Some Comic Books I'm Going To Review

Comic book fans I thought that i'd do something a bit different today because honestly I couldn't think of a single thing to review. So I thought that i;d tell you some of the comic books that I intend on taking a look at at some point in the future please note that this will include books from alot of different comic book companies so your not just going to find Marvel stuff or DC stuff your going to find stuff from alot of companies so alot of books will be ones that you've never heard of so here we go.

The Jetsons (DC)

Now i've been meaning to read alot more stuff from the Hanna-Barbera beyond line since i', a fan of there work and I did read this when it was coming out. The only thing stopping me from doing it is the fact that I was never that much of a fan of this book I only picked it up to see how they did the characters but it is something that is quite high on my list of comic books to review but it's not something i'll be getting to any time soon.

A Clash Of Kings (Dynamite Entertainment)

Not only am I a huge Game Of Thrones (your talking to a guy who owns all the books plus alot of seasons from the show and have played the dreadful XBOX 360 game) but i've also reviewed the original Game of Thrones comic book. So of course i'm going to be taking a look at this why I havn't done it now is simply because i'm waiting until they've finished the whole book before I even read a single of it.

Elvira: The Shape of Elvira (Dynamite Entertainment)

I read the recent and reviewed the recent Elvira: Mistress Of The Dark comic book which I loved and i've read the first issue of this book and if you've seen the cover and the title you'll have a fair idea of recent film there spoofing. I will say using Elvira to spoof this film to me is pure genius because no one spoofs films better then her and the best thing this series is only four issues long so when ever im able to see the remaining issues the review will be going live.

Doctor Who: The Thirteenth Doctor (Titan Comics)

You comic book fans won't know this but i'm also a huge Doctor Who fan and i'll admit i've not read the comics or heard the audio plays but i've seen the show both classic and recent and i've seen all of the films and spin off shows. I was actually one of the few people excited to be getting a female doctor granted I had to watch something that Jodie Whittaker was in to see if she was any good at drama but she's not let me down so far and as soon as they finish the first story for this run i'll be posting the review.

The Flintstones (DC)

Not only are we heading back to DC but also back to the stone age because just like with The Jetsons recent comic book I read the awesome Flintstones book as it was published. Guys and girls this is a book that i'm dying to revuew for you guys but with it being twelve issues long and the fact that I have many other reviews and stuff to write per day this one might take a few billion years but it will get here that much I promise.

Avengers Standoff: Assault on Pleasant Hill (Marvel)

Now then Marvel fans i've not forgotten about you guys this is a title that i've honestly not seen that many people talking about. I figure tho that with the next Avengers movies coming out soon this would be a great year for me to take a look at it the only issue i'd have is there's so many issues to read and the collected edition is rather expensive so I might have to wait until it drops down in price before I even consider reviewing this one.

A-Force 2015 (Marvel)

I'm not even going to try and lie here the only reason i'd even consider reading and reviewing this book is that it has Captain Marvel on the cover and I could tie it in the new Captain Marvel movie that's coming out. It might be a shameless reason to do a review but it's better then doing a review for no reason at all plus we all know that when that movie comes out any book featuring her is going to sell and sell fast.

Batman/Catwoman: The Wedding Album: The Deluxe Edition (DC)

When this storyline was first announced alot of people couldn't believe that it was finally going to happen Bruce Wayne was finally going to get married to Catwoman it just seems insane right. Well as we all know things didn't exactly go that way and that's why I want to review it so I can see if it makes sense in terms of both the story and the characters or not because it would be so easy for me to say that the storyline sucks but it would be more of a challenge if I sat down and read it and then gave you my thoughts on it.

Any Hellboy Comic

I'm not going to name just one title here because there's so many just for this one character so i;m saying that I want to review any of the Hellboy comics because I honestly like the character. It also helps that he has a new movie coming out and so any review I could do I could then tie it in to the new m movie in shape or form so it would be a really easy for me to get alot clicks or likes just due to that fact.

The Rest Of Red Sonja Worlds Away (Dynamite)

I know that i've just reviewed the first volume but my task is to finish the whole storyline now i'm going to tell you right now i'm not working on this as of this moment because there is such a thing as to much of a good thing. So i'm aiming to finish that whole storyline by the end of the year so that way I myself can take a break from the character and whoever publishes the collected editions can finish releasing it.

My Thoughts On The Recent New Series Announcements By Cartoon Network And Some Reboots That Should Happen

This is something that i've held of doing for sometime mostly because I had no idea what to think about these announcements but also because they came from out of know where and chances are you'll know exactly what announcements i'm talking about so here we go and i'm also going to list of some reboots that should happen.

Announced Shows

Thundercats Roar

Honestly out of three shows that got announced this was one of two shows that truly surprised me because no one 1) saw it coming and 2) wanted another reboot heck I like many of you wanted a second series to the 2011 reboot and like many of you I hated the trailer but unlike many of you I kinda like the artwork it looks alot like OK KO to me and I like that show and yes there will be review of all three of these shows after they've debuted.

I don't think this series will be as bad as people are thinking it will be but the terrible first trailer really didn't help things at all but I do think that the creator of the show does love the original 1980's show and i do think we're all judging this show far to early episode 1 hasn't even come out and i'm seeing videos on Youtube from people saying that it's going to be bad just give the show a chance because you never know it could turn out to be good.

Scooby-Doo and Guess Who?

This is the only show that really didn't surprise me at all when it got announced because Matthew Lillard tweeted a few months ago I think about recording a new series and then Grey Griffin was on Butch Heartman's podcast and she mentioned she was recording a new Scooby-Doo series so this was really expected.

However what wasn't expected was the fact that this show is basically a freaking remake of The New Scooby-Doo Movies if your going to basically remake any Scooby series don't remake the one that's dated the most remake one of the better series altho I will give this show this it's guest list sounds amazing it has Kevin Conroy as Batman and Mark Hamill will be making an appearance and like the next show i'm going to mention this one will air on Boomerang.

Yabba-Dabba Dinosaurs!

Honestly I was more surprised about this being announced then I was about Thundercats Roar just because there hasn't been a new Flintstones series for decades so when this popped up I was truly taken a back by it and even more taken a back by the fact there focusing on Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm even now I still have no idea what to think about this show i'll check it out for sure because Fred , Wilma , Barney and Betty are confirmed to make an appearance.

The one thing I can say for sure is I don't like the designs for Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm they just look so freaking strange the plot of the show is the kinda of thing you'd expect from a show being aimed at a younger audience in that it's Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm with the help of Dino exploring the world around them.

Shows That Should Be Rebooted

The Jetsons

Now this show is being remade in live action but i'm talking about doing a cartoon reboot of the series and it could actually work because since the 60's technology has advanced so far so it would be great if the animated series could reflect that.

Top Cat

Somebody please tell me i'm not the only one that wants to see a reboot of this show if any show deserves a reboot it's this one and again it would be so easy to do all you'd have to do is update it to reflect the current times and boom you have yourselves a show.

My Top 5 "Best" Tom and Jerry Crossover Movie Ideas

Hello cartoon fans since the Tom and Jerry franchise has decided it now wants to best mates with every other franchise out there i thought i'd tell you what my top 5 "best" ideas for a future crossover moive and incase you cannot tell this is post just for pure fun and is not to be taken seriously and there are a few ground rules the first being it has to be with a property owned by Warner Bros.or in the case of the first entry have a partnership with Warner Bros. and the second being more obvious it has to be something that hasn't been released yet so here we go.

5) Tom and Jerry: WWE

Now like most of these entries i won't have any plot details but i think that given the recent trend of having WWE superstars team up with classic cartoon characters it's only a matter of time before they team up with Tom and Jerry.

4) Tom and Jerry: The Jetsons

Out of all the entries that i've thought of this one could be the most plausible since we know that dogs exist in the The Jetsons world so it makes sense that both cats and mice would also exist as well and i'm not going to lie when i came up with this list this was one of the ones i wanted to see the most.

3 Tom and Jerry: Wacky Races

Now i know that they already a Tom and Jerry racing themed movie with 2005's Tom and Jerry: The Fast and the Furry but i think pairing them with the Wacky Races gang would just be a bizarre thing to watch but also bad in a funny kind of way.

Tom and Jerry: The Flintstones

Honestly this is only here because i want to see Tom and Jerry interact with The Flintstones cast just that alone should make for at least an entertaining movie.

1) Tom and Jerry: Looney Tunes

This is the other one i actually want to see the most just because of the comedic possibilities i wouldn't care what the plot of the movie is just show Tom and Jerry interacting with the Looney Tunes cast some funny ways and i'll be freaking happy.
