Justice League: Crisis On Infinite Earths Part Three SPOILER FILLED Film Review

Usually when you here of a film that's being told in multiple parts it's usually just a two part film and nothing more then that. However DC Comics and Warner Bros. Pictures decided to do something a little bit different when it came adapting the famous Crisis Of Infinite Earths storyline and that's basically make it a three part film adaptation and well then with the third and final part of this storyline now out you all just knew that I had to review the very first chance that I got and so then join me as I give you my SPOILER FILLED review of the film that sees another cinematic universe come to a close with the film in question being called simply just "Justice League: Crisis On Infinite Earths Part Three" enjoy.

The plot of this film is our heroes face there biggest threat yet when the anti-monitor launches a full scale attack on all universes. Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual plot that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual plot that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film was in all honesty not that bad as the plot of the film was something that was well built up over the course of the previous two films and as a result of that is the fact that the plot of this film is just as epic as you'd want it to be however at the exact same time the films plot is a little bit on the weaker side of things with it being hard to tell what the actual plot is at time as the plot of this film just comes and goes as and when it pleases instead of being at the forefront of the film with the plot of this film also being really rather entertaining and as well as being really rather engaging as well in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

Starring in this film is Darren Criss As Clark Kent /  Kal-El / Superman and Stana Katic As Diana Prince / Wonder Woman. Also starring in this film is Jensen Ackles As Bruce Wayne / Batman , Cory Stoll As Lex Luthor , Meg Donnelly As Kara Zor-El / Supergirl , Matt Bomer as Barry Allen / The Flash , Aldis Hodge As John Stewart / Green Lantern , Geoffrey Arend as Psycho-Pirate , Alexandra Daddario as Lois Lane , Ike Amadi as Martian Manhunter , Grey Griffin As Aya , Liam McIntyre as Aquaman , Jamie Gray Hyder As Shayera Hol /  Hawkgirl , Ato Essandoh As Mister Terrific and The Anti-Monitor , Will Friedle As Terry McGinnis / Batman Beyond , Matt Ryan As John Constantine , Zach Callison As Dick Grayson / Robin , Gideon Adlon As Barbara Gordon / Batgirl , Lou Diamond Phillips As The Spectre , Jason Spisak As Razor , Jennifer Hale as Hippolyta and Aya and Troy Baker as The Joker.

Now then interms of what I personally thought /felt about the actual ac ting that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film was in all honesty not that bad. With alot of this films cast members turning in some really good performances in this film which does make alot of sense as all of this films cast members are reprising their roles not only from the previous two films but also from the previous Tomorrowverse films as well and there for do have a good understand of there characters by now and no what kind of performance would best suit there characters in any given situation but with thar being said tho there some performances in this film that just aren't as good as they really good have been one of which is a huge spoiler but the other name Jamie Gray Hyder As Shayera Hol /  Hawkgirl who just turns in a wooden performance in this film with the acting in this film not really being helped by the films script as this films script really doesn't give this films cast much to work with interms of what it is that there respective characters personalities are even meant to be in the first place which is something that does hurt the overall quality of the acting that's in this film.

Doing the animation for this film is Maven Image Platform , the legends and the greats that are currently over at Digital Emation and Studio Grida. Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual animation that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film well then in all honesty I in al honesty personally thought / felt that the actual animation that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film was in all honesty not that bad but at the same timer this films animation wasn't all that good but that is something that did seem to be the case with alot of if not all pf the Tomorrowverse films with this films animation looking better then what it really had any right to be but at the same time this films animation really could have been alot better as the characters do have alot of very stilted movements and alot of the backgrounds do look a little flat at times and while yes the films CGI does look for a direct to DVD animated feature length film the rest of the films animation really could have been alot better then what it actually was.

SPOILERS START HERE!!!!!!!!!!!

For those of you that don't know there are two names that were left of the cast list for this film with those names being Kevin Conroy As Bruce Wayne / Batman and Mark Hamill As The Joker. With the two of them just being on top form with Kevin Conroy just really slipping into his role like a glove for what we know now is the final time as he finished recording h9is lines for this film before he finished his lines for the Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League game but it's Mark Hamill that sounds off not because of his performance which was really good but his voice just sounded rather robotic like Warner Bros Pictures just decided to use AI for the voice of The Joker which if true really shouldn't have been done as these two were always more then happy to reprise their roles provided that the other one was also coming back as well and while it will always be great to see those actors come back to portray those incarnations of the characters it will for always be tinged with sadness due to the fact that Kevin Conroy did die but it was great that we not only got to see Batman and The Joker from the Batman: The Animated Series but we also got to see the DCAU version of the Justice League as well which was a nice little surprise and a nice little bit of fanservice as well.

If you wondering if the film will feature the death of Supergirl like the original comic book did then the answer is yes. However her death in this film really doesn't work not because it's a scene that comes out of nowhere but because of the fact that the Supergirl character really didn't appear in that many Tomorrowverse films prior to this three part storyline and thus her death doesn't have the same emotional gut punch that it really should have had as we the audience really only had one film to get to know the character of Supergirl and that's not enough if this was always going to be the end point of this cinematic universe as if your going to kill of a major character and have that character be a major part of a storyline then you need to make sure then we the audience really do know and care about the character as that's the only way that her death would work and still have the same emotional impact as it most likely had in the original comic book and yet because of the fact that the character didn't appear in any other Tomorrowverse films after the 2023 Legion Of Super-Heroes film then her death really does fall flat.

The Anti-monitor as a villain wasn't all that interesting as while we do get to find out why he's doing what he's doing. How they explain it makes him appear less like a bad guy more like someone who was just doing his job with the heroes being presented as the villains when that shouldn't be the case as the heroes were only acting on what The Monitor and the Anti-monitor was doing and nothing more then that and yet The Anti-monitor doesn't act like a villain and thus outside of the fact that he's destroying worlds which we find is only due to the events of Justice League Dark: Apokolips War with it being revealed that at the end of that film The Flash ran all the way to Apokolips to kill of Darkseid only for him to realise that he doesn't need t as he's basically already done it just by being there but with Darkseid being a set point in time it created this new universe which pretty much ended up collapsing in of itself thus needing The Anito-monitor to remove all of the earths that were created due to what John Constantine did in the first place which not only really makes him look like a dumb hero but also makes the Anti-monitor comes across as someone who really was just doing there job in the first place.

Now then this film has / had an exact grand total running time of exactly one hour and thirty eight minuets and thirteen seconds. Which is a bit on the long side for this film as this film really doesn't have that much there interms of plot to really cover that large amount of running time as alot of the plot was covered in the first two films with this film basically just being the third act of a film only stretched out to a feature length running time and as a result of that is the fact that this film really didn't have to be as long as it was as it really only needed to be at the very least one hour and fifteen minuets as that's the amount running time that this film has enough to cover as alot of this films scenes really do just feel like filler as they really add nothing to the overall plot of the film even the scene with the Batman and The Joker from Batman: The Animated Series whilst it was a really cool scene in this film really doesn't add anything to the plot of the film but I will admit that this film really does have some really good pacing to it tho.

So now then as this is an action film that means that I have to actually talk about the actual action that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual actin that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film was in all honesty not that bad. AS was always the case with all f the Tomorrowverse films as all of the films did have some really fun looking action scenes in them and that is also the case with the action in this very film as well as all of this films action is just some really with the films animation really leaping of the screen during the films many action scenes which does make it really obvious that that's where all of the attention from the makers of this film went to as during the rest of the film the animation isn't that good but when we get to an action scene the animation suddenly looks really good and while the films action really does get a little bit hard to follow at points we do get to see alot of really cool moments during all of this films actions scenes and heck we get to see Wonder Woman riding the back of a dinosaur which will always be a really cool thing to see in anything in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

SPOILERS END HERE!!!!!!!!!!!

Overall while the Tomorrowverse films never did set the world on fire ad get people talking like alot of the previous DC direct to DVD animated movies did this whole trilogy really was a good example of just how good these Tomorrowverse films really could have been of they really had alot more thought and alot more effort put into them in my freaking opinions anyways / at least. Now then i've talked about all of the good and as well as all of the bad things that are in this very film in this very review and as such that really does mean that this very film really does earn itself a grand old score of exactly a 7 out of 10 from me.

Now then as for where I personally got all of the images that I personally used in this very review well then boys and girls and as well as ladies and gentlemen I personally got all of the images that I personally used in this very review from the official Batman: The Animated Series fandom wiki page , the official DC Movies fandom wiki page , the official Tomorrowverse fandom wiki page and Google Images. With my personally preferred website to use to get the images from this very film that I used in this very review being Google Images simply just due to the fact that alot of the images that are on Google Images are all really fairly high in quality and as well as them all being really fairly freaking high in definition.

Justice League: Crisis On Infinite Earths Part One Film Review

There are alot of comic book movies and alot of comic book related media coming out this year as such it would be very understandable that you'd forget about one or two of them. As is the case with this film with this film really flying under the radar with there only being one trailer released near the end of last year and that's really it with there being no clips released to help to promote the film either and so then join meas I review the film that is the first film in a trilogy of films with the film in question being called simply just "Justice League: Crisis On Infinite Earths Part One" enjoy.

The plot of this film is with every world being destroyed a group of heroes have to try and work out how to stop this threat before every single universe is destroyed for good. Now then interms of what I personally thought // felt about the actual plot that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual plot that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film was in all honesty not that bad with this films plot being very fitting for a three part film as the story story really is a slow burn in every single sense of the word which only goes to show just how epic this films plot really is with this films plot also being fairly weak as well which is to be expected given the three film format with the plot of this film also being really rather entertaining and at times also being really rather engaging as well in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

Starring in this film is Darren Criss as Earth-1 Clark Kent / Kal-El /  Superman and Earth-2 Clark Kent / Kal-El / Superman. Also starring in this film is Jensen Ackles as Bruce Wayne / Batman , Stana Katic as Diana / Wonder Woman and Superwoman , Matt Bomer as Barry Allen / The Flash , Ike Amadi as J'onn J'onzz / Martian Manhunter , Amazing Man and Ivo , Jimmi Simpson as Oliver Queen / Green Arrow , Meg Donnelly as Supergirl, Harbinger , Zachary Quinto as Lex Luthor , Alexandra Daddario as Lois Lane . Harry Shum Jr. as Brainiac 5 , Aldis Hodge as John Stewart and Power Ring , Ashleigh LaThrop as Iris West , Alastair Duncan as Alfred Pennyworth , Cynthia Hamidi as Dawnstar Liam Mcintyre as Aquaman and Johnny Quick , Jonathan Adams as Monitor , Geoffrey Arend as Psycho Pirate and Hawkman , Steven Universe star Zack Callison as Dick Grayson / Robin , Matt Lanter as Blue Beetle and Ultraman , Ato Essando as Mr. Terrific , Erika Ishii as Doctor Light / Dr. Hoshi and The Huntress , David Kaye as The Question , voice acting legend Nolan North as Hal Jordan /  Green Lantern , A.M.A.Z.O. and Homeless Man , Lou Diamond Phillips as The Spectre and Owlman and Keesha Sharp as Vixen.

Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film was in all honesty not that bad. With this films cast giving us some really good performances for the most part as there some parts in he film where the acting isn't as good as it perhaps should have been which really isn't the fault of the actors as they were told to deliver the lines a certain way with this not really being helped by the fact that the films script isn't really that good either as it gives none of this films cast much to work interms of what it is that there their respective characters personalities and as such the films cast aren't really allowed to give the good performances that we know that they can do as this films script simply just wont allow them to do as good that we know that they can do when they have a really good script to work with.

Doing the animation for this film is Maven Image Platform and the legends and the greats that are currently over at Edge Animation Co., LTD. Now then interms of what U personally thought / felt about the actual animation that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual animation that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film was in all honesty not that bad as just like with alot of the direct to DVD DC Comics films this film does have some really good animation in it but at the same time tho this films animation isn't as good as it could have been with alot of the animation feeling flat at times and good at other times which gives us an overall mixed bag of quality animation with this film also having some really thick characters lines which can at times be really very distracting and really does take you out of the film.

As noted at the start of the review this film is meant to be the first film in a trilogy of films which is most likely the best way to tell this story. As a story that's this big really does need alot of time in order to not only tell but to do it justice and giving this film multiple parts is a smart way to go about it but on the flip side of that is the fact that there not only might not be alot of story there to warrant a further two films but given that this story is a slow burner they also run the risk of boring your audience who then might not bother seeing the further two films and this is something that the makers of all three films will have to take into account as even this film did get a bit boring at times and this is only the first film which means that you can only imagine just how dull and boring the further two films might be should the makers of those films choose to really not be careful with the story.

With this film being the first part of a multi-part story it does fall into alot of the same traps that all of those films fall into. With this film basically being an extended trailer for part two and while this film does get away with that as it is a slow burner that doesn't take away from the fact that this film sets up storylines and characters arcs that don't get payed off in this film with this film also having alot of scenes that whilst they don't add anything to this film will most likely have a bigger role to play in the further two films which makes them pointless to include in this film as everything in this film should be all about setting up things that will pay off in this film and not be payed off in a film that's coming out in several months from now  as all that does is really make this film seem watered down by comparison.

Thee are some issues to be found in this film like the fact that the film doesn't really connect to all of the other films in the Tomorrowverse which granted is a minor nitpick. However what isn't a minor nitpick is the fact that we don't really get to spend alot of time on any of the earths before they get destroyed with us only spending a handful of minuets each time before we go off to another world which doesn't really work for this film as with this film we now have two other films in order to fully tell it's story which means that we could have spent more time on alot of earths which would make us care for the characters on that particular earth which would then make us all the more upset should that earth get destroyed it's one of the things that the Arrowverse take on this story got right as we spent alot of time each episode on the various different earths and as such we had a chance to form a connection be it good or bad to those characters this is really something that this film doesn't really do when it really has more then enough time in order to fully do it.

Now then this film has / had an exact grand total running time of exactly one hour and thirty two minuets and forty nine seconds. With this film having just the right amount of story to cover that amount of running time whilst also doing a good job of giving you a reason to want and go and see the next film in this trilogy but at the same time this film really didn't need to be a slow burner as this film still should have been focused in getting alot of key plot points out of the way in this film just so then the next two films could be all about adding to those plot points and really yet as things stand at the very least the first half of part two would have to be getting alot of plot points set up before adding to those plot points which is really something that shouldn't really have been the case as that's what a first part of a multi-part film is for but I will admit that this film really does have some really good pacing to it.

So now then as this is an action film that means that I gave to actually talk about the actual action that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual action that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film was in all honesty not that bad. However that's also the issue as the action in alot of the direct to DVD DC animated films have usually been really good and yet this films action just isn't that good for the most part as while we do indeed get some really cool actions scenes those are vert few and far between with this film having barely any action scenes in it and about half of them just aren't that good with alot of them just being very dull and boring with alot of them not really doing anything all that new and while alot of them do have some really cool moments those are also very few and far between as well which does make this action seem dull and lifeless as well as being rather dull and boring in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

Overall this is film is solid way to start of this truly iconic storyline and while splitting the film up into three segments is a good idea only time will tell if it's a truly great idea in my freaking opinions anyways / at least. Now then i've talked about all of the hood and as well as al of the bad things that are in this very film in this very review and as such that means that this very film earns itself a grand old score of exactly a 6.5 out of 10 from me.

Now then as for where I personally got all of the images that I personally used in this very review well then boys and girls and as well as ladies and gentlemen I personally got all of the images that I personally used in this very review from the official Tomorrowerse fandom wiki page , the official Arrowverse fandom wiki and Google Images. With my personally preferred website to use to get the images from these very episode that I used in this very review being Google Images simply just due to the fact that alot of the images that are on Google Images are all really fairly high in quality and as well as them all being really fairly freaking high in definition.

Justice League: Warworld Film SPOILER FILLED Film Review

Warner Bros Pictures really are't having the best of times right now with The Flash being a box office bomb. Well now to make matters worse their latest animated direct to DVD film from DC Comics has just leaked online in it's entirety and well I just had to check this film and to play it safe i'm making this review a SPOILER FILLED review just because the film isn't technically out yet and so then join me as I give you my SPOILER FILLED  review of the film that sees three of earths greatest heroes unite with the film in question being called simply just "Justice League: Warworld" enjoy.

The plot of this film is Wonder Woman , Batman and Superman all find themselves trapped in three different realities and have to find out what's really going on before it's far to late. Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual plot that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual plot that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film was in all honesty not that bad but at the same time this films plot was also really weak as well bit it was still a fair;y entertaining plot in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

Starring in this film is Jensen Ackles as Bruce Wayne / Batman and Darren Criss as Clark Kent / Kal-El / Superman. Also starring in this film is Stana Katic as Diana Prince / Wonder Woman , Ike Amadi as J'onn J'onzz / Martian Manhunter , Troy Baker as Jonah Hex , John DiMaggio as Lobo , Robin Atkin Downes as Mongul , Matt Bomer as Old Man , Teddy Sears as Warlord , Captain America: The Winter Solider star Frank Grillo as King Faraday , Agents Of Shield star Brett Dalton as Bat Lash , Roger Cross as Machiste , Damian O’Haire as Deimos and Kari Wahlgren as The Harbinger.

Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film was in all honesty really good. Which is to be expected as pretty much all of these direct to DVD animated DC Comics have always had some really good acting in them and while the script does this cast no favors whatsoever this cast still manages to put on some really good performances as their respective characters with the same also being really true for this films newer cast members as well.

Doing the animation for this film is Red Dog Culture House and the legends and the greats that are currently over at Edge Animation Co..LTD. Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual animation that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual animation that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film was in all honesty really good which is something that seems to be a trend of all of these Tomorrowverse films altho I still find the rather thick lines to be very distracting and something that just isn't needed at all.

SPOILERS START HERE!!!!!!!!!!

As I said at the start of this review this film finds Batman , Superman and Wonder Woman n three different realities. With Wonder Woman being in a western , Batman being in a world that's vert much inspired by the film Heavy Metal and Superman being in what can only be described in a world that's inspired by the "Will The Real Martian, Please Stand Up" episode of the original The Twilight Zone with Wonder Woman's world being the best one out of the three just because it's a world where I can very easily see more stories being made in that world.

For so,e reason they made Jonah Hex the villain of Wonder Woman's western world which just doesn't add up as he's meant to be at the very least an anti-hero. He's not a straight up villain he's someone who will do bad things but he'll do them for the eight reasons and that is something that this film doesn't even hind at being the case which is a shame being this films of the character could have potential to be a reoccurring character in future Tomorrowverse films but I will admit that the design for the character is alot better then the one that they went with for 2010 live action Jonah Hex movie.

As with alot of the Tomorrowverse films this film does include a tease of a possible future Justice League animated direct to DVD film and I will say that if there going with what I think that there going with. Then it's a bit to early to doing that event story as we don't really know these characters all that well just yet and as such this universe would feel far to small for the story line that I think that there going to be and as such that storyline (which yes i'm going to keep vague just on the off chance that i'm wrong) for the end of this universe and not really when it's still going.

Now then this film has / had an exact grand total running time of exactly one hour and thirty minuets and twenty eight seconds. Which is pretty much the bog standard running time for these movies but when each of three different realities that our heroes find them selfs in takes up almost twenty minuets each that doesn't leave alot of room for telling a good story or even developing the films villain and as such this film would have been much more better served if it was a two part film instead of a one part film but I will admit that this film does have some really fairly solid pacing to it tho.

So now then as this is an action film that means that I have to actually talk about the actual action that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual action that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film was in all honesty not that bad. However that's also the issue as this films action isn't all that good either with the actin just being OK at best and just flat out boring at it's absolutely worst in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

SPOILERS END HERE!!!!!!!!!!

Overall this film is alot better then recent The Flash movie but that really isn't saying all that much as this still a pretty movie in it's own right which is a shame because this film had alot of potential to be a really good movie in my freaking opinions anyways / at least. Now then i've talked about all of the good and as well as all of the bad things that are in this very film in this very review and as such that means that this very film earns itself a grand old score of exactly a 5 out of 10 from me.

Now then as for where I personally got all of the images that I personally used in this very review well then boys and girls and as well as ladies and gentlemen I personally got ll of the images that I personally used in this very review from the official Tomorrowverse fandom wiki page , the official DC Extended Universe fandom wiki page , IMP Awards . Com and Google Images. With my personally preferred website that I personally preferred to use to get the images that I personally used in this very review being the really wonderful Google Images as since all of the images that are currently up and and featured / presented to us up and the great and wonderful on Google Images are all really fairly high in quality and as well as being all really fairly freaking high in definition.

Justice League: The Animated Series "Secret Origins" Parts One , Two And Three Review

Animation fans I thought that with Zack Snyder's Justice League currently doing the rounds on HBO Max I thought now would be the right time to remind people of a show that they perhaps either forgot about or just straight up didn't even know about in the first place. I will admit that after watching this three part episode I honestly felt that the story in this episode could have been the plot / story of a future live action Justice League movie and so join me as I review the three episodes of Justice league: The Animated Series with the episodes being called simply "Secret Origins" enjoy.

The plot of this three part episode is Earth in under threat from an alien invasion and so it's up to Batman , Superman , Green Lantern (John Stewart) , The Flash (Barry Allen) Martian Manhunter and Hawkgirl to put a stop to this invasion before all of life on earth is wiped out for good. In terms of what I thought about the plot of this three part episode in all honesty the plot of this three part episode is really freaking good just everything about the plot of this three part episode really worked for me so much so that I couldn't help picture this plot of this three part episode as the plotline / storyline of a possible future live Justice League because the plot of this three part episode was so freaking good in my humble and honest opinion.

Starring in these episodes is George Newbern as Clark Kent / Superman and an Imperium soldier and Kevin Conroy as Bruce Wayne / Batman and as a Technician. Also starring in these episodes are Susan Eisenberg as Diana Prince / Wonder Woman and as a Mother , Carl Lumbly as J'onn J'onzz / Martian Manhunter , Michael Rosenbaum as Barry Allen / The Flash and as a Protester and as as Martian , Phil LaMarr as John Stewart / Green Lantern and as Ed Reiss and as The General and as a Rioter , Maria Canals as Hawkgirl and as a Little Girl , Corey Burton as a Bald technician and as a Doctor , Max Brooks as Howie , Clyde Kusatsu as The Japanese Ambassador and as The Asian Technician and Gary Cole as J. Allen Carter.

In terms of what about the acting that's presented to us in these three episodes in all honesty the acting that's presented to us in these three episodes is really freaking good. Which in all honesty shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone since all of the DC Animated Universe TV Shows and films had good acting as such it's not really a surprise to see that there's good acting in these three episodes altho I will admit it was rather jarring hearing George Newbern as Clark Kent / Superman since just yesterday I had heard Tim Daly as Clarke Kent / Superman in the movie / film / TV episode of Superman: The Animated Series which was called simply "The Batman Superman Movie: World's Finest" but that's just what I think anyways.

Doing the animation for all three of this three part episode / story is Koko Enterprise Co., LTD. don't worry if you haven't heard of them because in all honesty i've not even heard of Koko Enterprise Co., LTD. either. In terms of what about the animation that's in all three of these episodes in all honesty the animation that's in all three of these episodes really did surprise me because I thought that the animation that was in all three of these was really good and heck i'd go as far to say that the animation that's in all three of these episodes is alot better then the animation that's in "The Batman Superman Movie: World's Finest" just because the animation that we get in these three episodes is really energised and there are some really fluid movements from all of the characters as well all of which make the animation in these three episodes really good and in my opinion easily better then the animation that's seen in "The Batman Superman Movie: World's Finest" in my humble and honest opinion anyways.

Now then this show is responsible for introducing Wonder Woman into the DC Animated Universe (DCAU) and as well as introducing Wonder Woman into the DCAU we also get her arriving to man's world. I honestly thought that it was very brave of the makers of this show to introduce a key character like Wonder Woman without really giving out much details about her origin simply because any of the main stream audience who was watching this three part might not have been aware of firstly who Diana Prince /Wonder Woman even is and secondly they might even be aware of the origin story for Diana Prince / Wonder Woman and so introducing Diana Prince /Wonder Woman in this three part episode without doing her origin was in my opinion at least a very brave move on the makers of this shows but that's just what I think anyways.

I will admit that I liked how all of the other members of the Justice League are introduced since it would be rather jarring to see what each of the Justice League members are like when they are not fighting crime. As such having them all show up to help out Batman , Superman and Martian Manhunter to me makes a lot of sense since it stream lines the story and it makes the villains of this three part episode seem like even more of a threat because it shows us the audience that these villains can't be defeated by either Batman , Superman or Martian Manhunter and so it's going to take all of the heroes that we meet in this three episode storyline to defeat these villains but that's just what I think anyways.

Now for some strange reason the makers of this show thought that it would be a great idea to have a fully CGI animated opening title sequence now while the CGI that's in the opening title sequence to Justice League: The Animated Series it is however something that has aged horrible since the CGI looks horrible. In fact i'd go as far go as far to say that the CGI that's featured in the opening title sequence to Justice League: The Animated Series is pure nightmare fuel because all of the members of the Justice league look terrible and the quality of the CGI that's in the opening title sequence to Justice League: The Animated Series is at best horrible since it looks like the kind of CGI that you'd see in a late Playstation 2 game cutscene but that's just in my humble and honest opinion tho.

Now all three of these episodes run for a total of at least one hour and four minuets but there's more then a huge chance that I could be wrong tho so don't hold me to that running time. I honestly like the fact that this story was spread out over three episodes since it gives the story more time to breath instead of the story being rushed in either a standard twenty two minuet episode or two episodes which would have a total running of at least forty four minuets plus it makes the story feel alot more epic as well in my humble and honest opinion.

Now then boys and girls since Justice league: The Animated Series is an action and since there is action in these three part episodes and that means that I have to talk about the action that's in this three part episode and if i'm being honest the action that's in this three part episode is exactly as fun as you'd want it to be. Since it's always fun seeing all of the Justice League fighting together and it helps that we see alot of just really cool as hell moments in the action scenes that appear in these three episodes but that's just what I think tho.

Overall this was a really good start to the series in my humble and honest opinion and it just goes to show you how good a Justice League animated TV show can truly be. Now then boys and girls this isn't a perfect episode by any means / any stretch of the imagination but it's a damn close one tho since i've talked about both of the good and the bad things that are in this three part episode in this very review and as such this episode gets a 8.5 out of 10 from me , as for where I got the images I used in this review well I got all of the images that I used in this review from either the official DC Animated Universe fandom wiki page , the official Wonder Woman or the official Young Justice fandom wiki page with my preferred website to use to get images from this review being the official DC Animated Universe fandom wiki page just due to how shockingly high quality the images are.

Justice League: Crisis On Two Earths Review

DC fans it's been around two weeks since I last talked about any of the animated films or live action films that the company has released and yes I know that I covered Return To The Batcave but that wasn't released by DC so yeah. So I thought that i'd tackle a film that i've not seen in years and even then the copy that I own only has one working disc since it's region 1 and I don't live in a region area luckily the disc that works is the one with the film and so here is my review of "Justice League: Crisis On Two Earths" enjoy.

The plot of the film is the Justice League goes to a parallel earth at the insistence of that earth's Lex Luthor to help him defeat the evil Crime Syndicate who are evil versions of the Justice League. In all honesty the plot to this film so simple which is perhaps it's biggest flaw as well as it's greatest strength because there's no depth to the story whatsoever but at the same time due it being simple the story can be very entertaining to see play out.

Starring in the film is William Baldwin as Bruce Wayne / Batman and Mark Harmon as Clark Kent / Superman. Also starring in the film is Chris Noth as Lex Luthor , Gina Torres as Superwoman , James Woods as Owlman , Brian Bloom as Ultraman , Jonathan Adams as J'onn J'onzz / Martian Manhunter , Josh Keaton as Wally West / The Flash and Aquaman , Vanessa Marshall as Princess Diana / Wonder Woman.

As for what i thought about the acting in the film it honestly wasn't that bad but the issue for me comes with the casting. Since alot of these actors just don't really match the characters there playing take for example William Baldwin who i'm sure is a good actor but he's not Batman he's to soft spoken to really give Batman the darkness that that character demands as for Gina Torres she's miscast because all you hear while watching the movie Zoe from Firefly and the same goes for James Woods all you here is the actor and not the character.

Doing the animation got the film is Moi Animation Studio who are most known for there work on Avatar: The Last Airbender. As for what I thought about the animation in this film it's honestly really freaking good which shouldn't come as a surprise since alot of the animated direct to DVD DC Comics films feature good animation but honestly the animation featured in this film looks like it could be in a theatrically released movie and one that went straight to DVD.

This film was originally meant to be set in the DAU (DC Animated Universe) with the film serving as a bridge between Justice League and Justice League: Unlimited. For whatever reason they chose not to make for a few years and then the line of straight to DVD DC films was proving to be a hit they found the script for this film and rewrote and reworked it into the film that we see today so technically you could say that this is a Justice League / Justice League: Unlimited movie but that's if you freaking wanted to tho.

I have to say that I liked the idea behind the Crime Syndicate having an evil version of the Justice League to me is such a cool and creative idea simply because it allows you to do things with those characters that you couldn't do with there regular counterparts. Think about it you can't have Superman threaten to kill someone but you can have Ultraman he's evil counterpart do so and that to me makes them a cool idea heck I don't know why they haven't made there way into live action yet since they very well could have made good villains in the 2017 live action Justice League movie.

Also being a god idea is that the world that the Crime Syndicate live on is in fear of them and what they can do. That right there gives are heroes a good reason to go and save this world since it's on the brink of destruction due to the Crime Syndicate and what there planning as such it makes sense the Lex would go and search out the Justice League to help since who else better to defeat these villains then people who have the same powers and gifts that the Crime Syndicate have.

This film is an hour and fifteen minuets which honestly isn't long enough for this kind of story because there are so many characters and subplots in this film and due to the short running time the film doesn't have the time to cover them all. As such I feel that this film should have been around an hour and thirty maybe an hour and forty minuets just to really let the plot breathe and give the plot the time that it needs but because of that short running time the film has to hit all of these plot beats fast and not all of them work because of the short running time.

One of those plot lines is the romance between J'onn J'onzz and Rose Wilson which barely gets brought up. Which is a shame because if that plot line was given the proper time to fully develop then it could have been something really sweet and touching but because it's stuck in a film that has a short running time it doesn't have as much impact as it could have had and it doesn't leave much of an impact on either the viewer or either character at least from what we see anyways in the film anyways.

Now then boys and girls since this an action film that does mean that we have to talk about the action that's in the film itself. Which I feel the most entertaining part of the film since to me it's always fun seeing the whole Justice League or in this case it's core six members (J'onn J'onzz , The Flash , Green Lantern , Superman , Batman and Wonder Woman) fighting as a team and showing what they bring to the team , it was also during this watch of the film that I realised that this film is alot like Mad Max: Fury Road in that like that movie this one is basically one long action sequence with only a few breaks inbetween and thats something that I never noticed before now.

Overall this was a rather enjoyable film and it did keep me entertained all throughout the film but at the same time it also left me wanting more but not in a good way. I wanted more from the story , I wanted more from the characters I just wanted more because the potential was there for a great movie but due to the short running time that was never going to happen and so even tho is a good movie it gets a 7 out of 10 from me.

All images used in this review were gathered from only one source that being the official DC Movies fandom wiki page. I have to say that alot of the images aren't as HD as I thought that they would be if anything I was expecting them to be more HD then what they are but at the same time this film did come out over ten years ago (it came out on February 23rd 2010) and so I can't really fault them for not having that many HD images and so I will say use them if you want to.

Justice League: Secret Origins Review

DC fans I thought that since my review of Superman: The Last Son Krypton went down a treat that I would review something else that's animated and features the man of the steel. So after racking my brain for all of five minuets I remembered that there was a three part series opener for the Justice League animated series and since I plan of taking another look at THAT live action movie soon anyways now is a good time for me to review Justice League: Secret Origins.

The plot of this epic three part episode is there's an alien invasion secretly happening on earth and it's something that both Batman and Superman cannot handle on there own. I'll admit that in terms of origin stories which is this basically is this is as epic as it gets and lot of that comes down to the fact that we've had a lot of time to get know both Batman and Superman so if they face a threat that they can't handle then we know it's something bad.

Starring in these episodes is George Newbern as Superman , Kevin Conroy as Batman , Susan Eisenberg as Wonder Woman , Carl Lumbly as J'onn J'onzz , Michael Rosenbaum as The Flash , Phil LaMarr as Green Lantern , Maria Canals as Hawkgirl , Susan Sullivan as Hippolyta and Kevin Michael Richardson as Imperium Leader. Yeah this cast pretty much reads like a who's who of DC alumni and that to me makes alot of sense since it makes the team up feel more special.

It helps that the acting from all of the actors is also really freaking solid which given that one of them is the legendary Kevin Conroy is not really a surprise since he's always great as Batman. I'm shocked that they didn't get Tim Daley back to play Superman since he's the voice that alot of people would have grown up listening to on the animated series but George is solid as the character. In all honesty there's not that much I can say about the acting that hasn't already been said because it's that good.

Now like with my review of The Last Son Of Krypton i'm not going to say who did the animation in this episode because i'm honestly thinking about reviewing the whole Justice League animated series so it's obviously going to be the same company. That said tho I did find the animation in this opening set of episodes to be pretty good it's not as good as the animation seen in Batman: The Animated Series but that series was so good that nothing could even come close to it.

What I found to be really awful is the CGI opening i've always hated this opening and alot of that is because of the fact that the CGI seen in it is just freaking awful. I've seen better CGI in cheap direct to DVD films and I know that they were limited by what was available at the time but if something's bad we should still call it out for being bad.

I said this before in the review but this is how you do a Justice League origin story you give them a threat that only all of them can take on. What you don't do is exactly what they did in the live action movie were either Batman , Superman or Wonder Woman could have defeated the bad guy here the villain is something that requires all of these heroes to work together and that's exactly what you need in a Justice League origin.

Now this is the second or third time that i've watched all three of these episodes and everytime I watch them I always get caught up in how good they are. For me this isn't just a great JL origin story but it's a rather solid origin story in it's own right and i'm not honestly sure why that's the case since there have been a lot of solid origin stories throughout the years so why this one stands out is honestly something that I can't really answer.

For me what really stands out about these episodes is how well the action is and that's not something I get to say during a premier set of episodes. Here tho the action is at it's best during the third episode when you get to see the league fully working together because it shows you how powerful they really are and it gives you a reason to want to see them succeed and that for me is a truly great thing and one that i wish other JL movies and shows did.

Overall this wasn't a bad start to the series it does everything an origin story should do and then some but it does it's fair share of problems like the fact that even tho this is meant to be one story it still feels like three episodes and so with that in mind these episodes get a combined rating of 7 out of 10 from me.
