opinions anyways / at least. Now then i've talked about all of the good and as well as all of the bad things that are in these very episodes in this very review and as such that means that these very episodes really does earn themselves a combined grand old score of exactly a 4 out of 10 from me.

Now then as for where I personally got all of the images that I personally used in this very review well then boys and girls and as well as ladies and gentlemen I personally got all of the images that I personally used in this very review from the official Power Rangers fandom wiki page , the official Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles fandom wiki page and Google Images. With my personally preferred website that I personally preferred to use to get the images that I personally used in this very review being the wonderful the official Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles fandom wiki page since all of the images that are currently up and and featured / presented to us on the official Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles fandom wiki page are all fairly high in quality and as well as being really fairly freaking high in definition.

Worzel Gummidge "The Crowman" Review

I don't really think that I need to tell you just how much that I love this show because I think that by now it should be pretty obvious.Heck I love this show much that I actively look forward to watching and then reviewing an episode of this show because of the of act that this show is just a pure joy to watch and it never fails to make me smile and so the join me as I review that really doesn't live up to it's name with the episode in question being called simply just "The Crowman" enjoy.

The plot of this episode is Mrs. Bloomsbury-Barton asks The Crowman to make her a decorative Scarecrow Worzel then asks his creator to make him a handsome head. Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual plot that's actually featured / presented to us in this very episode well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual plot that's actually featured / presented to us in this very episode was in all honesty not that bad with this episodes plot being pretty thin but also being really entertaining as well in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

Starring in this episode is of course Doctor Who star Jon Pertwee as Worzel Gummidge , Jeremy Austin as John Peters and Charlotte Coleman as Sue Peters. Also starring in this episode is Geoffrey Bayldon as The Crowman , Mike Berry as Mr. Peters , Megs Jenkins as Mrs. Braithwaite , Carry On franchise star Joan Sims as Mrs. Bloomsbury-Barton and Last Of The Summer Wine star Sarah Thomas as Enid The Maid.

Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in this very episode well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in this very episode was in all honesty really good. Which is really nothing new for this show as the acting in every single of this episode is just that good with every single cast member turning in some truly great performances all of which is helped by this episodes script which while not as good as the script for the other episodes is still a really good script.

For an episode that's titles The Crowman The Crowman himself actually doesn't appear all that much in the episode. Which is a shame because when he does appear in the episode we do get some truly wonderful scenes and heck the idea of him of building a scarecrow from scratch is a really good idea and it's one that could have been the focus of the episode but as it is he feels alot more like a side character when if anything this is an episode when he really should have been the main character in the episode.

This is also the episode where The Crowman finds out that Worzel has been walking and talking infront John and Sue. This was something that I often wondered about as i've seen clips on Youtube from what are later episodes and he knows that John and Sue are friends of Worzel's and so it was nice to see which episode he found out that bit of information from my only real issue is since we know that The Crowman has ways of finding out things from i'm guessing his birds then he would already know what Worzel has been up to.

I really did like that we got to see more of a father and son dynamic between Worzel and The Crowman which is something that suits those characters perfectly. As it does oddly make sense for them to have that kind of a relationship as The Crowman did make Worzel and so in a roundabout way he is the father of Worzel and to see that play out in this episode as was seeing him strongly erge Worzel not have a handsome head as he knows that that won;t fix anything but still allows him to have one so that he can learn from his mistake.

Speaking of the handsome head this episodes lesson is one that we could all do with relearning as the lesson is if you want to be treated fairly and kindly by others then you yourself have to be kind to them. However while this is a great message and one that's more relevant now thanks to websites such as Twitter it's one that gets lost in the third act as when Worzel does go around acting nice to people around the village he gets viciously and violently beheaded and dismembered and so it kind of sends a mixed message on what the actual lesson of the episode is and yes I know that Worzel was horrible to the person that attacked him at the start of the episode but it doesn't change the fact that going of off what The Crowman said then Worzel shouldn't have been attacked as that made the evil and scary female scarecrow seem ugly on the inside.

Now then I cannot for the absolutely life of me remember whatever this episodes running time was I do know that for a fact hat this episode has / had an exact grand total running time of roughly twenty four minuets. Which I felt was a bit short for this episode as there was more then enough story there to cover something that's more closer to thirty minuets as all you'd have to do is just expand on the story and add in more scenes with The Crowman and that's it but I will admit that this episode does have some really good pacing to it.

So now then since this is a comedy that I have to actually talk about the actual comedy that's actually featured / presented to us in this very episode well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual comedy that's actually featured / presented to us in this very episode was in all honesty not that bad as there was some decent jokes in this episode. The issue is tho that there was alot more bad jokes in this episode then there was good jokes which is a shame because when this episode tells a good joke you really do know it in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

Overall this episode was one that's full of wasted potential as it had the potential to be one of the best of this first series and yet for one reason or another it just couldn't live up to that potential in my freaking opinions anyways / at least. Now then i've talked about all of the good and as well as all of the bad things that are in this very episode in this very review and as such that means that this very episode earns itself a grand old score of exactly a 7.5 out of 10 from me.

Now then as for where I personally got all of the images that I personally used in this very review well then boys and girls and as well as ladies and gentlemen I personally got all of the images that I personally used in this very review from Amazon . Co . Uk , Wikipedia and Google Images. With my personally preferred website that I personally preferred to use to get the images that I personally used in this very review being the wonderful Google Images since all of the images that are currently up and and featured / presented to us on Google Images are all fairly high in quality and as well as being really fairly freaking high in definition.

Justice League X RWBY Super Heroes & Huntsmen Part One Film SPOILER FREE Film Review

Crossovers are nothing new as they've been around for a very long time however it's usually best to do a crossover when both properties are still culturally relevant. This isn't the case for this crossover tho as RWBY has been relevant for years now and so doing a crossover featuring those characters doesn't make sense neither does it make sense to have the other half of the crossover feature the Justice League who very sadly also haven't been relevant for some time and so then join me as I give you my SPOILER FREE of the film that has one mouthful of a title with the film in question being called simply just "Justice League X RWBY Super Heroes & Huntsmen Part One".

The plot of this film is the Justice League find themselves transported to the world of Remnant where they are transformed back into teenagers and so with the help of some of the heroes of Remnant the Justice league have to find a way back to their own world before it's far to late. Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual plot that's actually featuring / Presented to us in this very film well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual plot that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film was in all honesty rather thin at best which is understandable since this is only the first part of a two part film but it's still something that's a major issue with this film in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

Starring in this film is Lindsay Jones as Ruby Rose and Chandler Riggs as Clark Kent / Kal-El / Superman. Also starring in this film is Kara Eberle as Weiss Schnee , Arryn Zech as Blake Belladonna , Nat Wolff as Bruce Wayne / Batman , Natalie Alyn Lind as Diana Prince /  Wonder Woman , Barbara Dunkelman as Yang Xiao Long , David Errigo, Jr. as Barry Allen / The Flash , Miles Luna as Jaune Arc , Jeannie Tirado as Jessica Cruz / Green Lantern , Jen Brown as Pyrrha Nikos , Tru Valentino as Victor Stone / Cyborg , Samantha Ireland as Nora Valkyrie , Ozioma Akagha as Vixen , Neath Oum as Lie Ren , Shannon McCormick as Professor Ozpin , Aaron Dismuke as Oscar Pine , Tiana Camacho as Glynda Goodwitch , Jason Douglas as Jacques Schnee and Tara Platt as Kali Belladonna.

Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film was in all honesty not that bad. With this films cast doing their absolute best to make this films script work for them however this films script just doesn't give the cast anything to work with interms of what their characters respective personalities even are and so this films cast just can;t turn in that great of a performance because this films script just won;t allow for it.

Doing the animation for this film is the legends and the greats that are currently over at Rooster Teeth who of course also do the animation for the RWBY web series as well. Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual animation that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual animation that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film was OK at best as even tho this films animation is good for a RWBY product it's still very cheap looking and very uninspired with the backgrounds just looking generic.

Out of all the crossovers that DC have done recently this one seems the most weird and out their as RWBY doesn't have that large of a fanbase and doesn't leave alot of room for new and fun combinations. Now contrast this with Batman VS Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles with the TMNT still having a very large and dedicated fanbase to this day an the fact that that film gave us alot of fun combinations it makes this film feel more like a soulless cash grab then it already is as the only reason that I can think of to make this film is the fact that they did a crossover comic in 2021 called RWBY X Justice League and another one just this year which is called simply just DC/RWBY neither of which have their story adapted for this film.

This movie does have a strong anime influence which from what little I remember of RWBY is very in touch with that show and with that franchise. With that being said however it doesn't work with the DC characters as having them do a joke that you'd only see in an anime just looks weird coming from Wonder Woman or having any of the DC characters pull an expression that would only be done in an anime just doesn't work with those characters because those characters wouldn't act like their in an anime where as the characters in RWBY would act like their in an anime and so then it works so much more better with those characters then it does the DC characters because the RWBY characters are designed like that and that's really not the case for the DC characters.

For some strange reason even tho is the first part of a two part film Part Two hasn't even been announced yet. Which given how this film ends it makes me wonder if it was even planned to make this film a two part film or if there just making Part Two up as they go along as they wouldn't end this film they way that they do if they already had Part Two in the can and good to go and if this was planned to be a two part film I have to wonder why they ended this film the way that they did as this film wraps everything up pretty nicely by the end of it.

Now then this film has / had an exact grand total running time of exactly one hour and twenty minuets and two seconds. Which even for these direct to DVD animated DC movies is such a short amount of time even more so when you take into account that more then half of the people ho will be watching this movie would most likely have never even seen RWBY and the other half would have most likely not read anything from DC in years and so you'd basically have to introduce both sets of characters and the world of Remnant and still tell a good story and you just can't do that with this short of a running time and having a longer running time would also help with this films pretty bad pacing which rages from being super slow to being super fast all in the exact same scene.

So now then since this is an action film that means that I have to actually talk about the actual action that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual action that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film was in all honesty not that bad. Which given that this film is directed by someone who's mostly known for working on RWBY is to be expected and it was fun seeing these characters team up in action sequences I just wish that we got alot more action scenes as the ones that we got were really fun and exciting to see in the film in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

Overall this is a crossover which will most likely not please that many people but I hope that i'm wrong as there are some really fun things to be found in this very film in my freaking opinions anyways / at least. Now then i've talked about all of the good and as well as all of the bad things that are in this very film in this very review and as such that means that this very film earns itself a grand old score of exactly a 6.5 out of 10 from me.

Now then as for where I personally got all of the images that I personally used in this very review well then boys and girls and as well as ladies and gentlemen I personally got all of the images that I personally used in this very review from the official RWBY fandom wiki page and the official Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles fandom wiki page. With my personally preferred website to use to get the images from these very episodes that I used in this very review being the official RWBY fandom wiki page simply just due to the fact that alot of the images that are featured / up and on the official RWBY fandom wiki page are all really fairly high in quality and as well as being fairly freaking high in definition.

The Mandalorian TV Series "Chapter 23: The Spies" AND "Chapter 24: The Return" SPOILER FREE Review

Star Wars without a shadow of a doubt The Mandalorian is the only thing that's keeping Star Wars going right now as there's no new movies coming out. As such there was a lot of eyes on season three of this show as there was also alot of controversy surrounding it and well it's just released it's final episode and I thought that i'd check out both episode eight and episode 7 of this shows divisive third season and so then join me as I give you my SPOILER FREE review of the episodes that are really brutal with the episodes in question being called simply just "Chapter 23: The Spies" and "Chapter 24: The Return" enjoy.

The plot of these episodes is The Mandalorian and Bo launch their attack to reclaim Mandalore but have one last threat to deal with. Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual plot that's actually featured / presented to us in these very episodes well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual plot that's actually featured / presented to us in these very episodes was in all honesty not that bad with the plot of these episodes being so good that there almost movie quality because that's how good the plot of these episodes was in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

Starring in these episodes is Pedro Pascal as The Mandalorian , Katee Sackhoff as Bo-Katan Kryze and Giancarlo Esposito as Moff Gideon. Also starring in these episodes is Katy M. O'Brian as Elia Kane , Simon Kassianides as Axe Woves , Mercedes Varnado as Koska Reeves , Emily Swallow as The Armorer , Paul Sun-Hyung Lee as Carson Teva , Carl Weathers as Greef Karga and Wesley Kimmel as Ragnar.

Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in these very episodes well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in these very episodes was in all honesty not that bad. With the cast for these episodes really making the most of what little this script gives them to work with as this script gives these actors and actresses nothing to work with in terms of what their characters respective personalities are.

Doing the CGI for these episodes is the legends and the greats that are currently over at Image Engine Design. Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual CGI that's actually featured / presented to us in these very episodes well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual CGI that's actually featured / presented to us in these very episode was in all honesty really good and was alot better then what it really had any right to be with the CGI being really close to feature film worthy.

To me this season really did over use the character of Bo-Katan Kryze which is a shame because she is a really cool character. However she's a character that works best in small doses where as here in this season she's pretty much in every single episode and when alot of her screen time is just spent hitting home the same message over and over again not only does it get repetitive but it also gets boring as well and instead of cheering whenever she's on screen I found myself getting bored whenever one of her scenes came up because I knew exactly where it was going with her character.

What I really liked about these two episodes is that we got to see Grogu being brave I won't say why because of spoiler reasons. To me this showed just how far he;s come as a character and how far the relationship between Grogu and The Mandalorian has developed as the Grogu that we met in season one wouldn't do any of the things that we see him do in these episodes and in the early episodes of the show The Mandalorian would get rid of Grogu if he could have and yet here that's not the case with the two needing each other just to survive and just to talk to each other.

Even tho this season of the show has been very mixed to me these two episodes were rather solid episodes. As they did give you everything that you'd expect to find in what is basically a two part finale however that's also the problem as it does everything that you'd expect it to do without giving you anything new and while having a huge scale battle might work for Star Wars it doesn't work for The Mandalorian as The Mandalorian works better when it's finales are rather small in scale but at the same time tho having a big scale final episode does make the episode seem all the more epic then what it actually is.

Now then these two episodes has / had an exact grand total running time of exactly fifty minuets and thirty nine seconds for episode 7 and thirty eight minuets and fifty six seconds for episode 8. I have to admit that I really didn't like the fact that the actual series finale had such a short running time as a series finale by it's very nature has to wrap up all of the storylines of that particualr season and that's also true with this season finale as well and it just can't do that and still tell a good story at the same time and as such it would have been if these two episodes swapped running times as episode 7 doesn't need to be as long as it is and episode 8 needed to be longer but to both episodes credit they both had some fairly good pacing to them tho.

So now then since this is an actin show that means that I have to actually talk about the actual action that's actually featured / presented to us in these very episodes and well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual action that's actually featured / presented to us in these very episodes was in all honesty super cool. With both of these episodes having action scenes that are chock full to the brim of really cool action scenes and cool moments in those action scenes as well in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

Overall this was a really fun pair of episodes that really did deliver on certain aspects but at the same time they also failed on other certain aspects as well which is a shame because when these episodes are good there really good in my freaking opinions anyways / at least. Now then i've talked about all of the good and as well as all of the bad things that that are in these very episodes in this very review and as such that means that these very episodes have a grand total combined score of exactly a 7.5 out of 10 from me.

Now then as for where I personally got all of the images that I personally used in this very review well then boys and girls and as well as ladies and gentlemen I personally got all of the images that I personally used in this very review from the official Star Wars fandom wiki page and Google Images. With my personally preferred website to use to get the images from these very episodes that I used in this very review being the official Star Wars fandom wiki page simply just due to the fact that alot of the images that are featured / up and on the official Star Wars fandom wiki page are all fairly high in quality and as well as being fairly freaking high in definition.

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Once & Always Special SPOILER FILLED Special Review

Power Rangers fans the day that we have all been waiting for is now finally with the special that has had so much hype behind it that it's unreal. As such I just had to check out this special the very first chance that I got and well to say that I loved it would be a huge understatement and so then join me as I give you my SPOILER FULLED review of the special that gives us a more mature take on the franchise with the special in question being called simply just "Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Once & Always" enjoy.

The plot of this special is when Rita Repulsa somehow returns it's up to Billy , Zack , Kat and Rocky to stop her latest and her most evil scheme to date. Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual plot that's actually featured / presented to us in this very special well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual plot that's actually featured / presented to us in this very special was in all honesty really cool with it being true to the original Power Rangers but also modern and epic enough to be more then worthy of being an anniversary special in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

Starring in this special is Walter Jones as Zack Taylor , David Yost as Billy Cranston and Steve Cardenas as Rocky DeSantos. Also starring in this special is Catherine Sutherland as Katherine "Kat" Hillard , Johnny Yong Bosch as Adam Park , Karan Ashley as Aisha Campbell , Charlie Kersh as Minh Kwan , Richard Steven Horvitz as The Voice Of Alpha 9 , Barbara Goodson -as The Voice Of Rita Repulsa , Ryan Cooper as The Voice Of Robo-Mighty Minotaur and Daniel Watterson as The Voice Of Robo-Snizzard.

Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in this very special well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in this very special was in all honesty alot better then what I thought that it would be. As this is Power Rangers and this show isn't known for having great acting in it and so I really wasn't expecting good or even OK acting in this special and yet I was blown away just by how good the acting in this special was with Barbara Goodson really turning in a bone chilling performance as the voice of Rita Repulsa and Charlie Kersh really turning in a great performance as Minh Kwan.

Try as I might I cannot for the absolutely life of me find out anywhere who did the CGI effects for this special. Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual CGI that's actually featured / presented to us in this very special well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual CGI that's actually featured / presented to us in this very very special was in all honesty not that bad altho at the same time tho it didn't really blow me away either.

SPOILERS START HERE!!!!!!!!!!

As this was an anniversary special of the original Mighty Morphin Power Rangers there are quite alot of nods and winks to that show even by having actors Austin St. John as Jason Lee Scott , Thuy Trang as Trini Kwan , Amy Jo Johnson as Kimberly Ann Hart , Jason David Frank as Tommy Oliver , Machiko Soga as Rita Repulsa and Ami Kawai as Scorpina all appearing via archive recordings. However there was also nods and winks to episodes and other shows as well with Benny Joy Smith as Annie from Dino Fury making a very brief appearance which to me gives the impression that this special was a celebration of Power Rangers as a whole and not just Mighty Morphin Power Rangers which was something that I was OK with as it shows that the makers of this show love Power Rangers as a whole and not just one particualr era of the franchise.

This is a reunion not only infront of the camera but also behind the camera as for the first time in decades Ron Wasserman provided the score for the special Power Ranger original writer Jackie Marchand returns as story consultant for this special. Which to me makes this special feel even more special as you have two of the countless people who helped to make Power Rangers as special as it was back in the nineties being back to celebrate something that they helped to play a huge part in making special.

While it was great that not only mentioned the character of Trini Kwan for the first time sine Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. To me they just kept on hitting home that her character has now died which is something that they didn't really need to do as the first few scenes in the special would have hit that point home perfectly but at the same time tho it would have been a disservice to the character of Minh Kwan as her whole character arc is about coming to terms with the death of her mother and not seeking revenge on Rita Repulsa for the death of her mother which was a character arc that I really liked as it was something that was a really dark subject matter for Power Rangers to handle.

Now then this special has / had an exact grand total running time of exactly fifty eight minuets and eight seconds. Which i'm in two minds about as on the one half giving this special thew length of two or three episodes of the show is a great way to make it feel all the more special but at the same time this special doesn't have alot there interms of either plot or story to cover that large amount of running time and as such you get alot of pointless scenes with Minh Kwan and Zack very early on in the special and later on in the special as well that just feel like padding and nothing more then that but tho I will admit that this special does have some really good pacing to it tho.

So now then since this is an action special that means that I have to actually talk about the actual action that's actually featured / presented to us in this very special well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual action that's actually featured / presented to us in this very special was in all honesty alot better then what I thought that it was going to be. As this special uses no Japanese footage at all and so the team making this special had to come up with their action scenes and they did a really good job with this specials action being very thrilling and thanks to the new Rita really very exciting and scary as well in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

SPOILERS END HERE!!!!!!!!!!!

Overall this anniversary special is so much better then Dimensions In Danger as this special doesn't feel like The Tommy Oliver Show and it puts alot of focus on the Power Rangers which is something that Dimensions In Danger just didn't do and I can very highly recommend this special to both fans and none fans alike as its that good of a special in my freaking opinions anyways / at least. Now then i've talked about all pf the good and as well as all of the bad things that are in this very special in this very review and as such that means that this very special earns itself a grand old score of exactly a 7 out of 10 from me.

Now then as for where I personally got all of the images that I personally used in this very review well then boys and girls and as well as ladies and gentlemen I personally got all of the images that I personally used in this very review from the official Power Rangers fandom wiki page and Google Images. With my personally preferred website that I personally preferred to use to get the images that I personally used in this very review being the wonderful the official Power Rangers fandom wiki page since all of the images that are currently up and and featured / presented to us on the official Power Rangers fandom wiki page are all fairly high in quality and as well as being fairly freaking high in definition.

Godzilla: The Animated Series "New Family Parts One And Two" TV Series Review

The nineties was a time when we had alot of really great cartoons airing and with some many good cartoons airing all at the exact same time it's understandable that one or two would perhaps fall through the cracks and become forgotten about. The show which i'm going to talk about today is one such show making things even worse for this show is the fact that is forever linked to THAT 1998 live action American Godzilla movie and so then join me as I review the first two episodes of a show that sets to right the wrongs made by it's live action counterpart with the first two episodes being called simply just "New Family Parts One And Two" enjoy.

The plot of these first two episodes is mere minuets after the 1998 Godzilla movie ends Dr. Niko "Nick" Tatopoulos finds a baby Godzilla egg which then hatches and sees Nick as it's father and while this is happening a new monster attacks Jamaica and there's only monster that can stop it Godzilla. Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual plot that's actually featured / presented to us in these first two episodes well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual plot that's actually featured / presented to us in these first two episodes was in all honesty rather thin with the plot not really kicking in until the last five or ten minuets of the first episode which just makes almost the entire first episode seem pointless and filler in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

Starring in these first two episodes is Ian Ziering as Dr. Niko "Nick" Tatopoulos and Charity James as Dr. Elsie Chapman. Also starring in these first two episodes are Brigette Bako as Monique Dupre , Rino Romano as Randy Hernandez , Joe Pantoliano as Victor 'Animal' Palotti , Malcolm Danare as Dr. Mendel Craven , Tom Kenny as N.I.G.E.L. , Paget Brewster as Audrey Timmonds , Keith Szarabajka as Philippe Roaché , Kevin Dunn as Colonel Anthony Hicks and Frank Welker as Godzilla.

Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in these first two episodes well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in these first two episodes was in all honesty not that bad with this episodes cast doing the best that they can to make the script for these two episodes work for them. The issue is tho that the script for these first two episodes doesn't give the actors a whole lot to work with interms of what their respective characters personalities are and so they aren't allowed to turn in great performances because of the fact that the script for these first two episodes just wont allow for it.

Doing the animation for these first two episodes was Lotto Animation , New Millennium , Seoul Movie , Wild Horse Animation Group , Anima Sam Won , DR Movie , Dong Woo Animation Co. and Koko Enterprises Company. Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual animation that's actually featured / presented to us in these first two episodes well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual animation that's actually featured / presented to us in these first two episodes was in all honesty not that bad and was alot better then what I thought that it would be.

This show is of course set after the events of the 1998 American made Godzilla movie with the opening of this shows first episode being set minuets after the movie ended. This to me was pointless since nobody who was watching this show was doing so because they never saw the movie and so if anything this show should have been set months after the movie just so you could then see how the characters from the movie have progressed in their lives and heck you could even make the case for this show being the unproduced sequel to the movie as well as the show does have a natural progression of Nick's storyline with Godzilla.

I will admit that this show does the character of Godzilla alot better then the movie version ever did as this version of the character acts alot more like Godzilla then the movie version ever did. With this version of the character even having the characters signature Atomic Breath along with the fact that he is now basically unable to die by conventional methods all of which restore the god in Godzilla and all of which make this version of the character alot better then the actual movie version of the character ever was.

While we do have some really cool looking monster designs in these first two episodes neither monster has much if a personality. Even Godzilla himself really doesn't have alot of personality with him just showing up to take part in an action scene and nothing more then that which is a shame because the original Japanese Godzilla had a ton of personality and so to this show not really give him a personality just goes to show that they didn't really learn all that much from the 1998 movie and just made Godzilla bland and rather uninteresting.

Now then episode one of this show has / had an exact grand total running time of exactly twenty one minuets and twenty four second while episode two has / had an exact grand total running time of exactly twenty one minuets and twenty two seconds. Which is pretty much the bog standard running time for any animated show in the nineties and I will admit that while having this shows opening story be a two parter does make sense on paper in reality it doesn't work as the first episode basically adds nothing to the plot and when you take into account the 1998 Godzilla movie is basically a pilot episode for this show I really do think that it would have been better if this one singular episode instead of two episodes as that's all there's enough story to cover but I will admit that both episodes do have some great pacing to them.

So now then since this is an action show that means that I have to actually talk about the actual action that's actually featured / presented to us in these first two episodes well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual action that's actually featured / presented to us in these first two episodes was in all honesty not that bad. With the action that we got in these first two episodes being good for the time that this show was made and was really fun in parts but at the same time the action in these first two episodes was also rather dull and repetitive as well in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

Overall these weren't bad first episodes as they did set the tone for the rest of the show and the show is alot better then what I remember it being and plus this show does somewhat right the many wrongs set by the movie as well in my freaking opinions anyways / at least. Now then i've talked about all of the good and as well as all of the bad things that are in these first two episodes in this very review and as such that means that these first two episodes earn themselves a combined score of exactly a 7 out of 10 from me.

Now then as for where I personally got all of the images that I personally used in this very review well then boys and girls and as well as ladies and gentlemen I personally got all of the images that I personally used in this very review from the Godzilla fandom wiki page and Google Images. With my personally preferred website that I personally preferred to use to get the images that I personally used in this very review being the wonderful Google Images since all of the images that are currently up and and featured / presented to us on Google Images are all fairly high in quality and as well as being fairly freaking high in definition.
