A Loud House Christmas Film SPOILER FREE Film Review

Film fans it's not that often nor is it that rare for a cartoon animated series to get a live action adaptation. What is rare however is for that exact same adaptation to come out in the exact same year as the franchises first ever animated feature length film well that is the case with this film and so join me as i give you all my SPOILER FREE review of the film that really didn't need to happen / be made with the film in question being called simply just "A Loud House Christmas" enjoy.

The plot of this film is Lincoln sisters are all planning to spend Christmas away from each other and so Lincoln has to go out and make sure that all of his sisters plans don't happen in order to make sure that the perfect family Christmas happens once and for all. Now then as for what I personally thought / felt about the actual plot of this film in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual plot of this film was so freaking weak , bad and very freaking predictable in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

Starring in this film is Wolfgang Schaeffer as Lincoln Loud , Jahzir Bruno as Clyde McBride and Lexi DiBenedetto as Lori Lou. Also starring in this film is Dora Dolphin as Leni Loud , Sophia Woodward as Luna Loud Catherine Ashmore Bradley as Luan Loud Morgan McGill as Lynn Loud Jr. , Aubin Bradley as Lucy Loud , Mia Allan as Lana Loud , Ella Allan as Lola Loud , Lexi Janicek as Lisa , Charlotte Ann Tucker and Lainey Jane Knowles as Lily Loud , Muretta Moss as Rita Loud , Brian Stepanek as Lynn Loud Sr. , Matt Van Smith as Bobby , Zoë DuVall as Sam , Justin Michael Stevenson as Howard , Marcus Folmar as Harold , Bill Southworth as Pop-Pop , Jill Jane Clements as Scoots , Gail Everett-Smith as Nana Gayle , Catherine Taber as Katherine Mulligan , Jeff Bennett as The Voice Of Mick Swagger and Brian Patrick Wade as Rip Hardcore.

Now then as for what I personally thought / felt about the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film was average at best. Since even tho there are some actors and actresses that are quite clearly trying to make this films script work there are also sadly alot more actors and actresses that quite clearly aren't even trying to make this films script work and the overall performances in this film do suffer because of that in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

So now then the closest film that I can possibly compare this film to is Merry Christmas, Drake & Josh since both of these two films visually look at the exact same and are both Christmas movies. Yes I do realise that that's a very freaking flimsy excuse to mention Merry Christmas, Drake & Josh but that's the film that I kept on thinking of when I was watching this film because that's how similar these two films are to me freaking personally in my personally freaking opinions anyways / at least.

So now then what makes this live action adaptation stand out is the fact that it came out just a few short months after The Loud House Movie came out. This is something I don't think has ever been done before since usually there's between two movies regardless of what the medium is and so to see the The Loud House get not one but two movies in different mediums in the exact same year is truly astonishing to me in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

So now then out of the two movies I personally very much prefer the The Loud House Movie simply because that movie actually felt like a movie. Where as this movie just felt like a series of sketches / skits that are very loosely connected that are just edited together since the films main plotline is all wrapped up in the first twenty minuets of the movie with the rest of the films incredibly short running time instead being dedicated to Lincoln learning very freaking obvious lesson is just screenwriting and is just bad story telling and is jus6t bad film making in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

Now then this film does get the look of most of the characters right with alot of this films characters looking almost exactly like there animated counterparts. However tho for some strange reason instead of giving Lincoln his traditional white hair he now has bleach blonde here which granted does look white in some certain shots and some certain scenes but it's a key piece as to how the character looks and the makers of this film just couldn't be bothered to really to get that look down in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

So now then this film has / had a grand total running time of exactly one hour and three minuets and forty seven seconds. Which is in all honesty quite a bad thing because this films main plot line very freaking easily could have been stretched to at the very least one hour and thirty minuets which would have helped this movie feel more like an actual movie rather instead of just feeling like either a special an extended episode of the show in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

Now then this film is meant to be a comedy film after all and so that means that I have to actually talk about the actual comedy that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film and well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual comedy that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film was decent or even OK at best. This simply was because there aren't that really laugh out loud moments in this film since alot of this films humour comes from it's characters and given that this is a live action adaptation of an animated property this films jokes can't animated to there fullest extent but when you do get an actually funny joke it really does stand the heck out in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

Overall this is a really pretty freaking bad film and it's not a film is a good or even proper representation of what a movie version of the The Loud House can really freaking be since that honour for now at least goes to the The Loud House Movie in my freaking opinions anyways / at least. Now i've talked about all of the good and as well as all of the bad things that are in this very freaking film in this very freaking review and as such this / that means that this very film earns itself a grand old score of exactly a 4.5 out of 10 from me.

Now then as for where I personally got all of the images that I personally used in this very review well then boys and girls and as well as ladies and gentlemen I personally got all of the images that I personally used in this very review from the official The Loud House fandom wiki page and Google Images. With my personally preferred website to use to get the images from this very show that I used in this very review being Google Images simply just due to the fact that alot of the images that are featured / up and on Google Images are all fairly high in quality and as well as being fairly high definition.

The Loud House Movie SPOILER FREE!!!!!!!!!! Film Review

Ladies and gentlemen it's not uncommon for a TV show / TV series to get a feature film adaptation however what is uncommon is that most of the time the shows that do indeed get featured film adaptations the shows in question have been around for years before the film adaptation is even announced. How the film that i'm going to review for you all right now was announced all the way back in 2017 when the show was in it's second season / second series and so join me as I review the film that has been a whopping four years in the making with the film in question being called simply just "The Loud House Movie" enjoy.

The plot of this film Lincoln Loud starts to feel left out due to his sisters getting alot of attention and so he suggests that the entire family go on vacation in Scotland in order to find out more about there ancestors and when Lincoln finds out that his ancestor was the duke a terrible secret that threatens to destroy the village that the Louds now call home will start to come to fruition. Now then in terms of what I thought about the plot of this film in all honesty i in all honesty thought that that the plot of this film was rather weak since for large portions of this films running time it rally does seem like / come across like that this film doesn't have a plot but when the plot of this film does indeed decide to show itself the plot of this film is in all honesty quite enjoyable in my opinion anyways / at least.

Starring in this film is Asher Bishop as Lincoln , Catherine Taber as Lori , Liliana Mumy as Leni and Nika Futterman as Luna. Also starring in this film is Cristina Pucelli as Luan , Jessica DiCicco as Lynn and Lucy , Grey Griffin as Lana / Lola and Lily , Lara Jill Miller as Lisa , Jill Talley as Rita , Brian Stepanek as Lynn Sr. , Andre Robinson as Clyde , Carlos PenaVega as Bobby , Izabella Alvarez as Ronnie Anne , David Tennant as Angus , Michelle Gomez as Morag , Katy Townsend as Lucille and Billy Boyd as Scot.

Now then in terms of what I personally thought about the acting that's featured / presented to us in this very film in all honesty I in all honesty really thought that the acting that's featured / presented to us in this very film was really in all honesty really freaking good. Which shouldn't come as a huge surprise since alot of the actors and actresses that are starring in this film are reprising their roles from the TV show and so it only makes sense that those exact same actors and actresses would indeed turn in some really good performances and the I guess you could say guest cast or movie only cast also turn in some really good performances as well which again shouldn't come as a surprise to absolutely anyone as pretty much all of the guest cast / movie only cast are a bunch of really good actors and actresses in my opinion anyways / at least.

Now then doing the animation for this film is Top Draw Animation whom I was very surprised to learn didn't actually do any kind of animation for The Loud House TV series / TV show. However I hope that that really does change because I in all honesty really did like the animation since you can quite clearly see that there was a huge visual upgrade from the animation that was seen in the show to the animation that we get in the movie and plus all of the good in this film have alot of really fluid animation and the film really does make some rather solid use of CGI animation in my opinion anyways / at least.

Now then what can I say about the The Loud House TV show that hasn't already been said because this show has very quickly become phenomenon. Since the show has spawned several graphic novels (which are still being published to this very day) , a still being published book series / series of books , a podcast , a spin off show , this film and an up and coming live action television film which is due to be called "The Loud House: A Very Loud Christmas!" and so yeah this franchise is going to around for a little while longer.

However that could also be a huge mega problem for this franchise as sooner or later they are going to run out of stories to tell and will thus end up just repeating the exact same stories with only very few minor tweaks made to make those exact same stories seem fresh and original. Now then however tho this is something that isn't a problem with the movie since the plot for the most part is new and fresh and thus original but i will very much admit that the idea of taking these established characters and taking them out of there established environment and placing them into a different environment isn't that original but it is rather fun to see how this film pulls that adaptation storytelling device / cliché / trope tho.

Now the rather sadly it's not all sunshine and roses / a bed of roses when it comes to this film since I did have a issues with this film the first of which is sadly a spoiler but it's something that really isn't given as much attention to in the film and is played of as nothing more then jokey kind of subplot. The other thing that I personally didn't like was / is the fact that none of the newer characters that are introduced into this film are given alot of screen time to fully develop their characters and so each of the new characters just comes across forgettable and a stereotype and nothing more then / than that in my opinion anyways / at least.

Now then this film has / had a grand total running time of exactly one hour and twenty seven minuets and thirty seven seconds and if i'm being well and truly and very freaking honest here people this film could and more importantly should have been alot longer. This is simply just because the premise of this film allows for much longer running time and with a much longer running time the makers of this film would be allowed to fully explore each of this films main cast of characters but as it is this film is alot shorter then it really very freaking should have been in my opinion anyways / at least.

Now then this film is a comedy film after all and that means that I have to talk the actual jokes / comedy that are featured / presented to us in this very film and in my honest opinion anyways / at least the actual jokes / comedy that's / that are featured / presented to us in this very film are very good. That's really all that I can say about this films comedy / jokes without getting spoilers and so your just going to have to trust me when I tell you that this film is fairly freaking funny and / but I will very freaking admit that this film is more of a straight forward musical then it is a comedy and as a musical the songs that are in this film are very freaking good with either "Ordinary Me" , "This Town Is Named for You" , "Loud Castle" or "Life is Better Loud" being the best songs in this entire freaking film / movie in my opinion anyways / at least.

Overall this was in all honesty a really good movie (even if it did take nearly all day to find an "other methods" website that had a copy of this movie that could "use" to watch n my laptop) but with that being said this film does have a lot of issues tho and sadly it's those exact same issues that kept / keep this film from being a perfect film in my opinion anyways / at least. Now i've talked about all of the good and as well as all all of the bad things that are in this film in this very review and as such that means that this film very / exact film gets a grand score of an 8 out of 10 from me.

Now then as for where I got all of the images that I personally used in this very review well then boys and girls and ladies and gentlemen I personally got all of the images that I personally used in this very review from the official The Loud House fandom wiki page ,the official The Witcher fandom wiki page , the official Castlevania fandom wiki page and from Google Images. With my personally favourite website to use to get images from this film being Google Images this is simply because Google Images actually has alot of images from this episode and plus all of the of the images that are currently up and featured and on Google Images are all fairly freaking high in freaking quality and as well as being fairly high definition.
