A Knight Of The Seven Kingdoms TV Series SPOILER FREE Review

Game Of Thrones was a show that really captured the worlds imagination so much so that when the TV series ended we got a prequel how House Of The Dragon and while the third season of that show is due next year. This year we got a brand new prequel with that show having just aired it's final episode and well I want to talk about it as the show is one that is worth talking about even taking into account that the episode has shorter running times and so then join me as I give you my SPOILER FREE review of the show that might need to change it's title after last nights amazing episode with the show in question being called simply just "A Knight Of The Seven Kingdoms" enjoy.

The plot of this show is when he meets a young stable boy on his way to a jousting tournament in a local villain hedge knight Ser Duncan The Tall finds himself drawn into a world that only favors the rich and powerful. Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual plot that's actually featured / presented to us in this very show well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual plot that's actually featured / presented to us in this very show was in all honesty really good with the shows plot being delightfully simple enough for people to understand and follow along with whilst at the same time also being very much in the vain of both House Of The Dragon and Game Of Thrones with the only real difference being that this show does have a more lighthearted approach to it's plot that what either one of the above mentioned shows have which is something that does make alot of sense as this show is based off of short stories and that are more lighthearted in nature but in saying this tho the show does know when it to get more serious with it's storytelling as pretty much from episode four onwards there are jo jokes to be found in the show with the show instead turning very serious with it's plot which was something that does indeed work so well as the previous episodes have given us time to let us breathe in this world and to let the overarching plot of the shot simmer until finally being let out in the back three episodes with the plot of this show also being really rather entertaining and as well as being really rather engaging as well in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

Starring in this show is Peter Claffey as Duncan The Tall , Dexter Sol Ansell as Aegon Targaryen and Bertie Carvel as Baelor Targaryen. Also starring in this show is Daniel Ings as Lyonel Baratheon , Sam Spruell as Maekar Targaryen , Danny Webb as Arlan of Pennytree , Finn Bennett as Aerion Targaryen , Shaun Thomas as Raymun Fossoway , Youssef Kerkour as Steely Pate , Henry Ashton as Daeron Targaryen , Edward Ashley as Steffon Fossoway , Tanzyn Crawford as Tanselle , Tom Vaughan-Lawlor as Plummer and Daniel Monks as Manfred Dondarrion.

Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in this very show well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in this very show was in all honesty really good. With this being something that was both kind of shocking to see and yet at the same time not all that shocking to see either it's not that shocking in the sense that this franchise has always had some really good acting in it and therefor of course this show will follow suite in this regard but it's also quite shocking as alot of this shows actors are either unknown actors or are at bet very little known actors either way it would have been foolish to expect great performances from the acting in this show and yet that's exactly what we got week after week with the best actor in his show being Dexter Sol Ansell as nobody expects a kid actor to be good and yet he's better then good in this show with the kid having a real talent for acting and if he does indeed chose to continue as an actor after this show wraps up in a few years time then he could really make it as an actor with Peter Claffey also being really good in this show as well as the pair of them just have this chemistry together that makes there friendship feel all the more believable with the pair of them turning in some really good performance in all six episodes of this show with the acting that's in this show really bein helped by the fact that the scripts for this show are just so good that all this shows shows actors have to do is just say the lines as they are written and a good performance will come out of them naturally which is something that really does help to raise the overall quality of the acting that's in this very show. 

This shows characters whilst they aren't better done then the characters in both Game Of Thrones and House Of The Dragon are till really well done in there own right. As they all do come across as being very well thought out characters with the best example being Duncan himself as ever tho we don't get to find out all that much about him until the fifth episode of the show we do get to see that he is a kind hearted character that just wants to earn some money to keep himself alive one night more with us the audience getting to see how kind that this character is when Aerion threatens a puppeteer that Duncan has befriended as without thinking about it he steps in and hits the prince just because of the fact that it was the right thing to do and with Egg we get a character who has a bit of a mouth on him something which we see does get him into trouble with Duncan alot of the time early on in the season but it is also something that does also help them out alot of the time as well and while yes the characters in Game Of Thrones for example are done alot mor better this is due to the fact that that show is based on a series of novels which does therefor mean that the characters have more of a chance to get across just what it is that there about whereas in this show as this show is based off of a series of short stories this means that the characters don't have that much of chance to show us much of there personalities but what little glimpses that we get to see of these characters is more then enough to support this first season of the show however if there are to be more returning character next series then the characters will need to be done alot more better and not fade into the background as much as they do in this first series.

One of the things that does set this show apart from both House Of The Dragon and Game Of Thrones is the fact that we get to see a genuine friendship develop between Egg and Duncan. As in the first episode they don't know each other with Duncan even threatening Egg at one point in that episode and yet due to the fact that hey both do kind of need each other with Egg needing Duncan to basically serve as a protector from his family and Duncan needing Egg as it gives him someone to talk to who will actually talk back to him and because of that the two of them are almost compelled to be with each other and to help each other out with this being something that does create a genuine bond between the pair of them with this being done so well that it is hard to picture this show without the pair of them in it and knowing where Egg ends up in Game Of Thrones it is interesting to think of where there character progress over the course of the show as it's clear in Game Of Thrones that there time together meant alot to Egg and the thought of seeing there bond go from people who are just friends to people who are essentially family is something that will make future seasons of the show all the more interesting as the show lives or dies based on the characters chemistry with each other and therefor if we the audience aren't able to buy into these characters as friends then the show doesn't work and yet because of the fact that the makers of this show really took there time in fully developing there bond so much so that by the end of the final episode your sad at the thought of no longer seeing them on a weekly basis and due to that there bond is one of the best things in the whole entire as it's a bond that feels real as everyone has that one person in there life that they couldn't do without much like how these two characters can't live without each other.

In somethin that could be seen as being a shocking move the whole of this first season of the show takes place in this one village called Ashford. Whilst this might seem claustrophobic it is something that does oddly work for the show as we do get to see the whole of the town which is something that makes the town feel more lived in and rea and while yes it would have been nice if we got to see more locations in the show as that is something that would have made the show feel alot more bigger then what it already is this is something that would also be a huge disservice to the show as the whole point of this show is to show things from the point of view of the poor people which is something that would only work if the show was limited to one location for the whole season and while yes we do get more locations in flashback form in the present day scenes it's just this one main location and the fact that the makers of this show went the extra mile and made sure that every tent that we see in the season had something going on inside of it is something that makes the season feel all the more special as that's something that they didn't have to do as they could have have just built part of the set and called it day but no they went the extra mile and built the entire village with there being next to no CGI used in the show as a whole and yet it still would have been nice if we got some geography for this village as it would have helped us to understand not only where certain things are in relation to each other but it also would have helped us to understand where certain characters are to each other as well as for all we could know Duncan might be sleeping close to the castle as there's nothing to tell us where he is in relation to the rest of the village.  

One of the things that this series might get alot of hate for is for episode five is done as for the past episode we were leading to this fight between Duncan and Aerion. Yet in episode five which is when the battle takes place not only do we not see it but alot of the episode is filled up with Duncan's backstory something which would have been better down in other episodes of the show as we don't want to see his backstory this late into the season as all that does is get in the way of something that we actually want to see with there fight even being a big plot point for the show as well as not only do we get the sudden death of a character at the end of that episode but we also get to see just how good of a fighter that Duncan is something which we hadn't get to see in the episodes before then and yet as the makers of the show struggled to fit in his backstory into the show something which could have been done if the first episode was one hour long with the rest of the episodes being as long as they are as then we the audience would get a strong sense of not only were Duncan started out but also get to see how far he's either fallen or risen on top of that and yet the makers of the show seemed to think that it was better to pretty much cut out the big action scene that the past few episodes had been building towards all for no good reason and heck we don't even get to see the tournament either as that happens off screen and the whole first season of this show was built around it but to be fair tho this is something that might have been done due to the fact that it might have been done that way in the books but what works for the books might not work well for the show and whilst this season did stick close to that first book it would have helped the season out if they did give us the things that we actually wanted to see instead of just hinting at them.

Now then this show has / had an exactly grand total running time of no longer then forty one minuets and forty one second with this episode having an exact grand total running tome of exactly thirty minuets and thirty nine seconds. With this being round about the running time for the rest of the show with the show getting alot of criticism from fans from having these shorter running times yet as mentioned before this show is based off of a series of short stories and therefor they can't do a full one hour episode every week as that would mean having at the very least thirty minuets an episode that is just pure filler at best with this episode having more then enough plot there to really cover that amount of running time in the first place an yet even so the episode really doesn't use it's running time all that wisely in one respect as the episode doesn't take the time to fully develop it's plot which is something that does kind of make sense as this episode is all about wrapping things up from the previous episode but even so the episode still should have taken it's time to actually develop it's plot as it did feel like that the characters were just doing things for the sake of doing them and not because of the fact that the plot of the episode demanded that they do it however to be fair tho the episode did take the time to fully develop it's characters however this is mainly due to the fact that the characters got all of there character development in other episodes and therefor were already something into this episode as fully formed characters in the first place but I really will admit that this episode really does have some really good pacing to it tho.

So now then as this is a comedy that really does mean that I have to actually talk about the actual comedy that's actually featured / presented to us in tis very show well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual comedy that's actually featured / presented to us in this very show was in all honesty really good. With this show having alot of really good jokes in it and while the jokes are all just Egg and Duncan talking to each other we do get some comedy gold from them be it either Duncan threatening to set the dogs on Egg only for Egg to point out that they don't have dogs in the first place or the opening joke of the first episode where the classic Game Of Thrones plays just before something happens and yet the shows best joke in the whole show is one that's in the final episode and it's one that's not going to be getting spoiled in this review as the joke is one that's laugh out loud funny with the show having alot of really good jokes in it all of which because of the fact that the makes of this show went the extra mile in making it's two mean lead character be these really likable people that you want to get to know more about and that you want to spend more time with which is something that does make there bater together be all the more funnier as they are jokes that you could picture characters like these two making which is something that really does make all of the joke in this show be all the more funnier then what they really should have been as by all rights the jokes in this show should have been really bad yet for one reason or another they all turned to be some really funny joke in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

Overall if this season of the show was anything to go by then we are in for a treat next year when the show will be returning for a new season let us just hope however that the show does fix alot of the mistakes and things that people hated about the show in this season as they would have had the time to listen to what the fans want and taken the time to address them in my freaking opinions anyways / at least. Now then i've talked about all of the good and as well as all of the bad things that are in this very show in this very review and as such that really does mean that this very show really does earn itself a grand old score of exactly an 8.5 out of 10 from me.

My SPOILER FREE First Impressions Of The A Knight Of The Seven Kingdoms TV Series

When we think of Game Of Thrones we typically think of a show that is super serious but also has some lighthearted moments in it. Well the franchise has just launched it's latest prequel and unlike House Of The Dragon which was more serious then what Game Of Thrones was this show seems to be going the opposite route by being more of a lighthearted show and well you all just knew that I had t check the first episode of this show the very first chance that I got and so then join me as I give you my SPOILER FREE first impressions of the show that takes place both ninety years AFTER House Of The Dragon and ninety years BEFORE Game Of Thrones with the show in question being called simply just "A Knight Of The Seven Kingdoms" enjoy.

The plot of this episode is a squire by the name of Dunk goes to enter a tournament after his mentor is killed but has to get the blessings from a lord in order to do so. Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual plot that's actually featured / presented to us in this very episode well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual plot that's actually featured / presented to us in this very episode was in all honesty really good with this episode plot doing a good job of setting up the main plot for this season of the show that being the tournament that Dunk is trying to enter and what his relationship with Egg might be like as well but on the flip of side of that when compared to the other debuting episodes from this franchise this one is easily the weakest of the three as not alot really happens plot wise with it feelin like the makers of the episode only had enough plot for twenty two minuets worth of television but then were ordered by HBO into making this episode well over forty minuets which does mean that we get stuck with a plot that gets stretched really thin when it would have helped the episode out alot more if the episode was shorter as there's nothing in this episodes plot that demands it be this long but in saying this tho having it be this long does make this episode feel special as the plot does have alot of setting up to o and to be fair the episodes plot really is quite strong on it's own it's just not really as strong as the debut episode episodes plots for both House Of The Dragon and Game Of Thrones respectively with the plot of this episode being really rather entertaining and as well as bein g really rather engaging as well in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in this very episode well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in this very episode was in all honesty really good. With this episodes acting being shockingly good as you don't usually expect acting in the first episode of a new show to be this good and that's exactly what we get in this episode as it is made clear that the characters of Dunk and Egg were cast perfectly and as both Peter Claffey and Dexter Sol Ansell just embody the characters so perfectly and are a good fit as these characters with the pair of them even having some really solid chemistry which was the most important thing for this show to get right as this show lives or dies on there friendship being real to us the audience with the best actor in this episode being Peter Claffey as Ser Duncan The Tall as he knows just when this character would act goofy and when he act seriously and be this menacing threat of a man who is kind hearted and is just willing to do what he thinks his right and that is something that does come through in Peter's performance as the character with his performance being one of the few highlights of the episode as it's something that proves that the makers of this show knew to the casting of both Dunk and Egg down perfectly and that really is something that they pulled of wonderfully with the acting that's in this very episode really being helped by the fact that the script for this episode is just so good that all this episodes actors have to do is just say the lines as they are written and a good performance will come out of them naturally which is something that really does help to raise the overall quality of the acting that's in this very episode.

Character wise it might be a bit to early to fully judge this shows characters but as for right now we do have some fairly decent characters. As right now there's nothing all that special about any of this shows characters but given that this is the first episode of the show that is something that's to be expected as not all shows have good characters right away heck again just look at Game Of Thrones as proof of that as it took a good few episodes for there characters to really get going and so it does make sense that alot of this episodes characters wouldn't be the best characters out there right away with there being alot of potential for this shows characters to be some of the franchises best characters as Dunk is easily someone who could be a funny character and could be one that alot of people relate to further on down the line and a character like Plummer is one that alot of people could really hate by the end of this first season as his character does come across as being slimy and like he's up to no good with this being something where this franchise thrives as the characters that you think are going to be good guys end up being villains and the ones that you think are going to be villains end up being good guys of course there are expectations to this rule and we know that a character like Egg will go on to become a good guy so it will be interesting seeing hm grow into the person that he is when Game Of Thrones starts and see what it is that drove him to The Wall in the first place whereas with Dunk it will be interesting to see why he's not in Game Of Thrones and how a character like him could be taken down and given just how slow George R.R. Martin likes to write his stories we could find out in this show what happens to Dunk before it happens in the books.

Much like how House Of The Dragon was adapted from the book Fire And Blood this show is adapted from the Tales Of Dunk And Egg series. Which is a series of short stories that are set in the world of Westeros with the first story which was called "The Hedge Knight" being published in "Legends" it's sequel story was published in the sequel to legends "Legends II" with the third and so far mist recent story being published in 2010 in the book "Warriors" yet due to the fact that George hasn't finished "The Winds Of Winter" yet he has said that there will be no more entries in this series until that book is finished which does mean that we're not likely to see the next chapter of there story in book form for a long time but we are likely to see it happen in the TV show as jus after quickly glancing the Wikipedia page for the whole series this first season does seem to be sticking fairly true to that first book something which was kind of the case for House Of The Dragon as well altho given the historical nature of the book that that show is based off of they do have a little bit more wiggle room for changes to be made to the story something which can't be true here as the stories do seem to be greatly detailed and are told in the more traditional sense and given when this show is taking place it would be interesting to see these iconic landmarks from both shows appear in this one just so we the audience could see what changes happens to those landmarks inbetween all three shows as that is something that would be quite interesting to see even if it's just very briefly but at the same time that is something that could be seen as being to distracting as it could be seen as reminding us the audience that we could be watching two more better and more established shows.

Believe it or not this episode actually sees a return of sorts as while House Of The Dragon was mostly filmed in England and in Spain. This show was actually filmed in Belfast Northern Island much like Game Of Thrones was for many years with alot of the people who worked on that show returning to work on this one and well whilst you really can't tell the difference all that much it was nice to see this show return to the home if you will of Game Of Thrones as much like how it would feel weird seeing The Lord Of The Rings filmed in anywhere but New Zealand as that place just simply is the home of Middle Earth Belfast Northern Island just simply is Westeros and it does feel weird seeing a show that's based in that world filmed in anywhere but that country as there's jus so much beauty to be found in the Irish countryside that you just can't replicate inside of a studio and heck the makers of this show even built the entire village of Ashford for real as they knew that the whole first season of the show was going to be spent in that one location which does mean that everything that we see in that town from the tents to the castle all worked the exact way that they work in the show and that was just an insane amount of dedication to something that really didn't require that much dedication in the first place and it was the same amount of dedication that we got in both House Of The Dragon and in Game Of Thrones as well as it's that level of commitment to making this world feel real and lived that helps to make the shows even better as it makes those sets all the more impressive to look at in the first place and it's something that really should carry over into future seasons of both this show and House Of The Dragon as well.

Whilst this show is alot more lighthearted then the other shows in this franchise that doesn't mean that it's devoid of drama as it's really it. Rather the episode doesn't really give it's drama alot of focus which is something that does make alot of sense as this first season of the show is meant to be following the first book really closely heck both the first episode of this show and the first book share the same title with the books being alot more lighthearted then the Game Of Thrones books were with the amount of drama that this first episode does have being very minimal at best with it only serving to give us more information about the characters and even then alot of it is more played for laughs which is something that does keep to the show from being to drama focused but given that this is a drama show it would have been nice if the episode did allow more time for the more dramatic moments of the episode to have the time to breathe that they really did need instead of cracking a joke alot of the time as this franchise is known for having some fantastic drama when it really wants to and that is something that could have been in this episode and while there is a chance that the show might get more dramatic as the season goes on you only get one chance to start to build up that drama and that's something that this episode doesn't take full advantage of doing as it's more focused in trying to tell a joke when it could have done that and still give us some good drama but to be fair to this show it has so much to set up in this first episode that of course certain things are going to fall by the way side and just be forgotten about which was the case with this episodes drama.

Now then this episode has / had an exact grand total running time of exactly forty one minuets and fifty two seconds. Which for this show is actually double the length of what the average episode might be as the average episode of the show is going to be around thirty minuets which is fine for a comedy and the type of story that there telling in this first season and for a show in the Game Of Thrones franchise it's alot more on the shorter side of things with this episode having the right amount of plot there to cover that long amount of running time however it does feel like that the episode is being stretched from what was clearly a twenty two minuet plot to fit in with a much longer running and while the episode doesn't really use it's running time all that wisely by developing it's plot this is something that does make sense as this is one the first episode of the show and therefor of course the plot of the show won't be that well developed but it still would have been nice if the plot of the episode was a bit more developed as we don't even get to find out why Dunk is entering the tournament in the first place which is something that would have developed the plot of the episode and given the show some much needed the drama with the episode understandably not really developing it's characters either which again is understandable as this is just the first episode of the show and therefor you could argue that the characters are going to be getting to there character development in further episodes but this episode really did need to start them of in a way where that development would feel natural and while you can see how characters like Dunk and Egg could get there character development that's just not something that you can see happening to the episodes other characters but I really will admit that this episode episode really does have some really good pacing to it tho.

So now then as this is a comedy that really does mean that I have to actually talk about the actual comedy that's actually featured / presented to us in this very episode well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual comedy that's actually featured / presented to us in this very episode was in all honesty not that bad. With the episode having alot of really good jokes in it all of which do feel rather refreshing for this franchise but at the same time tho it still would have been nice if this episode had alot more better jokes in it as this is the first time that the mainstream audience are something these characters and therefor you do want to start this show of with your best foot forward and part of that does include putting your best jokes in the episode with the best joke in the whole entire episode not really being one that can be described not because it's spoiler but because it's hard to do so with out possibly getting the post removed but let's just say that the joke is the perhaps the best bodily joke that you could come up with purely for the fact that it has the Game Of Thrones music play over it with the episode having alot more cuter jokes in it all of which don't really undercut the tension of any scene that there in but in saying that they don't also really add to any scene that there in as there just there because of the fact that the makers of this put more focus on being funny then being dramatic which is something that does make sense as the books really were more lighthearted but at the same time Game Of Thrones found the balance between being funny and being dramatic and yet this episode really just couldn't do it despite it having alot of really funny jokes in it in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

Overall whilst it might be hard to say on if this show is going to be better then House Of The Dragon as that show was so good that did restore alot of faith in Game Of Thrones as a whole what can be said is that this episode isn't of to the best of starts with the show having alot of room to grow in my freaking opinions anyways / at least. Now then i've talked about all of the good and as well as all of the bad things that are in this episode in this very post and as this is only my first impressions of the show there won't be a rating but if i'm still watching the show when the final episode airs then I will do a review of the show as a whole.

Game Of Thrones "A Knight Of The Seven Kingdoms" Review

Ladies and gentlemen it's been around about five months since I last talked about anything to do with Game Of Thrones and well I in all honesty felt like talking about an episode from Game Of Thrones. However instead of talking about an episode from an actually good season of Game Of Thrones I thought i'd talk about an episode from the worst season of Game Of Thrones and so join me as I review the episode that is called simply just "A Knight Of The Seven Kingdoms" enjoy.

The plot of this episode is the denizens currently at Winterfell have just a few short hours in order to prepare for the literal fight of their lives. Plot wise I really do feel that this episode had a strong and yet simply / simplistic plot since all the plot of this episode is is just showing characters the day of a battle and nothing more then that and in this regard I really do feel that the plot of this episode was indeed really freaking good but at the same time I would have liked it if the plot of this episode was a bit more complex instead of being rather freaking simply in my opinion anyways / at least.

Starring in this episode is Peter Dinklage as Lord Tyrion Lannister and Nikolaj Coster-Waldau as Ser Jaime Lannister. Now then as for what I personally thought / felt about the actual acting that's featured / presented to us in this very episode in all honesty I in all honesty thought / felt that the acting that's featured / presented to us in this very episode. Was as per-usual when it comes to Game Of Thrones the acting that's in this very episode was very good indeed with every single actors and actress that's appearing in this very episode truly giving it their all and truly bringing their A game in my opinion anyways / at least.

Now then here is where  would normally talk about the CGI that's in this episode and as well as list who did the CGI for this episode. However this episode had very little to no CGI within it whatsoever and so instead i'll just talk about the Dany and Sansa because that scene so freaking awesome it was really interesting seeing these two genuinely strong female characters go head to head with each other in a war of words and seeing Dany kind of get the upper hand was just the icing on the cake for me personally in my opinion anyways / at least.

Now then I in all honesty wasn't expecting there to be a call back to when Jaime and Bran first met each other and I was even more shocked to see that there was nothing that payed that scene off. Since Jaime is quite clearly looking for redemption and Bran perhaps even without knowing it kind of doesn't give it to him but perhaps that's that's the point because right now both men are fighting in a war that's bigger then the both of them combined and as such having Bran accept Jamie's apology would just seem out of place especially given where Bran is as a character right now and what kind of a character Bran has become in my opinion anyways /at least.

To me the whole idea behind this episode is indeed a really good idea indeed since it would have been very super easy to just jump into the war with this episode but the very fact that this episode actually takes the time to give us an idea as to what each of the characters are thinking. To me at least makes this war feel all the more epic since there are now alot more added in terms of stakes and that makes the battle all the more epic and awesome in my opinion anyways / at least.

So now then this episode also kind of brings Brienne's storyline to a close since this is the episode in which we see become an official knight of Westeros. I have to admit that I really did like the scene where Jaime finally knights Brienne since it was something that the character of Brienne has truly wanted and so it also was a great way to show us how far Jaime has grown and matured and developed as a character in my opinion anyways / at least.

Now then this episode has / had a grand total running time of exactly fifty eight minuets exactly and well if i'm being well and truly and very freaking honesty here people this episode had the right amount of running time in my opinion anyways / at least. Since there's only so long that a story like this can last and well this episode lasted the right amount of time and so the story didn't start to get boring for me personally and in my opinion anyways / at least. 

Now then since there is no action in this episode I would therefor like to talk about the ending simply because i just dont like how this episode ends. This is simply because this episode stretches out the ending whereas I personally would have ended this episode with Jon and Dany still in the crypts and they still here the war horn and then they turn there heads and then i'd cut straight to the ending credits with the actual ending of this episode being served as the cold open for episode this way you get to end the episode right as the battle is about to commence and then the next episode can be just about the battle and nothing else which for me personally is a great way to end this very e/ exact episode in my opinion anyways / at least.

Overall out of all of the episode that are in Game Of Thrones season eight this is perhaps one of if not the best episode from Game Of Thrones simply because it gives us the chance to see what these characters are like the day before or in this case the day of a battle which was honestly a really interesting thing to see in my opinion anyways / at least. Now i've talked about all of the good and as well as all of the bad things that are in this episode in this very review and as such that means that this very episode gets a grand old score of exactly a 7.5 out of 10 from me.
